That means the full lineup of toppings, just like they do in Chicago. It's the real deal. The sides are fantastic as well. The crinkle-cut fries are always solid, and the onion rings are super crispy and addictive. If you're trying to behave a little, the chopped salad is my wife's favorite. It's fresh, loaded with flavor, and honestly one of the best salads you'll get anywhere. And here's the surprise for people who haven't tried it...the hamburger is fantastic. I explained that I had been standing there the entire time and never heard my name called. I told him that this wasn't my fault and that orders should be verified before being handed to customers. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he dismissed my concerns and ignored what I was saying. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but what disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. A simple apology and willingness to fix the mistake would have gone a long way. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was responsible for an error that could have been prevented by verifying the receipt before handing out the order. I hope management provides better customer service training and ensures employees verify orders before giving them to customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
