Best Taco Bell in Mercer county! Food is always on point and the staff do not skimp on toppings. I judge the quality based on the taste and presentation of a staple menu item and a no frills menu item. For that taste test, I based my assessment on the nacho bell grande and the basic bean and cheese burrito. Both were done properly with plenty of ingredients. Especially the bean burrito, which was packed with beans cheese and rice. If they take the time to make a value menu item with care, then you can expect the proper attention to detail with the rest of the menu. I never eat in but this place is clean and would have no issues dining in. 5 stars all the way! read more

This is an average to above average Bell in my hood. It's much better than the closer QB road location, so I've been avoiding that one. But to be honest, they too seem better than they used to be. I like the order kiosks now at both locations and find that adding to xtra beef helps many items on the menu. I've also used this to customize the taco pizza to my liking. There are times where one wants fake Mexican cuisine....You are willing to accept that your order is guaranteed to have at least one error. Hell, an item (or three) is quite likely to be completely omitted! Unfortunately, your budget doesn't allow for such "fast casual" stalwarts as Chipotle, or maybe you don't feel like schlepping to one. You know where this is going. The answer here is Taco Bell. I've been eating this garbage since they had a "Taco Bell express" at the now-shuttered convenience store hangout of my Floridian youth. After quite a few bouts of gastric distress, I'm still alive and the most recent blood work (when I had health insurance and a job) wasn't too terrible. Tonight's order was placed via mobile. Despite signs telling us to pick up inside, we played it safer and went to the drive thru (why is it spelled that way?). Here, they placed a bin in front of the window, from which we picked out the two hot bags of sustenance. That way, they can say it's "contactless." The bags were sealed with a sticker, which we served to prevent us from seeing two missing shredded chicken quesadilla roll ups at $1 a pop that absconded from the order after we verified it on the screen. We will let that go as this is a pandemic and these are frontline workers. The "meal" was satiating, and I indeed sustained a bit of a stomach ache in its wake. Stopped in for quick protein fuel. Being vegetarian beans are good source of it as well as fiber. Craving menu items are really steal with really amazing low per item cost. Fast service and clean bright environment. Love it. read more

We frequent two of the Taco Bell's in our area. The one at the White Horse circle in Hamilton/Trenton and the other on Sloan Rd in Mercerville. 90% of the time we are very happy with our food and its preparation. The 10% depends on who is work the shift. I have had items literally self destruct upon opening the wrapper because they were rushed when preparing. I do love TB's breakfast menu and stop one or two days week for breakfast burritos or the Crunchwrap. I like the White Horse Circle store since it is so close to the house and the morning team is made up of all adults who are generally friendlier that the younger staff. But most of the time all the staff are friendly and courteous. read more

This Taco Bell sits at the Route 206/Broad Street circle in Hamilton, NJ. It is a small shop with wrap around drive thru and low use dining area. It has been there for a few years and maintains a clean fresh look. This was my first visit despite the fact that my former law office was less than a half mile away. I really like Mexican food and this area has a lot of excellent cocinas Mexicanas, so "The Belch" was never high on my list of bookmarks. Still, its day had finally come. I went for a chicken quesadilla - something simple, well known by me, and not overloaded with cheese to ramp up unwanted calories. It arrived about ten minutes later in a paper and glassine bag on top of a tray. I pulled it from the bag and placed the four quandrants on top of it (no plate provided). It was very thin with a little cheese melted and hardening at the edges. It was very hot. The taste and texture were fine, although not brimming with chicken. It could have been spicier throughout, but I found that all the chili powder was in only one piece of the pie. Not a major complaint, but how hard is it to spread the spice across the entire tortilla while on the grill? Given how good the authentic Central American restaurants in the region are, Taco Bell will remain far down the list of choices, but at least their stuff is okay. read more

Lower your standards if you go into this dump, because they will probably disappoint you. When I walk into a restaurant and the 3 employees behind the counter repeatedly glance over at me, but refuse to acknowledge that I'm standing there, it gives me an idea of what to expect. Food quality was crap. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme, and it was a disaster. Looked like someone had thrown it against a wall, and it had no taste. Next time I'll just stop at 7-11 for a microwave burrito. I dont think I'll be coming back to this location. read more

My daughter is a vegan and it's often difficult to find food options for her in a pinch. However, Taco Bell is always a great choice for a quick meal. We used the mobile app for this order which has lots of choices for substitutions and add ons including a "swap" option where you can "swap" any meat with black beans, pinto beans, or even potatoes. Don't expect top quality food here but for the price it's decent and certainly tasty and your order is usually ready quickly. read more

I don't normally bother reviewing the national chains. They're a necessary evil. But my son is interested in establishing the new routine of going out for breakfast once a weekend, and I let him pick the first restaurant; he chose Taco Bell. This particular Taco Bell was quite good, which is why I'm taking the time to review it. He ordered tacos -- with the orange Dorito shell -- at 8:30 a.m. Meat only. He's picky as can be. He devoured them. I decided to try one of TB's Crunch Wraps -- hash brown, egg, sausage, cheese, and a little bit of a hot sauce, tucked inside a tortilla. It wasn't bad at all! Filling, too. It came with a couple little cinnamon bun bomb thingies, which were delicious, and certainly heart attack inducing. The coffee was relatively bland and weak, but I have had way, way worse. It goes without saying -- but will say it nonetheless -- that this is a far cry from authentic Mexican food. And some Taco Bell restaurants are just plain nasty: they're dirty, and/or the tacos taste like they're made with canned dog food. This is not one of those Taco Bells. This restaurant was clean and the staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I get to pick the spot next weekend for our breakfast crawl, and admittedly, I'm not going to choose Taco Bell. But if my son wants to come back here when it's his turn to decide, I won't complain at all. I'm already thinking about those cinnamon bun bombs! read more

This is a great taco bell! I always compare it to other taco bells. Not really fair to compare this to an authentic mexican restaurant. Service is always friendly, they get the order correct, and the portions are big! The only thing they do differently vs other Taco Bells is cut the mexican pizza ( i like it whole, not cut ). Very clean restrooms and restaurant. Be careful walking in on a rainy day, the outside walkway is painted and very slippery! YOU HAVE TO TRY THEM FOR BREAKFAST!!!! read more

Honestly the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. And I've been to many. They are always friendly when NOT busy so I suggest you know your order before arriving if possible. Overall, great experience. Clean. I've never had a problem with my stomach after eating at this location up to 3-4 times a week through DoorDash or Uber eats. My love for Taco Bell has continued after many years away. This TB, runs, feels and looks like a Taco Bell should. The employees were nice, my food got there fast and it was tasty. I'm a huge fan of the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. I feel that they (taco bell) truly peaked with the creation of that entree. It's got everything you could want and the price is nice. The Doritos Loco taco is tasty. I found the shell to be a bit fragile and while I find it to be a novelty, I still enjoyed eating it. I don't imagine I'll be a regular at this or any taco bell (at least not anymore) this one is perfectly fine to stop at for a bite. read more

I came to this Taco Bell for the second time now and my order was messed up after I got an up charge. I order the cheesy Gordita crunch with CHICKEN. The first time I was charged and got beef. Being in the service and restaurant business in the past I took it as an honest mistake and let it go. I tried it again today thinking I'd give it another shot and yet again I was charged for the chicken went all the way home to realize i get again received beef. I will not choose this location again. I could not wait to get home with my food and write this review. I wanted to get this done BEFORE I even dove in to the lucious array of treats that awaits me and my family. There is a young lad at this location -- his name is Terrence. He is amazing. Not just his customer service skills, but his attitude, demeanor, and ability to get a huge order correct the first time. It was a $40 order for a big family. I came in with it scribbled on a piece of paper. He gently took the paper from me and entered the order in seconds. He guided me to a seat and said he would box it up and bring it out to me. Within minutes he was coming out to the lobby with a huge box. As I reached for it, and told he it was no problem -- that he would take it out to my car because it was raining.'Now -- I challenge anyone to find a better candidate for Customer Service Star of the Week than Terrence at Taco Bell, S. Broad, Hamilton, NJ. Oh -- and when we got home: everything was packaged and labled beautifully, all lids on tight, and an entire sack full of sauces. Terrence -- you will go far in this world, young man. Keep up the good work. Usually I love tacobell. This time my mom and I decided to use the mobile app ordering. I select the option Drive thru pick up. I go to the tacobell & the drive thru line is outrageous, but I was understanding and waited, they were busy. I go to the drive thru they tell me they did not receive my mobile order and there are two tacobells on the same road so make sure I check the address. After confirming I picked the correct address I was told to go inside because they still didn't receive the order. I then had to wait in the long drive thru line to be able to get inside. I go inside and the cashier being friendly, again told me they didn't receive my order. She then told me again that there are two tacobells on the same road and to check my address, when I told her the address and then said i already confirmed it's the correct place multiple employees stared at me because they weren't sure of the address of their place of employemenf themselves. I proceeded to tell them that I was charged 25$ for an order and I wasn't going to reorder it when the app was telling me my food was ready. When the cashier looked at her manager for help, he stood there ignoring the fact that there was an angry customer. At one point the cashier said under her breath " I need help, I wasn't trained on this," And continued to look on her computer for the order... after another five minutes of me standing there the manager acknowledged me and told me I wasn't charged for the food if it wasn't popping up on their computer. I'm not complaining about the cashier, because she was friendly and could not help me. I'm angry at the fact that they aren't trained to deal with if an app order does not work and I'm very angry at the fact that the manager stood there ignoring me not addressing the situation that I was charged 25$, I was not going to reorder. I walked out and will not be going to that tacobell again. This tacobell has been around the corner from my house for as long as I can remember, this is the first bad experience and it's very disappointing. I worked in fast food for five years and the manager did not handle the situation properly and needs to learn how to act appropriately as a manager. yum yum yum... Taco bell in my belly! I get all excited and if I wasn't in my car waiting for my taco bell deliciousness I would do a food dance. I love tacos and burritos, tacos and burritos in my belly. Plus pretty close to the Ivy tavern good place to run through the drive through on my way home form the bar.... tacos in my belly yay !! plus super cool guys in the parking lot to talk to as you stuff your face with taco bell goodness. My girlfriend and I come to this particular Taco Bell about once every 2 weeks. It might just be the best fast food location I have ever been to. Like the previous Yelp reviewer, I breath a sigh of relief when I see that Terrance is working because I usually have a somewhat complicated order, and I KNOW he will get our order right, and be as friendly as possible. And it's not just Terrance, the other employees who work the register are always friendly as well. If you want fast food tacos (or Chalupas) and hate dealing with idiots, come to this location. read more
