If I could I'd give a 0. Never coming back here again! The food is consistently decent being Taco Bell, but the drive thru is ridiculously SLOW. I wish there was a way to pull out of the line but the way the lane is built you're stuck. Pulled in being 2 cars back from the speaker and we waited over 30 minutes to get to the speaker to give them my order. Once there they asked if I can give them a minute... Seriously?!? I've already waited over 30 minutes! Then waited another 20-30 minutes to get to the window. I immediately asked before giving my money how much longer will it be for my food to be ready... the kid asked another and then said 5 minutes. Seriously?!? I'll have to wait here for 5 more minutes?!? The car in front of us was at least 10 minutes so 5 minutes wouldn't be accurate. We said forget this and left. I know it's a jerk thing to do but I highly doubt they've started our food anyway. And we've waited too long for the BS already. Waste of time! This has to be the worst drive thru service I've ever been through! Steer clear of this place! Efficiency is not they're specialty. No ground rules, we know what is should be and it is not! Placed an order online and it is still wrong. How hard is it to read a screen? Order is completely wrong and missing items! I have never, in the last two years coming here, have gotten the correct order. Shame on me for continuing to come here! Never again! Can't give zero start reviews. They will claim to run out of "beef up to an hour before closing. They ignore people going through the drive though hoping you don't stop at the window. Once I had them hide in the back hoping I wouldn't see them. They guy at least opened the window after ignoring me at the intercom. This is not the first time they've done this to me and others I've been in line with. So after being lied to saying they close at 1:30 I pointed to the sign on the window saying 2am. Then the manager comes over and said they were out of beef. That they hadn't received their truck today. This is the closest Tab bell in the area and its on the main road. They wouldn't stay open otherwise. Garbage even compared to normal Taco Bell with horrible customer service. read more

Stopped by at 1202 pm. Ordered potato soft tacos, but they were out of potatoes for the night. We changed the order to bean and rice burritos and Joseph informed us they only have enough beans for 2 burritos. We asked what time they close he informed us 2 am but "beans take 45 minutes to do so we ain't doin more tonight" at this point we left with nothing but I'm thinking to myself, you're fast food and you dont have beans or potatos. Sad experience. I'd like to say this was the first time but sadly this is a regular experience at this taco bell. I called to ask what the general managers name was so I could call him but Joseph was less than helpful with that information as well. If i could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. Workers are ALWAYS SO unbelievably rude. As someone who works in the service industry, I am BEYOND baffled at how my friends and I (and myself alone, on multiple occasions) were treated here. Over TACOS. My friends and I were called fag**ts and threatened by the drive thru worker... "If you want we can take this to the parking lot"... We were literally just trying to get our order in and get our food and go because we were hungry... We even called the manager to tell what happened and we were LAUGHED at. This wasn't the first time I've had issues at this location but I kept giving it chances because I don't believe in "one and done"...but I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this location until the employees are trained on how to treat their customers. I have contacted Taco Bell directly about the lack of respect towards customers at this location and clearly nothing has changed despite my efforts (and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has voiced their opinion about this awful location). I just spent 22 mins in the drive thru for 2 tacos. And once you're in the drive thru line there is no way of getting out. Staff does not know how to handle the drive thru queue because maybe lack of training???? This is the third time this has happened to me. Trust me I've learned my lesson with this place. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This location is abysmal! Went there after golfing all day and just wanted some tasty fast food. Taking the order and my money was no problem. After that...well...there was a team of 6 people just standing around doing NOTHING. After watching 3 other orders be returned I started to get a sinking feeling. After another 15 min it was clear nothing good was going to happen. I told them to forget the whole thing and give me my money back. The really pitiful part was when the "manager" had to come and confirm I just wanted my money back so I could leave he didn't seem the least bit remorseful. It took him another 7 minutes to "find the key" to get the drawer open and proceeded to tell me no one there knew how to make the food. Are you friggin kidding me????? Upon getting my money back I proceeded to tell them they needed to get it together and wished the other two people waiting for food good luck! I ordered through the mobile app two days ago and when I went to pick it up, there was an employee who was going back inside the store from taking out the trash and told me that they were closed and didn't even explain why. I told him that I had a mobile pick up order and that they had already charged me and he ignored me and went back inside. Many customers tried to go into the restaurant but the staff locked the doors. They didn't even try to put up a sign to say that they're closed. I had to call my bank to dispute the money that I paid for my order. I wouldn't come back here again. I would rather drive to a different location than go to one with bad customer service. read more

Today for lunch i went to Taco Bell. i ordered and meal deal D and a Mexican pizza. This Taco Bell is the worst location i have ever been to. The first instance: i came in to order my food, didn't see anyone. No biggie, I'll order on the kiosk. Placed my order, 10 mins passed. Never saw anyone. Another man came in and asked if i had seen anyone, i said no. He had already been there 10 mins before i got there. We called the restaurant and low and behold 3 teenagers came strolling in from the back door stoned af. Didn't make either of our orders right and straight smelled of weed. This time. This time i ordered online. Had the confirmation email, confirmation number, correct address. They had no record of the order, ok no biggie I'll order again. The "manager" or whoever the cashier asked for help was so uninterested in figuring out what was going on. She looked on the computer said "i don't see anything" "just call Taco Bell corporate i guess" didn't try to retake the order, didn't try to fix the problem. She was so busy on FaceTime and trying to getting out of there that i actually waved to her friend on FaceTime because the screen was facing me.
