There was a teen employee there, dirty blonde somewhat curly hair in a bun. she put her hands in the box they hand the food out to. She was playing with it and putting it against Her. She wasn't even doing her job. By the time we got to take our order she was laughing with another employee. She was talking so much that she even forgot the NACHO SAUCE for the nacho fries we ordered. Mind you it's almost midnight and my, my little sister and parents are starving and sick to our stomach over how hungry we are. I'm not trying to be a karen in any way but I don't need a nom focused teen ruining my midnight snack lol! I have to agree with a lot of the other reviewers here, I would be hard pressed to think of a time when they DIDN'T screw up my order. They almost always forget something. And the wait here always seems longer than anywhere else (Taco Bell wise). Which makes it hard to correct your order if you forget to check it before driving off, and it's late so the dine in is closed. Every. Single. Time. I go to this location there is a problem. Once, a 45 minute wait (you read that right, the whole drive through line ended up leaving), other times, forgotten items, only given one kind of sauce when asked for more, super stingy with sauce and portions, just everything you really don't want in a good Taco Bell location (I would know I eat a lot of Taco Bell) but today I am pissed enough to leave a review, why? Because HALF OF MY ORDER WAS LEFT OUT OF MY BAG. HALF. SERIOUSLY. I had an $18 order and got about $10 worth of food. The manager himself was the one who checked my bag and handed it to me, 30-something Hispanic man who apparently doesn't give a crap about his job, because when I called he barely apologized, put me on hold, and took no responsibility for it, clearly trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Great location but poorly staffed. Customers waiting at counter without any acknowledgement....finally staff said its better to use computer kiosk to order a simple taco since it appeared no one was taking orders at the counter. Waited a lengthy time for order and then the staff just left it on the counter without a drink cup so had to get someone's attention and wait again. Taco tasted cold even though the order was accurate. Eating area was dirty...garbage was overflowing. Not a positive experience for someone on a quick lunch break. I would give less than one star if I could. When this spot 1st open it was great! Went down hill in the last year or so. Always understaffed 2 people cant run a fast food chain at dinner time on a Friday night. It was so busy and overwhelming for them one night they locked the doors and said they couldn't let anyone in because they couldn't handle drive thru/make orders/and tend to customers inside. Drive thru was wrapped around back into the street towards Providence. It became a Jack in the Box night. ( 2 PEOPLE WERE WORKING). I waited in drive thru once for 20 minutes. I was stuck couldn't go anywhere. The worse part the last 3 times I went there. There were issues with food. 1) tacos no cheese (forgot)? 2) burrito barely wrapped insides all over the paper and bag. I could continue but you get the point. I rarely post reviews but this one had to be done! Someone (Owner) anyone needs to know whats happening. If you go here be prepared to wait and check your order before you walk out the door. Even though I live around the corner if we want taco bell we drive much further to another location. I was impressed with this location! I did the drive through on a weekend, in-between running errands. There was no line. Yay! The staff were super efficient, with a smile on their face. Generally the building, people, and food seemed really clean and cared for. It's definitely one of the nicest locations for this chain. Clean and fast. More expensive than some of the other Taco Bells though. The area has needed some fast food for a long time. It sure is nice to have. I couldn't find the Johnson creek location but its the worst fucking taco bell in history its so busy and they always have a lot of staff, but they send like 8 people to break at the same time And last time I was there there was only 1 girl preparing food for the drive threw and people in side. This is the WORST WORST WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. It doesn't matter what time you come here or how many people are in the drive thru, you will wait 20 minutes to an hour for FAST FOOD. If there was another location close by that was even a smidge faster this place would probably go out of business. I could probably actually drive out to the Clackamas location on old 82nd and be back faster than this one a mile from my house. The reason people come to this location is because it's the only one around and convenient so I guess that's why the people that run it can run it so poorly. Nothing but issues from this location. Very nice building in a very profitable area of Clackamas. I've made multiple trips and have had every bad experience you can really come across. Most recent is simple, but includes the fact that they did not provide silverware, took forever to make everybody's order and then to top it off, 8 sauce packets for 8 larger items. We were asked which sauces we wanted via intercom, we received one of three flavors requested and hardly enough to cover half of the items. We will not be spending money at this location as they DO NOT CARE about the quality of customer service. The OLD location off of 212 will be the one we travel to, at least the window people and intercom people have some personality when performing their duties correctly and give you more than adequate sauce to cover your items. The best part, it's even the flavors you ask for! That's awesome! How crazy is it to do the job correctly?!?!so so crazy, that's how crazy. read more
