At 4:10 the car in front of me received their order, and when I pulled up I saw no one at the window and I left without my order three minutes later. 4-20-24 Drive thru So today we officially moved to South Carolina. Since we were traveling with our fur babies we wanted to limit our stops. That means driving nearly 500 miles without eating. Since my hubby was in a separate vehicle I asked him to stop here and pick me up three hard shell tacos and a side of pintos and cheese. I know the pintos and cheese isn't on Menu but all Taco Bell's will sell it to you anyway. Hubby went through the drive through and when I met him at the house the food was waiting. He went one better and got supreme which includes lettuce and a drizzle of sour cream. The food was hot and delicious but I sadly couldn't eat the third taco as I was full. So why the three star review? The cost was crazy expensive for a Taco Bell. It was over twenty dollars for the two of us. For these prices I can easily go to the many Mexican sit down restaurants in the area instead. read more

2/23/25 I'm leaving 3 stars because my first experience ordering here a couple months ago late night wasn't bad. Ordered the #12, the taco wasn't bad once I cleared the excessive amount of diced tomatoes from it, there was more tomato than taco to be honest. The burrito though was undercooked and 1/2 way through it, it was still cold like it was fresh out the refrigerator so I threw it away. Very disappointing to pay nearly $14 for a meal you can't consume. You get what you get I guess with fast food. This reminded me why I try to avoid fast food when I can. read more

It's not difficult to be positive about a brand new Taco Bell location with covered dining patio and a new look. Today the service was pleasant and speedy. Horrible. I use the kiosk to put my order in and got nothing from what I ordered. I had to send my tacos back because I had requested no cheese and they put cheese on them when I went back to complain and make a new order. the lady was still putting cheese on The what I thought was the manager came in. Well they don't speak English. Well obviously they didn't even understand English or could read English. I didn't get my cups for the soda. This is literally the best Taco Bell I've been to in my life. Stopped here on a road trip and received the best burrito ever. Hot, modifications were correct, I couldn't be happier. Went Through drive-through And paid at 7:37. At 8 :15 we still did not have our food. There was no one in front of us. Everyone that was behind us had backed out of the drive-through and left. We sat there for close to 45 minutes. Finally got the attention of the drive-through person she told us there was only two cooks and three people total in the store. There was no one waiting on food at that time in the store so they were empty. We tried to get her attention again just to get our money back and she totally ignored us at the window. So we decided just to cut our losses of $40 and drive away and cut our losses and go get food from McDonald's across the street. We were passing through from North Carolina heading home to Florida! Have tried this location multiple times as I like the food at Taco Bell. Every time the wait time is so unreasonable and has no right to be called "fast food". And if you decide that the wait is too unbearable you better hope there is no one behind you because there is no way to get out as the drive thru is one single lane. I came to this taco bell on November 30, 2020 at 8:45 pm. and i made this account specifically for this reason. i was given probably the worst service i ever had in my life and this was through the drive-thru. i made an online order and paid online, app said to ask for an order for alex when u get there which i did and the cashier told me there was no order for me, kept denying till i told her it was already paid for; this was strike one. i only received half my order and waited for about 10 minutes before she(cashier) came back and looked at me with a rude stare. i told her i was missing an order and she kept denying and was stubborn to even check my order. i had to leave and come back with a receipt of what i paid for and when i got there even though i had my receipt she was still stubborn to make the rest of my food that I PAID FOR!!!! i spoke to her with all the respect i could and she finally said "fine ill fix it for you". she gave me the rest of my food but i was still missing a drink, i didnt even bother asking because i was too afraid she would do something to it. honestly i probably wont come back and i wont recommend anyone to a place that treats their clients like this. read more
