I've reviewed them once several months ago. Still missing items or ingredients. Not asking a lot, just want what we pay for.

March 2024, I used the drive thru the day before and they forgot my chalupa and today I had to drive 20 mins out of the way just to pick my up missing order. When I called to let them know about my missing my item, manager was like, oh ok, just come back and will replace it. When I told them that I was 20 mins away from the location, she said, just come anytime and let them know you spoke with me. When I stopped by the next day, she yelled to the crew to make the chalupa and only chalupa. When she gave me the bag, she was like I put coupons in the bag for you. It would've have been nice if she put some napkins in the bag too. Her attitude of no big deal was frustrating. To her it was just replacing the item but for me it was my time, my dinner, and my gas. I have been here three times, twice as a guest, and once for myself which was today, and I've determined that this is the best Taco Bell I have ever tried. The staff is super knowledgeable and their system is really fast. I was in a line of five cars and when I came around I ended up at the window! This is because when the order is placed they start cooking. This is just one example of how fast they are! Today, I ordered The limited time taco box. It was only five dollars. I anticipated buying a coffee, but a coffee is considered the drink that comes with the box! I was very surprised on how they handled my coffee. They don't have creamer packets, but they put creamer into a 2 ounce container and provided any number of extra sugars I wanted. I was happy to see that it was eco friendly packaging. They also gave me a spoon to mix everything and an extra cup in case I wanted to customize my drink. My past orders tasted good for fast food and for Taco Bell in general. The only thing I would change as a restaurant, is instead of handing me the box by itself, is to put it in a bag. Bags are handy so you don't touch hot food, and for throwing away trash. Otherwise I think it's great value and this five dollar meal will not only be my lunch but also my dinner. Good job, Taco Bell! read more

Service is always great and bringing back the nacho fries is a nice surprise! I was in Taco Bell dream world when the burrito supreme was on their 5 dollar value menu. They took it away but this is still the best value food stop there is! The value menu is my go to choice but I like to check out the new value menu's. I came in today for breakfast. I ordered the flatbread quesadilla and substituted the sausage for bacon. I went to get water in my yeti and the manager told me that she had to give me a cup to transfer the ice and water into my cup. Cool. No problem. I'm a germaphobe so I didn't mind. I finally get my food and they forgot to sub the sausage for bacon. Again, I didn't mind....honest mistake that could be easily fixed. Now comes my problem. As I waited at the counter, I saw an employee put some tin bins that have food in them on the FLOOR before putting them in the fridge. Not once....but TWICE!! Seriously!?! Came here two weeks ago, got no guacamole on my Crunchwrap but was headed to work. Also purchased a 5 layer to eat later but didn't open it up until later. I called in the Crunchwrap and the nice lady put my name on the list. Later that day I found my 5 layer was incorrect as well but didn't call it in because I had called earlier. I thought I'd mention it when I got there. The next morning I come for my remake and the manager (not the one I spoke with) was very rude but agreed to remake the items. I explained I was working when I opened the 5 layer and it was late so I didn't call it in. She just kept interrupting me and told me to call next time. Today I came to get a CA Crunchwrap but got a mouthful of chipotle sauce. I went back because I couldn't even taste the rest of the food. She had SUCH an attitude as well as the line person. Told me next time ask for no chipotle because it comes with it and these are our portions. Practically tossed me my bag and slammed the window. I pull off and take a bite but wtf, now there's creamy avocado sauce inside . I think she did it on purpose, but I'm never coming here again. Your morning manager Bria is a joke. Went here to this location to get food for my family. Very ashamed, ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, 2 bean and cheese burritos with nothing but the bean and cheese, and 1 beefy five layer burrito.. Reason I'm ashamed is because the only thing that was made correctly was the Gordita crunch. Both my little brother and my cousins bean and cheese burritos had lettuce and onion in them and on my beefy five layer I said no sour cream and come to eat it it's full with sour cream instead of the nacho cheese it's suppose to have.. The cooks in the back a either just rushing to get off since I got there 20 minutes till close or they just plain out suck. Been here three times now and each time customer service has gone down. I don't expect much from Taco Bell but not being rude would be appreciated. Getting a wadded up paper towel in my bag was also not very appreciated. Having my food basically flung out the window because the employees are to busy talking that I didn't even get a here's your food or thank you was not appreciated either. The wadded up paper towel I though might be because the ran out off paper napkins but it's dirty. This food is going in the trash and I'll go elsewhere.
