There are currently 22 people sitting in the restaurant waiting for their food. The cashier is still taking orders but it appears there is no one in the back preparing them. I've been here several times and the food quality is always consistent. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. I especially like that it's open so late. Of course the price is reasonable, too. Big plus...they have Dr. Pepper! They also have Baja Mountain Dew, which you can't get anywhere, not even in stores. Another plus, their health department rating is a 100. If you go inside and stand near the counter to wait for your food, you'll notice that they've received awards for high sales. That says a lot about this restaurant. read more

I ordered through the drive through and was very disappointed. I could not hear the person taking my order. It sounded like a whisper. I told them it was hard to hear and asked if I could order at the window. They had to yell through the microphone for me to understand them. I stopped at the first window where I made eye contact with an employee for several seconds. I had stopped and she made no motions that suggested she was the one going to take my money for my order. So I pulled up to the second window. At this window another lady told me I had to pay at the first window. The lady at the first window came up to the second window and snatched my card. Went in to buy a taco box was told by lady at counter they do not accept walk-in orders except through the automated kiosk now. Started to leave but had already promised GF tacos so I made my self use it. While waiting for my order 4 different customers came in were told they had to use the kiosk said no and turned around and left. I ordered 40 dollars worth of food and the the girl gave me 3 packets of sauce. The worst fast food drive-through experience ever. Taco Bell gave me an order of a gordita with my food open and sauces on top of my food. Order of food I did not want on top of the back of my food I originally did not wanted with aluminum foil wrapped around the taco. When has Taco Bell ever serve food with aluminum for oil. I went in simply wanting a refund however was not provided a refund manager stated there is no refund policy however I will make the food myself. I told the manager no thanks I just want my money back other cooks and cashiers started laughing very disrespectful experience. There's a reason why they carry a 100 inspection score. Their ingredients taste the best than any other Taco Bell I have ever been too. The customer service is amazingly cordial and nice ever time. I would think they are brainwashing their employees or you can just tell they like working there. hello my fellow hinesvillans. i have to tell you all about a shocking occurrence that happened to me at the local Taco Bell. so on Friday I tried the cravings box and it was honestly truly the most ICONIC thing I've ever tasted like omg. the nachos, the taco, the burrito... it was perfection. but the thing that really had me shook was the double decker taco. like OMG it is so amazing. so of course I went back another day and tried another flavor or the double decker taco. so first thing I noticed when I took this thing out of the bag was that it did not even look as tasty as the other taco I tried. i should've just taken it back in there... that was an immediate red flag telling me it was not worthy of my eating. well anyways PLOT TWIST IT WAS GROSS!!!! but I ended up eating it anyways bc me? waste my dollar? not in this economy! anyways. in conclusion this Taco Bell is lowkey inconsistent with their tacos... also it took a long time for my taco (which wasn't even bussin) :0 To be honest idk why I'm even leaving this review bc you know I'll be back at Taco Bell tomorrow buying another cravings box ;) #ilovetacobell read more
