I have to say, I'm shocked at how nice this Taco Bell is and how good the service and food are. Considering it's in the mecca of tourist-trap-ville, California, I did not expect a Taco Bell experience better than other locations. I rarely visit Taco Bell and this time a friend and I stopped by because we just wanted a quick bite, a cheap meal, and something close so we didn't have to walk far in the rain. I love the interior design and layout and the whole place - including the bathrooms - is super clean and tidy. I ordered pick-up and although it wasn't quite ready when I arrived, I was happy to see things made fresh and it was only 1 or 2 more minutes before my bag came out. Our various items didn't skimp on any fillings or ingredients, everything was hot and fresh, and the food actually tasted better than other locations. The food was interesting. But the customer service was by far the worst. I ordered food at the kiosk and my friend and I waited to use the bathroom in the line. This rude lady looked at us weird in an aggressive tone we have to order something to use it. Which I told her we did and I showed her the receipt I got via text and she didn't even acknowledge and asked for the name which I gave her and she went to the back and yelled at her coworkers to check for my name if I ordered, which I did. Then said oh ok. Whtv after waited about 30 minutes for our food, which I went to the pick up area to check if it was ready. And she was just standing there ignoring my friends and I and I asked nicely every time until she finally said wait up we don't have it in a rude manner and walked away. Lastly my other friend did buy food there and asked for the bathroom code, again rudely ignored us after asking politely. Until she walked my friend to the bathroom like if she didn't know where it was and walked away not even opening up the bathroom. She had to wait 10 minutes then the same rude lady finally actually listened and opened up the bathroom. Let's start off with I do not like Taco Bell food at all, I prefer Del Taco. This cantina is a step above the rest and I was totally impressed by it's ambiance and beautiful upscale interior. I have noticed while driving around there are two Taco Bell's (Cantina) that serve alcoholic drinks one in Downtown LA near 7 and Fig and the other one is on Hollywood Boulevard across from the scientalogy building Margaritas start at 5 dollars beer starts at 6 dollars and mix drinks are a bit higher. Food prices are about the same as other Taco Bell's parking can be hard for both places other than that I will be going back and I recommend these Taco Bell Cantinas for a good 5 dollar margarita read more

This was a very novel experience, and definitely the most fancy taco bell I've ever been to. Service was quick and the employees were very nice. By far the cleanest Taco Bell I've also ever been in, I thought the chandeliers were so fun, and they had a bar and boozy baja blasts which was awesome. If you are a Taco Bell connoisseur like myself, and love to think outside of the bun, this location is worth the visit! As you walk in, you are met with beautiful décor all over. You'll feel like you just won the Taco Bell Oscars. Food can be ordered via various touch screens that are at the main entrance. The menu is full of options, and to be honest, I found them to have options that I haven't seen at other Taco Bell locations. Woah! This had me feeling like Brad Pitt: Exclusive! I ordered a Doritos Loco Taco that was wrapped in a tortilla, which gave me memories of my favorite former Taco Bell item, the Double-Decker Taco. I needed to wake up for my Hollywood debut, which meant I also had to get me a Cinnabon Iced Coffee. All alcoholic beverages have to be ordered at the bar. There are various options, and you can try some of your Taco Bell favorites with Alcohol. We chose the Blue Raspberry frozen drink with two shots of vodka (for an extra buzz to really feel famous). The drinks were delicious! They cost around 9 bucks, and 4 bucks extra for a second shot. Service was phenomenal, the team working the bar gave us our food quickly and with a smile. This is such a great place - They have completely honored the original architecture of this building and curated it to be a beautiful Art Deco powerhouse. The light skin Hispanic bartender with the wings tattoo on his neck was so rude. Me and a friend of mine wanted to grab a quick dinner after we got off of work and he was absolutely disgusting from beginning to end. We overhead him telling customers "if you wanna see me in a good mood catch me on Wednesday that's when I close". Then when I spilled my drink he slammed the wet floor sign down and when we asked for napkins to clean it up he got even more aggressive. I came to eat at this Taco Bell and the cashier (Josh) if that's even his name because no one wanted to give it to me. Was very rude. I came and ate with my gf and her mom and dad that were visiting in town and while they were ordering, I had asked for the bathroom code. He refused to give it to me until I placed an order. After my gf ordered she asked for the code then she let me in after I went in he got mad at both of us and said that wasn't allowed I had to order food also. Then after I sat down he told us he would make us leave after she in fact ordered food. After we ate he was gone or on break. So I asked the new cashier his name. She would not give it to me. I asked another worker and he also refused. Then he came back from break I asked his name he said it was Josh. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! The kiosks do not accurately send orders to the back, and if you happen to get your order incorrect, you are not allowed to buy more food! One of the members of our party ordered 3 soft tacos, they were given 3 hard shell tacos, and then when they asked if they could switch it they were denied. The employee at the front said the only thing they can do is refund the order and then explained "I will not allow you to order more food after". Seems a little ridiculous that they couldn't make it right, however that employee seemed to be "picking favorites" with the customers that walked in. The last three times I've gone there, I pay extra for nacho cheese and extra sour cream in my burrito, and they forget it every single time using any food service application, such as Uber eats. On top of that, I'm sure your employees are getting frustrated with the constant questioning so they might resort to lying. Now you have an issue where the service tanks. Corporate needs to get their shit together because your location is suffering among your other ones. And that's just my take. It's frustrating. Buuuut what can I say about this place? It's Taco Bell.
