It's been a zillion years since I've been here. All I remembered was that they were open late & delicious. Since I was passing by I decided to drop in by. It wasn't that busy since it was only about 7pm but I know the later you come the more jam packed this place gets since they're open until 3am. I loved it because the food came out so quickly. By the time I was done assembling my mini to-go salsa containers they presented me with my food. I got their their wet burrito with carnitas which the guy really recommended as a combo and a bunch of their individual tacos with al pastor meat with everything on top. Can't wait to eat it! I ordered the chorizo and eggs. Pretty straightforward stuff. My wife drove all the way down to the location to pick it up after placing the order on doordash. She got all the way home and I got a burrito instead of what I ordered. She tried calling them back and saying that I got the wrong item but they told her that I didn't. Can I take a survey? How many people out there think that this is chorizo and eggs? It's a burrito. They got the order wrong. The nerve of them to say they didn't. First time ordering from this spot. Never again. My review might have been different if they just admitted their mistake. Now here is the kicker. When my wife drove all the way back, the same person she picked up from before actually mocked her. They literally bullied her saying they didn't serve breakfast at that hour. Did we miss something or did they? The order I placed was available to be ordered. If it wasn't available then it should not be available to order via doordash. Not only was she mocked and came home completely shattered when I tasted the replacement food provided it was disgusting and I was afraid somebody spit in it after the atrocious customer service. I want to like this place cause it's close by... I've been a couple times and the service is meh, it's hot in there and the rice is always stale and old. It's pricy for being a hole in the wall. I guess it only hits if you've been drinking all night. Other than that you're better off going elsewhere. read more

I had one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I've had in a long time at Los Tacos in West Hollywood. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed completely disinterested and unprofessional. When I was trying to place my order, they stared at me like I had three heads whenever I asked a question. It quickly became clear that they weren't really listening or paying attention to what I was saying. Trying to be accommodating, I switched to Spanish, thinking there may have been a language barrier. The only response I got from the employee was, "I speak English." No attempt to help, no explanation, no effort to continue the conversation--just an abrupt and dismissive response. At that point, I felt so unwelcome and disrespected that I refused to order and left. There are too many great taco spots in Los Angeles to spend money somewhere that treats customers this way. I'm a fan of the 24 hours conveniently located LOS TACOS Mexican restaurant here in West Hollywood. The portions are large, the flavors simple and true, but they also have a great station that allows you to bring it all up to how you like your meal to taste with red and green sauces of mild, medium, and hot, as well as lemons, sour cream, and sautéed jalapeños and onions w carrots... it all allows you to dress up and customize your Mexican food order. The place is no frills in the decor department but more like a Latin diner that one might expect to see in a Robert Rodriguez film. Ordered the combo wet burrito. Wet burrito was just the right texture. You're given the option to choose the meat that you want with the burrito. Ex. Carne asada, al pastor, etc. They're also very generous with the amount of sauce that is dressed onto the burrito. In addition to other items, they have a nice selection of beverages to choose from: Jarrito Drink, Jamaica, Tamarindo, Watermelon Juice, and Horchata. I ordered the watermelon juice and it was by far the most refreshing and authentic watermelon juice I've ever had. Highly recommend ordering the large cup size regardless of which of the following drinks mentioned you decide to order. read more

This is one of my favorite hole in the wall spots in LA for good old fashioned Mexican food. The burrito is packed full and comes "wet" with delicious sauce! It's absolutely one of my "go-to's" near home. Staff is super nice and there are a plethora of options on their extensive menu, but the burrito just happens to be my personal favorite. Haven't been there in years, nut i would get the tostada in a 8" tin with 8" tortilla lots of meat topped fresh guacamole large portion about $10, today it was $14 got it home there was a small 5" plastic container with a 4" corn tortilla with carne asada (more like little grains of mystery meat, about 2 table spoons worth and little of anything else green avacado liquid horrible taste and 4 bites worth. IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM FOR 12 HOURS!!!! I have been an extremely loyal customer for over a year. My girlfriend and I both have severe dairy allergies. The manager of this ungrateful establishment served me a burrito with cheese in it after I informed him not once, but twice of my allergy. I showed him strings of cheese and he told me it was an onion. I took my allergy medicine in my car after I showed symptoms of anaphylactic shock and asked for a refund because I needed to go to the emergency room and he told me "you can order an al pastor burrito and tell me it has cheese but it's pretty much the same as telling me it has chicken" then told me to pay for a new burrito. I was in the emergency because of anaphylactic shock for 12 hours and will be taking legal action. He has an ungrateful attitude as well as treating customers concerns as if they are nothing and I 10/10 do NOT recommend ever going to this place if you have allergies or ANY sense of common decency. STAY AWAY there are many other Mexican restaurants nearby. read more

ROBBERS! I have been coming here for years, and this new guy whom I have never seen before charged me $84.38 for 2 enchiladas and 2 tamales. When I went in to dispute the charge he denied it. Not only the service was bad when I ordered the food,but after making this mistake and having to argue with him for 35 min to get my refund he just had a bad attitude and bad customer service. Even stuck with them through the pandemic when the pico de gallo was replaced with crushed tomato mush, cause the food was decent, they were open late and were always friendly. Lately the food quality has worsened, the cashier girl just stares blankly at your questions and worst of all, they got my food order wrong. There's nothing worse than getting home and finding 2 of the 3 items are meatless; who orders cheese enchiladas?! Lawls...
