Went there tonight to grab a chicken quesadilla. Paid almost 6 bucks. Get it home and there was NOTHING in two of the pieces. NOTHING. No chicken, no cheese, just a soft shell folded over. The other two small pieces had just enough to fit into a small spoon! The quesadilla itself was the size of a soft taco shell. It fit into my hand. Needless to say, I took it back and told the staff to lay off the drugs and get their act together. Absolutely pathetic. read more

Ordered 6 items and every item was screwed up. Shredded chicken burritos has no avocado ranch, cheesy gordita crunches had no sauce, hard tacos had broken shells. No straws for the drinks and no napkins. If Hep A in tbe kitchen didnt keep me away, crappy product and service will. read more

2017 Review: I, again, would like to send a "Very Special Thank You" to the lady cashier when I placed an order to go yesterday, 8/23/2017 in early evening. She made my day thanking me for my service and even shook my hand. That was very sweet of her to do that considering Vietnam Vets were mostly shunned back when and it has taken years to receive any sort of recognition in the way of thanks. My receipt shows a first initial as the letter 'E' with a last name that begins with a 'J'... but, that could be another employee that had signed in on the register. No way to know for sure but... whatever your name, "THANK YOU!!" You should be more concerned on taking people's orders & getting their food out & not worrying about passing out cup cakes to your coworkers. You have 5 people standing around & only one person taking orders. After standing in line for 10 minutes behind only one person who ordered one meal. I get to the cash register and the employee handing out the cupcakes at the counter asks the man at the register about his cupcake. As I proceed to say "I'd like for you to take my order first" he has to ask me twice to repeat my order because of the employee with the cupcakes. Lastly, I ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes with my main order and found a white hair included in my food. Not happy about this experience. read more

I can not provide a "0" star. I only have a Yelp account now because I'm leaving this review. I am a long time resident of the area and had too many orders wrong to not say anything. Not saying anything (to me) means I accept the service. I don't anymore. The manager did offer words (acknowledgement) our order was messed up (again). She also said employees did not read the screen when my simple request of "no sour cream" acknowledged. Unfortunately, my $17.18 of food is not edible for us. I CAN NOT continue to pay for food I do not want. Sadly. I like it when it is just as I ask for/pay for. It's just not that way. read more

Used to regular this place often (only thing open late in the area except wendys), knowing everytime I went my order would most likely be messed up. After around 20 or so trips of messed up orders i finally asked to speak to the manager who informed me "it's easier for some than others" to read from a screen and make the order. She did provide me with a refund and a guarentee I'll avoid this location everytime. read more

This place is exactly what you expect from Taco Bell. The food is ok, service is decent, but the staff is friendly. The two major flaws with this place are: Location (can be difficult to get in/out of the parking lot) and Service during the lunch rush (don't be in too much of a hurry, they do seem to go as fast as they can). Overall it isn't a bad place to go for a quick/semi-cheap meal. read more

I used to stop here at least once a week. On Thursday I stopped & went in to get a take out order. Waited over 30 minutes for a box of tacos and Mexican pizza. Tonight I stopped and my granddaughter went in to get 2 chicken quesadillas I waited in the car for over 20 minutes and watched the drive thru clear out 4 times in that time the service at this Taco Bell has gone to Hades in a hand basket. Not sure who or what has changed but it is NOT for the better Think I'll find another TB to go to which is not convenient as I live in Hurricane but would rather do that than waste my time sitting and waiting on my food. read more
