I visited this store today and arrived in the parking lot at 4:07pm with a mobile order already placed. As i was walking in, the app says order is being prepared. When we got inside, my friend placed her order on the kiosk. Hers came out in maybe 10 minutes. Over the span of an HOUR multiple people came and went with their orders and i had not recieved mine. We ended up leaving at 5pm. At this point I asked the manager for a refund, and her response was "you have to do it on the app" which i know is not true and told her that and to which she admitted and said "i don't know how to do that" and walked away. No sorry, no solution or explanation as to why my order wasn't being made. Not to mention while I had asked about my order multiple times (and respectfully) the FIVE workers i could see in the back were not doing anything other than bagging tortilla chips. ALSO the table next to us got their food and the tacos were literally DRENCHED soaking literally fell apart when picked up. SICK. and i heard them say, and i quote, "we're never coming back to this taco bell" i thought i got lucky when i pulled up and there were no cars in the parking lot and one in the drive thru. unfortunately, that was not the case. Don't recommend this business as they have their lobby and bathroom closed when other restaurants nearby are open. It is very poor customer service for a restaurant off a main highway to not be more accommodating for long haul travelers. The lineup of cars circling the building as a result of the closed off walk-in is very long and again not accommodating or considerate to customers Lots of nearby restaurants and encourage people to go elsewhere read more

This place has become a complete dumpster fire. 10 days ago I came at 6:00 PM and was informed that they can't take my order because they were "putting up a truck". 1 week ago got horrible food and while at the window saw a manager scream at the top of her lungs and fire a worker right in front of me. Today I placed an app order and went to pick up. After waiting in long drive thru line for almost 20 minutes was informed the car in front of my ordered the last chicken wings and they were out. I love Taco Bell but this place is terrible. It seems the lobby is never open and when it is the people at the counter don't need to be in public because of the attitudes they have. Ordered my food at the drive through and they were friendly enough. Ordered a combo meal and two extra burrito supremes. I got a drink and two burritos for $17.09. Sounds to me like from the other reviews that the employees just don't give people there whole orders and I guess eat it themselves. To start, I literally downloaded the Yelp app just so I could leave a review. This is hands down the absolute worst fast food establishment I've ever visited. We ordered the Mexican pizzas through the app and sat in the drive thru for over an hour and never even got out food. The other visits I've had were just as bad. A couple months ago The person taking the order would give me my total after everything i said and got an attitude with me when I said I wasn't finished ordering. The time before that I waited in the drive through for close to an hour only to be given someone else's order. If I could give this place no stars i would. read more

TERRIBLE!!! Went one night and they finally answered at the drive up. I waited about 10 minutes. Just wanted to see how long it would take. Then he came on the speaker and said it would take 20 minutes to get my order. I said well ok do you want to take my order? Then it went silent for another 5 minutes then he came on and said the same thing again. So I finally just drove off. Then I saw on TV the ad for the toasted cheese chalupa and just thought I had to try it. I drove up to this Taco Bell and ordered one only to be told by a lady the fryer was down. This is a brand new taco bell too. This is a sorry place. It's close to where I live but I'll drive farther next time to another one although it is not much better. I may just have to give up Taco Bell all together. It's "funny" that employees are getting paid more at fast food places now but they are even worse than they were before.
