She shrugged and said "Ok" while the short fat woman that was training her looked in our faces and loudly said "Oh well"! When we got in the car and I called for the manager, she first blamed us for leaving and then tried to blame the waitress in training. I'm not sure what training has to do with common sense or etiquette but it seems as though none of the 3 women had either! This ENTIRE experience was HORRIBLE!! Most of Papa John's competitors either don't add extra sauce or, add extra cheese instead of extra sauce. Since the instructions are part of the order, it seems as if this should not be missed. The other reason for the five stars is that the employees always greet me quickly and warmly. Even if too busy to wait on me upon arrival, they never fail to acknowledge that I've arrived. More franchise operations should follow this model and realize that without the customers, they would be out of business.
