The young lady at the window was very sweet and had great customer service which u never see at any jack n box. The cook there has no buisness being a cook. Why he isnt a GM is beyond me. He came to the window and told me he made my sausage croissants fresh. They were the best Ive ever had. He was polite, curious and respectful. This cook had better customer relation skills than any fast food manager Ive dealt with. Great to see someone going beyond and above. A few moments later, she came back with our food--still without acknowledging us. I ordered the $8 Supreme Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich, and somehow it was missing the egg--which seems like a pretty important ingredient for a breakfast sandwich. On top of that, it had what looked like half a slice of cheese and a single slice of ham. Definitely not what I expected. The inside of the restaurant smelled unpleasant and just felt unclean, so we decided to eat in our car instead. Before we left, a customer who had been there before us came back inside to ask for a fork for his breakfast platter. He was told they were out of forks. Hopefully he enjoyed eating breakfast with his fingers. While we were sitting in the car, we watched another customer ride up on a bicycle and try to get into the dining room. Since the doors were locked, they couldn't get in. After trying the door, they simply rode across the street to Burger King instead. Between the locked dining room, the lack of customer service, an $8 Supreme Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich with no egg, the disappointing food, and the overall condition of the restaurant, this was easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had. Pricing is excellent and the food was very good. I tried one of their artisan pizzas which I would have loved too see more burn on the crust but had a good flavor overall. The cheese and meat plate was ample and almost a meal in itself! The atmosphere in the bistro was warm and friendly. We met several new friends there and had a wonderful time!
