The buffet has all the classics--beef tips, chicken pot pie, fried catfish, chicken-fried pork loin, baked chicken, vegetables, and plenty of sides. It's filling and abundant, but it's a true country buffet experience: hearty, salty, and rich rather than refined. Cedar Tree clearly has a loyal following, and the full dining room shows that many folks enjoy what they offer. A little more consistency in service would make the experience even better.
