The meat is either undercooked or expired. I had Taco Bell plenty of times and every time I would get food from this particular store the meat would taste like complete garbage. Also there is 1 girl that was rude. I had an online order for pick up. They forgot the 1 dollar bean burrito. Told the employees there they were all nice about it but this one girl hidding in the back of the store yelled "saying everything was in there they lying" . Like I would lie for 1 dollar burrito. My order was not taken after sitting at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes so I pulled around and sat for another 15 minutes behind a car of girls flirting with the crew member inside . Keep in mind it was midnight and not at all busy . I used to love this location. Everything was always the way it was supposed to be; quick, tasty, and accurate. Not anymore. We ordered 3 items plus a drink and it took more than 10 minutes. I fell asleep on the table waiting. When we finally got the food, we only had 2 items. So 1/3 of the order was missing. My husband tried to get the attention of the people working at the counter, and he was ignored. Blatantly ignored. He stood patiently, then waved, then finally had to shout, after being ignored in an empty restaurant for 3 full minutes. When he explained that part of the order was missing they were dismissive and asked rudely if he went through the drive through. He explained no, that his order was in plain view on our table. They located the missing item and plopped it down on the counter in front of him. The blatant rudeness coupled with the incompetence deserves one star. Everyone loves to crap on fast food restaurants when they have a bad experience. I'm recognizing this Taco Bell for a good experience. I live in the area so I've come here several times. This past time I went I was unhappy with my order so I returned to see if they would correct it. And they did. Everyone was so nice about it. I ordered an extra drink when I returned and intended to pay for it, and they wouldn't accept my money. So nice. I've been here past closing hours unintentionally and they still took my order as well. I just like this place in general and wanted to give them a shout out. Today April 25, 2017 at 8:40am I came to buy some breakfast and the door was lock, no one would answer the drive-through and when I call the manager said that she did not open the restaurant because she doesn't have anyone to work with so she just kept it close until someone can show up to work. We sat in line 20 minutes and then at the window another 10 minutes. Could see employees laughing and holding random conversations. One employee served himself a drink and appeared to take a break.
