I kept picturing Chef Ramsey taking a bite, spitting it back on the plate and flagging down the waiter,. "This is disgusting!" What I should have received was seasoned carnitas that spent at least some time with the sauce in the pan. I had to stop it was so bad! If it hadn't bern Valentines Day weekend, and if we hadn't already waited an hour to eat because it was busy, I'd have asked the waiter for something else. When the waiter came to check and asked, I was honest, he apologized and offered to have them prepare something else, but by this point I was just ready to leave. The Manager came, apologized and took my dinner off the bill, the right thing to do. We used to live in Kuna, but now it's at least an hour drive round trip, so I doubt we'll be back. These last three visits were trial visits. I am happy to say that we did not experience the same behavior as we did in 2025. The food was good and the service was outstanding as it had been before April 2025. So, I am updating my review to 4-stars. I do think many of the chairs need to be replaced or repaired. Some are very wobbly and feel unsafe to sit in.
