Anytime we have been recently the food is garbage. Half my Luxe box not in the bag last weekend. The cheese melt roll ups were just rolled in no melted shredded cheese. Food was cold. The tortillas are stale, burritos falling apart. Staff absolutely doesn't care which is a direct reflection on upper management. If you put an online inquiry in for contact nobody contacts you. Was told you have to call and speak to a manager which tells me they don't even care at this point. The prices are way too high for this. Looks like I will start doing carry out orders at Gustavo's. At least then I can get decent food and decent portion sizes. Pretty sure they disabled their reviews on google as well which should be reported. Nobody is spamming them. They are literally not giving people their food and serving people trash. On my most recent trip through the drive-through with several customers in line before me, the order was prepared surprisingly quickly, was accurate and of decent quality, and the employees were friendly. If I could give a negative Star for this Taco Bell I would. I've had multiple issues with this Taco Bell but the most recent one is I was shorted money because they said the government does not allow them to use pennies anymore. So instead of giving me $0.03 they said they were shorting me $0.03. And then on top of that they didn't give me all of my food. And unfortunately there's not really a way to call and complain. They've gotten really good at that because they are such a horrible restaurant. And it's not about the $0.03 it's the fact that they said they were shorting me money and that's the way it was going to be. And that I could blame the government. It may have been the right place right time thing but a midnight on the way home stop at this Taco Bell on a Tuesday evening served 5 stars. If you plan on stopping during the night, just know that it's become a total roll of the dice whether or not they'll have product. And I'm not talking about just being out of one particular thing. On multiple occasions recently we've tried to stop and order food only to be turned away because they're out of EVERYTHING apparently. The beef. The chicken. The steak. Running out of one thing, completely understandable, these things happen. But allowing yourself to run out of everything is either negligence or laziness. And I'm unsure what's worse. We went there and everyone was standing outside just hangin out and talking, I think they only had 3 people inside and working. My mother and I ordered 3 supreme soft tacos with no lettuce, and a grilled cheese dipper box??? I think, idk it's new. Anyways, we had to pull around to the front to wait for our food to be made only for us to get home and find three soft tacos with meat and cheese, a five layer burrito, and the grilled cheese? thing. I love Taco Bell. LOVE. IT. So as I am rolling in to LaGrange for a work meeting I thought I would roll through Taco Bell for a Baja Mt. Dew--that stuff is addictive! So I pulled up to the 10 deep line of cars and waited...and waited....and waited...and waited...and waited...and waited. Three songs completely played on the radio and this line only moved 1 car in that 10 minutes. I went to the drive thru today August 28th 2021 around 11 am. There was two women working near the window. Neither woman was wearing a mask. One was an older woman with track marks down her arms. She looked to have poor dentition (possibly no teeth) and long hair pulled back. She looked to be in her 40s or 50s possibly older. The other woman looked to be in her 20s or 30s. She was over weight with a blonde Mohawk looking hair cut and had a bat looking tattoo on her forearm. While I was sitting at the window with my two young children the older woman poured a bottle of prescription pills on the counter and the young woman and old woman divided them up with one another and took them. One of the worst experiences I've had at a drive thru. I had to place my order 3 times because they kept saying their headsets were messed up. When I got to the window there were 8-10 employees goofing off (trading the headsets, dancing, singing). I paid then sat there for 10 plus minutes watching them all horseplay. When they finally opened the window again they said my order had accidentally been bumped and that they would make it right then.The lady then shut the window in my face without letting me reply. After getting another persons attention I requested a refund rather than wait even longer for my food.
