(technically it was Wednesday November 19 at that point) I really wanted nacho fries and was thinking about them my entire ride back from seattle. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! This is our go to Taco Bell because it's close to our house and is consistently consistent with service and food quality. This time my order was wrong, but I wasn't mad about it, what I got instead was probably better than what I ordered. Not to mention, what we witnessed below made up for it. We were sitting in the dining room, there were a few other guests too. Three middle school aged kids came in and asked what the cheapest thing on the menu was. A worker came up and asked them what they wanted. They said a quesadilla, but they only had $4. But she said that's ok, we will make it work and she gave them all sodas and cut the quesadilla into three slices for them to split. Taco Bell brings back childhood memories for me. When the first Taco Bell in Washington opened, we bought 80 tacos for all our employees. Today, I went to this location and I've been here a couple of times. The food quality is great. The employees and management are great. The only reason it isn't a five star is because there's always something wrong with the order. I keep modifications low but I have preferences. Unfortunately, there is no quality control for the orders. Managers get the orders out quick but if it's always wrong then you double up on work and waste food that isn't correct. The dining room is cold. Like real cold. I regret taking off my jacket as I sit in my car trying to warm up. If they could just warm up the dining area and keep the orders correct, this would be a total 5-star for sure! I'll still come back because they're super sweet about remaking orders. read more

I have had several orders with missing items. If you order something with extra add-ons or condiments, they do not add extra. I pay for those extra items, so I expect it. I don't know if it's a management thing -where workers are instructed to skimp- or if the workers just don't care, but I won't be back. I will commute a little further to a different Taco Bell. I've never been to a location at ANY fast food/chain restaurant that goes so far out of their way to mess up orders. It's not even the fact that they charge for add ons that you just flat out don't receive. It's the fact that we order a simple meal and they don't even give you the item you ordered! Well this was my 1st time visiting this new Taco Bell and I have to say the experience was not pleasant. First of all the young lady that took my order on Wednesday at about 12:15 was far from pleasant to speak with she was so mechanical almost to the point of rude. She got my order wrong and argued with me about it. The food that I received was subpar even for Taco Bell. The taco had very little meat on it and the potato burrito I ordered was swimming in cheese and had a funny flavour to it. The only thing they're good at is having the worst customer service imaginable. So bad you glance around wondering if it's a prank and someone is actually filming a tiktok. Picked up a DoorDash tonight and it looked like they just crumpled the whole top of the bag up in their fist then went out of their way to try to be funny about it and stuck the sticker on like that. I asked him if he could redo it and the dude at the counter was so stoned he just stared at my blinking slowly for a few seconds then said oh you want me to fix it...?? Uncrumples it attempts to fold it in half after ripping the sticker off and sticks the used sticker back on like that so now the bag is ripped and sticker is hanging off. Man wtf??? as someone who works in the restaurant industry. the service that I received was ridiculous. i get that customers can be rude at all. but having a screaming match over the speaker in the drive thru was to much for me. legit fighting with me over what comes in a supreme taco. like girl it's not that big of a deal!!! i just wanted the tomatoes on the taco and no sour cream. if you are trying to educate people so they know how to order what they want next time that's fine with me. but don't be an petty little you know what about it. food was good, not gonna lie on that part. shitty customer service, maybe don't hire entitled teenagers who think that kind of service is okay. off to the wrong start here guys lol read more
