I wondered if now that they've been open awhile they are now serving smaller tenders? The chicken - I have dined here 7-8 times since it opened. With the exception of my most recent visit for dinner on 7/10/26, the tenders were big, well-seasoned, juicy and crispy. I was disappointed on the last visit. The tenders were much smaller, were overcooked, and dry. I hope this was a one-off, because I would hate to see the food quality go downhill. The fries - the hand-cut, perfectly cooked and seasoned fries are amazing. The servings are huge, and the fries are hot & crispy. They serve the best fries I've tasted. The condiments - I love the condiment bar! They offer a wide variety of sweet, savory, spicy dipping sauces which you pump into serving cups and come back for more! The fountain beverages are also self-serve with free refills. The custard - I've only ordered the custard once. We took it home and it was very good. You won't be disappointed. However, right across the parking lot is Humble Cow ice cream and, given the choice, I definitely prefer Humble Cow. Service - the service is always efficient and friendly. I like that they bring the food to your table as soon as it's ready, so it's always fresh & hot. Atmosphere - the restaurant and tables have been clean on every visit. They have some TVs for watching games. The high ceilings make it overly loud and the air conditioner makes it so cold you'll want to have a sweater handy. They don't cost that much anymore, but still that menue endeared Wendy's to my heart, so I have to go to Wendys somewhere and around here, Lacey is where it's at. When I last visited, the cashier was in such good spirits. I asked about buying the baby frosty tag for 2024 and we totally bonded over that, her telling me that she bought a bunch of them for her family. What a great idea! The staff was working super slow and she apologized for that, so she brought out my peppermint frosty to enjoy while I waited. I love her conscientiousness and desire to give good service even if her coworkers weren't feeling it. Because of her, I didn't mind waiting. I wish I remembered her name because she was so cool and she took a two star fast food restaurant and made it into a four star experince.

The burger was COLD..definitely didn't taste fresh and even with it being free thanks to an offer on my app I can't help but feel they overcharged me for it, the chicken sandwich was hot but had a weird taste to it ...it was different than other times I've at it at other Wendy's locations.. it had a lot of breading and had a little bit of a fish sandwich taste- that might sound great to some people but I don't like fish! Not to sound ridiculous because I am an adult but I'm also very much a big kid at heart and I got this meal because I LOVE the minions and that was advertised as being part of this meal so I should have gotten it. At about $12.00 for meal with drink, pretty reasonable. It's the outstanding service that truly impressed me. Even with staff that are mostly teenagers, the service level is high. And the fact that this a Christian-owned chain all but seals the deal for me. Be sure to get the Chik-fil-a sauce for your fries. Pure bliss!

What I appreciated so much was that no one got upset or treated the man poorly. One of the older women preparing food at the back simply told the others (discreetly) she was going to call the police. She stepped into the back while the other employees listened to the rant and served him food while he insulted them and the food they were serving. After he left (which was hilarious: he was, apparently, going to eat the food that he stated was made of "insects"-- and worse things!), they carried on with professionalism. I just appreciated how well they all handled the situation. And, yeah. It's Chipotle: the food was good!

I stopped by a little after 1pm. I went inside, and used the bathroom first. You need a code to get in, which the cashier readily provided. The bathroom was clean. Service was very friendly and I did not feel rushed even during a busy time. I went with a crisp pinto bean burrito with a side of tater tots. The burrito was just as I remember! Crunchy and rich; so hot you have to wait to keep from burning your tongue. The tater tots were regular tater tots, without the distinct seasonings I remember. But they were still very tasty and hit the spot. I didn't get any sauce, and I later regretted this. I would recommend getting a sauce, I believe they are complementary. The dining room was also very clean, they were cleaning the tables as I was eating. A nice, simple reminder of my childhood. This is a great location with clean, fast and very friendly service.
