I usually have a decent experience at this Taco bell but tonight after working a 12 hour shift I'm livid. I asked for my nachos to have no beef and have extra nacho cheese (which adds 50 cents even though I want it substituted for the beef) and I literally got like a tablespoon of cheese that covered 3 chips. Also, the beans were rock hard... I also asked for a cheese quesadilla and the best part of the quesadilla is the jalapeno sauce and there was absolutely no sauce in there. The shift that worked tonight need some serious training. Now I'm gonna be THAT GUY who actually looks at my food before I take off because I just wasted $10 of food that is terrible. read more

The drive-thru here can be really slow. The employees are generally friendly. On my most recent visit, we waited for at least 20 minutes in the drive thru. When we got to the window, we were informed they were out of rice for something we had ordered. I recommend checking your bag before you leave the window area, I have had several orders that have not been complete. The food is always fine though so that's why I keep stopping here. read more

This Taco Bell has got issues. First time through the drive through. Had a simple order. I have an allergy so I specifically asked for chicken instead of beef. The guy repeated it back. When I got to the window the lady took my credit card without looking at me and walked away with it into the restaurant out of sight!! Where did she take it?? Did not make me feel safe. When I drove off I took a bite and it was beef. I turned around my car and headed back. Meanwhile I called the store to tell them of the mistake and the lady tried to say it was made the way I ordered and I said no, the guy who took my order REPEATED back to me what I ordered. She made it sound like I was making it up. I had to insist that she do something about it so then she "offered" to make new ones for me if I would come back. Now I've been sitting in the unmoving drive through lane with 5 cars in front of me for over 15 minutes now. The only way this line shouldn't be moving is if it were being held up at gunpoint. This Taco Bell experience is going to take AT LEAST 35-40 minutes, when a good restaurant will have you through the drive through in two minutes or less. When I used to work at McDonalds back in the day, if we would go over a minute-thirty regularly we would be pulled off the line and forced to clean the booths or some other menial job as pseudo punishment for not being fast enough. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food restaurants for breakfast. The Fiesta Potato Grilled Breakfast Burritos are amazing and only a dollar each. I normally pair these burritos with an iced coffee for my drive to work. Two breakfast burritos and an iced coffee cost less than your average beverage drink at popular coffee shops. I have found the employees at the Ladson/78 restaurant to be friendlier than other locations in the area. read more

I always order senior coffee from taco bell in the big brown cups, from south Florida to Summerville. This one offer the small plastic cup that you can't hold because it's not meant for hot beverages. So we went to our own taco bell in summerville and told them what happened. Me and my fiancé went here to pickup dinner for us and family at home. We ordered 2 of the 12 pack taco boxes. We asked for no lettuce and extra cheese. When we got home, they had extra lettuce and no cheese. I called Monday afternoon and explained to the manager that was on duty at the time and she apologized and told me to come back at my earliest convince, which was that night. When I arrived, they had gone through a shift change and the manager was now a man named Craig. I explained to Craig, what had happened and he told me "You will have to come back in about 3 hours, because he didn't have time, to deal with it right now.". I asked the young man at the counter, for that managers name, their store number and corporates number(which he gave me). As I was calling corporate, inside of the store, Craig, rudely, ask me, what can I do for you, I told him, he replaced it. When we got home, we opened the boxes, to find out, it had been messed up again. Not to mention, last night, they had people waiting for their food for 2 hours and refused to give refunds, so the people had no choice but to wait. Paid for sour cream on my Mexican pizza, did not receive sour cream. My cheese quesadilla had zero creamy jalapeno sauce in it, which is the reason I order it at all.
