Order was two Egg White Grill sandwiches, no cheese. Yup, they both had cheese. These were to go orders so I didn't return them. To their credit( have ALWAYS loved Chic fil A) , they did credit my account. This certainly won't stop me from returning. Those young ladies just need an inservice on listening to the entire order and not just hearing the first few words of an order and tapping the screen on what they think I want. read more

Plenty of parking and ample drive through space. Upon entering the building was not very clean and well kept up (trash on tables and floors, dirty tables, etc). We were not greeted upon entering which is odd as most greet you upon entering. We had a pick up order. It was completed in a timely manner. We ordered a spicy wrap meal, 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals, a regular chicken sandwich meal, diet Dr Pepper, small fry, and a market salad with grilled nuggets. The fries were not full in the containers & the salad was missing items as well as the add ons that go with it and there were only 10 nuggets. The salad was not made correctly. read more

Maple bacon chicken sandwich was a disaster. It was a very tiny piece of chicken and NO Bacon - mostly bun and lettuce for $12.95! Very poor value, will not be ordering this ever again. When I complained they said, well that's what they look like. Geez not what the photos show. read more

I'd wanted to try the peppermint shake since last year, when commercials showcased the treat. Running errands with a family member, we missed lunch. Although he indicated he wasn't overly hungry, I knew he'd appreciate something sweet. I might have added something additional (and more substantial) to our order, but--to help keep the flow of customers moving through the drive through lanes--employees were taking orders and payment well before we could actually view the menu signage. For me, this was a problem. So I only ordered the shakes. And these were delicious. Yep. I'd order that again. But probably not often, because I don't want to have to preview a menu on a phone and figure out what I want to eat before I actually arrive. It would be helpful for Chic-fit-a to add a menu board before reaching the point of order placement. read more

The service in this location is always extraordinary. The food seems consistent in every location. The chicken is always hot and fresh. But I am impressed every single time. I usually stop by this location in North Mt. Pleasant when heading out of town to Myrtle Beach. It is the peak of the lunch rush with two lanes open for drive-thru. I'm greeted with a smile by an employee with an Ipad. Quickly I proceed to another attendant to take my payment and then move on to the window to pick up my food. The entire process took less than five minutes. The sauces were correctly placed in the bag and, as ordered, there was not one grain of sugar in my iced tea. I've been going to this location for more than ten years and have never once been disappointed. read more

I know the chicken is yummy, but I struggle with justifying the long lines at...every Chick-Fila in America. This location is no exception. Food is exactly what you're expecting, service is friendly and efficient, and the milkshakes are amazing. All of that being said, can someone explain why Chick-Fila prices are creeping into sit-down dining territory? It's hard to understand, but every mom driving kids around MP can't be wrong, can they? It's solid. It's fast-food. The app never works for this location if you (fingers crossed) need to get in and out with youngsters. read more

Food was fine. Customer service was awful. Went in to order and it took 35 mins to get food. I watched 3-4 cycles of cars go through the drive thru before we got our food. Actually thought about asking for a refund and going somewhere else. Inside has seating but is limited. They have at least one exit that is blocked off with boxes of cups and stuff. Just seemed crummy. Outside seating is blocked off from entrance and you have to brave getting hit by a car in the drive through to sit there. A very popular and busy Chick-fil-A, and this location serves it pretty good. The drive thru is always long but they have their routine down and it moves fast. There is an outdoor seating area, but be prepared to look at the drive thru customers. The interior dining area is large, with usual booths, some 2 top tables and a few tall pub like tables. They also have the usual kid's playroom. Food - excellent chicken, served multiple ways, my favorite is the chicken biscuit, with a soft pillowy biscuit that is great with chicken, egg, sausage or bacon. Service - pretty friendly, and cookie cutter service by all. My Pleasure! Overall a good Chick-fil-A, with good service. But can be busy during breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. read more

What a love about Chick-fil-A is their consistency. Their chicken is delicious and no matter where I am they are just the same. The quality of the product is impressive and each location takes pride in giving you exactly what you are craving. This location lives up to that standard. The inside was clean and inviting. Considering the amount of business they are doing it takes allot of work to maintain the cleanliness and that's impressive. I ordered online using their APP and my order was ready on time. I really like the APP and highly recommend it for those who frequent Chick-fil-A's. What is most impressive in addition to the very tasty chicken they serve is their customer service. This is one of my favorite Chick-fil-A locations in the area. Not only does it offer some of the best customer service and freshest food above the others, it also has better parking that is easier to get in and out of than other stores. Every time we have visited this Chick-fil-A the staff has been super courteous and a real "pleasure" to deal with. They are right on time at taking your order, getting your drinks, and bringing out your food order. For some reason the food at this location just tastes fresher, not sure if they cook it to order and the other stores do not or maybe it's just a mental thing on my part. Getting in and out of this store location is a lot easier than the other store locations in town. They could probably use a few more spaces for those busy times they have at lunch and dinner. read more

I want to give this location 5 stars. I went here for lunch yesterday around 11:45. Thankfully I came earlier than the rush. I got in line and their were only 5 people in front of me. The line went very quick and the costumer service was of course wonderful. A young lady was training almost all the people on the register. I was very pleased with her enthusiasm and her promptness. She could really multitask and made sure the line was flowing smooth. During this time one of the coke machines was being serviced. And still they pulled it all together. I ordered a number 1 meal and a watermelon mint lemonade. I got my meal and sat down and waited on my lemonade. It was the first day of summer so within five minutes their was about 40 people on line inside the store (not kidding). I felt like I was at Disney world. If you looked outside their was a line of cars wrapped into the highway. I would say about 40 cars waiting for service. I watched closely and they really had their stuff together. The never skipped a beat. It took a while for my lemonade but I wouldn't ever complain because one sip of it and I was in heaven. I will return to this location because I am very impressed on how they handled everything. Great job to all the employees! read more

I love Chick-fil-A, but this is the worst of the three Chick-fil-A's in Mt. Pleasant. The service at this one is subpar compared to the others and they have commandeered part of the customer space as a weird employee lounge . It looks ugly. Really went downhill during Covid times and has not really recovered. If you want Chick-fil-A avid this one and go to one of the other two in Mt pleasant. read more

The drive through at this location as become unreasonably slow. Chikfila is known for how efficient it is and this location is a huge disappointment. There needs to be a way to exit the drive through lane because you are locked into a 30 minute line of 10 cars that will ruin your day if you want "fast food". My girlfriend and I got 4 fries, a Spicy Deluxe sandwich, and a chicken sandwich. Normal order but when she got to my house she opened the bag realized they had given us basically no fries, and they didn't give us my sandwich. We went back and our food was cold by the time we got there asked them to fix it. They finally did fix it after one very kind employee helped us. However, one named Will was an absolute dick to my girlfriend and the other employee stepped in and helped us. I've now had 5 fairly slow and bad experiences at this location. I kept coming back because it is literally .5 miles from my home. Chick fil A is a leader in fast food. Their ability to direct traffic and have a staff ready to prepare meals in an efficient manner is what makes them #1. But this particular location just can't follow in this excellence. They're slow and honestly the last two visits were not only slow but the food was past it's prime-- cold. I'd sacrifice time for quality all day long but when you fail at both I'd rather go to the next restaurant. read more

I walked in to place my order and was ignored initially by the kid on the cashier who was on his phone. Food ordered and delivered. The lobby is atrocious as well as the men's room. Clearly employees used the bathroom and saw the disaster inside because the powder from their gloves were all over the door. Had to stand at the urninal with legs wide because of urine on the floor!
