Super last minute decided to drop by and order ahead on the app to pick up a burrito. Everything seemed fine. But when I got to the cashier's window, the young girl there had a very pissed off demeanor. Her name is "Brianna R" from what's the receipt states, I had a very overly positive kind tone with her from checking in till picking up my food and leaving. But her body language, tone, and the way she spoke was honestly kind of disrespectful and rude. Didn't really set up a good president for my visit, and I'll be sure to go out of my way to avoid coming back here. I'm not sure what set her off to have a bad attitude. This location absolutely sucks at the moment! Placed our order on the kiosk and patiently waited for about 10 minutes. Finally went to the counter and asked how much longer till we get our food. The young gentleman said it shouldn't be much longer for the fact they had trainees working. Waited another 5 minutes while cars at the drive-thru were being prioritized and being parked in a waiting spot. It was honestly not that busy! The young gentleman proceeded to ask the shift lead how much longer and I heard her tell him "I don't know" not knowing I would hear her. I automatically requested a refund and she stated that only the manager could issue a refund and she was not there. I demanded my refund and then she supposedly called the manager on her cellphone so she can approve it. The young gentleman apologized a few times and I did tell him it wasn't his fault. This location seriously needs more than retraining! We waited 20-25 minutes in total and no food! We will definitely not be stopping here again! Negative Stars for this location! read more

If I can leave 0 stars I would cause my experience today deserves attention. I pulled up to the window, my food was handed to me, and I looked in my bag and thought my creamy jalapeño sauce was missing. When I asked about it, Nathan assumed I was asking for extra sauce on the side and told me I'd have to drive back around the drive-thru just to get it. Mind you when I saw line to the drive thru, it was hella long already. He was bouta make me wait for a sauce? -- seriously? I was like, "Wait... I have to go all the way back around just for a sauce that was supposed to be on my taco?" His response: "Yeah, because we have a timer." Are you kidding me? Then gets flustered and all of a sudden wants to do it. Then I double-checked my food, realized the sauce was on the taco, and I kindly said, "Oh, never mind I see it, sorry about that." But before I could even ask for fire sauce and napkins I actually didn't get, he slammed the window shut -- just because he was more concerned about a drive-thru timer than helping a customer. I didn't appreciate that he was rushing me to leave. Nathan, if your priority is a timer and not customer service, you shouldn't be in customer service. I have been to this location a few times because it's close to my job. However the first time I came in my online order had been cancelled so I had to re order it on the kiosk. The woman behind the counter told me I need to make sure I order online with a big order. I said i understood and apologized as it had been cancelled and we were re ordering and I even showed her how it had been cancelled. She then told me again as we were leaving and told my friend in Spanish the same thing that we need to order online before coming in. We always order online as we did today. I went through the drive through and the lady at the drive through window instantly berated me for coming through the drive through to get my order since it was such a big order. There were 9 meals it was in 3 bags. I said oh okay next time we'll come in I'm sorry about that. As she was handing me the bags she said it again and I repeated my self. Then she said you know there's only 3 of us in here so it's really hard for us to bring your food to the window. I said ok I'm sorry next time we will come in. night time crew way too worried about make time and less about customer experience. a few nights ago i was here, placed order online, picked up through drive through and when handed food i opened the bag and inspected everything was there and order was accurate, it was, but basically upon opening the bag i was told by the man at the window to please get out of the way because someone was behind me, i had the bag in my hand for three seconds, i explained i'm checking to make sure my food is here, and he replied with "youre going to make the order behind you late." okay? whatever. came back tonight, ordered online, 4 cars ahead of me in drive through. usually when i get to the speaker and tell them my online order name they pull up my receipt on the screen and ask to make sure everything is okay. this time no receipt pulled up, just, "pull forward." in line for 5 minutes, cars ahead of me get their food and drive away no problem. i get to window and guy asks me what order name is, tell him, and he says, okay can you park in front of store and we will start making your order. was it not being started being made 15 mins ago when i placed order online? anyways waiting in front of store right now typing this as two other cars have gone through drive through after me and drove away with out having to park in front, so are online orders not a priority for these guys ? read more

We've never had a problem with this location before, but today 7/1/25 was a big difference, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes trying to ask for a bathroom key and was ignored more than once by an employee at the counter until I said excuse me and he then decided to roll his eyes exaggeratedly to ask what I want. Then my bf had to help an elderly couple that had been standing around looking lost with the kiosk as they couldn't figure out how to use it themselves, and they also had tried to ask for help only for the other female employee to rudely tell them to give her a minute and walking away. Sadly, not just here but all taco bells have higher prices and food that is skimpy with fillings that are basically lettuce or gooey cheese. Crunchwrap Supreme is so thinly filled it hardly stands on it's own. No filling like it used to be does not taste good, just lettuce. Higher prices, lower quantity and quality. 4 out 5 times that I've ordered a soft taco supreme, it's been a regular soft taco. I don't want to take my half eaten taco through the drive thru to say "hey! I paid for sour cream and tomatoes!" I really just want to enjoy a soft taco with sour cream on it. I mostly go to Taco Bell for things with sour cream on them, or sometimes things with nacho cheese AND sour cream on them. Needed to hit up Taco Bell before their Mexican Pizza goes away. I have family members who love this particular item on their menu. Food was the usual TB fare but I will tell you they're running a very smooth Covid/social distancing drive through routine. Portable card reader, receipt offered in a plastic cup, masks worn, food handed over in a tray/container, etc. Social distance practices still feels "weird" to me but it's considered necessary and effective by most and that's the world we live in, so I'm going with it. read more

I was here on Tuesday my son and I went up to the cashier to order food and the cashier said I had to order myself I said even if I'm paying cash I was told order there first then pay cash with him. This alone is so irritating why do I have to learn Taco Bell's computer system to order a few tacos I'm working for free. I understand if some people like ordering themselves or through the app I work in a restaurant where I have to ring in everyone's food I don't feel I should be forced to ring it in myself which takes five times longer I rather wait in line. this taco bell is unhelpful and rude. i had came through to try the steak chalupa and i wanted 2 ( not knowing 1 order came with two ) so the total was 12 but the combo was 8 and i was confused and ask if it was cheaper to just get the combo and she said no. so i asked her that the combo comes with 2 chalupas, a drink and nachos but buying 2 chalupas by itself was more expensive? and all she said was yes because u ordered 2. so i said whatever just get me the combo and she ringed me up for 2 chalupas (which was 4 because one order comes with 2 and i learned this after when i looked at the receipt) and my combo. but i just wanted the combo. so after looking at the receipt i explained to another worker and i heard her in the back yell "seriously come on there's a line back there" i got my refund but it was a headache. Review is purely because of the cheerfulness of the person working the drive-thru! I've never run across a more chipper person in my life and I laughed for a good ten minutes after I left. Kat has to be the happiest person on the planet. She said something on the intercom about it's a Merry day after Christmas at the Bell-- pause -- And then "well that was fun" haha I swore I thought she was a recording which is why the pause. She sounds like a commercial. A very happy one. Maybe she is practicing to be a comedian or just having fun. She's hysterical. I think we should all learn from Kat and make the best out of wherever crap hole you work. The world would be a happier place. Oh and the food? I felt too guilty ordering bean tostadas at Taco Bell on a non-cheat-day and even guiltier thinking my trainer probably saw my check-in... So I had a bite and tossed it. Sigh. Was obviously craving Taco Bell after not eating meat for a whole month Lol! Late night around 11 we went here spontaneously and was helped by ERA!! She was and idk even know to say this, the most helpful Taco Bell employee ever!!! We ordered 3 soft shell taco supremes with diablo sauce and I was in the mood for a blue raspberry freeze- poppin candy of course. What ERA does went above and beyond my expectations was that with the popping candy- she put it on the bottom, the middle and the top! Made my dinner so memorable and delicious and the sour blue raspberry def washed away the oily saltiness of the taco meat. Regardless, Taco Bell is delicious (despite what anyone says) and will always be my fast food food of choice but thanks to ERA I will always remember this meal and not only that she was super friendly and as described before beyond helpful! read more

I ordered the chicken quesadilla and taco combo. Consistently the order is of various quality. Usually I just chalk it up to "typical fast food". This morning it was horrible.
