This is the 5th time I ordered here since it's closest to me now. This location can never get the orders right or will miss items. I ordered direct from the wingstop app, for delivery. Paid extra for ranch and they forgot to pack it with the order. Called the place and inquired, said they can't credit me back. And if I still want it that I will have to pick it up. Today was the first day I've tasted the wings totally sober because I got an ad on facebook talkin bout 20 wings for 20 bucks and they deliver. BALLIN ON A BUDGET! LETS GOOOOOOO! This was such a refreshing deal since simple wings have gotten so out of hand with the prices. The average I'm seeing is like $15 for a 4 or 5 piece in most places for basic deep fried wings. Just in case the other 1-star reviews didn't cover it well enough, don't eat here. I get moods for wings and this is the closest place. It's a mistake almost every time. I got bone-in wings again, "well cooked"... they show up completely burned. Like, with a nice charcoal texture. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. My advice to the restaurant is to try eating your own food once in a while, then re-train the staff. I threw out roughly $30.00 of food from Uber eats. Again. However, when I arrived at my intended restaurant, the employee informed me that I had ordered from this recently opened location about three miles up the road. Boneless wings taste like imitation meat and are glamorized chicken nuggets with a taste bud disability. Do yourself and your taste buds a favor and make the permanent switch bone-in wings. The price difference is worth it, and Wingstop should give their boneless wings away to the homeless and hungry public for free because they're that dreadful! BEWARE!!!! FOOD POISONING! UNSAFE HANDLING & COOKING! The chicken tenders in our order tonight were breaded and sauced on the outside. My 6 year old was eating the tenders and when my husband took one of the tenders for himself he spit out right away and found all the tenders to be completely RAW on the inside! Outrageous! This is dangerous, careless, and unacceptable, esp to a child! Not even sure how much raw parts he ate since the tenders were for him. We immediately stopped eating everything and threw everything else out including our wings in fear of food borne illness because this obviously showed that the person cooking the food was careless may not even handled it properly. Very upset and outraged by this we packed up the tenders and drove back to the restaurant to show the manager. My husband asked wth was this? That our child was eating this?! The manager apologized and initiated a refund and asked if we would like order to be redone? Are you kidding me? No ways not after this. The manager asked if my kid is okay? WTH, he just ate it! How would we know until later? Never eating at any of these locations of this restaurant again, it's such a disgusting experience. Don't believe me, take a look at my pics and video. Only giving one star so I can post this review. Whoever is managing this location, you need to have your staff trained on handling and cooking food properly! Wow! Chicken Sandwich combo is a great deal. You can't go many places & get a sandwich, drink & fries for that price. So tasty

Sometimes the wings come out a little dry . And the sauces aren't very exciting. But they are decent sized and always sauce them well. The fries are bomb too. They have good ranch and blue cheese. It's great to have a closer location to us, this way less chance of cold food. The place is clean and does offer a few tables for dine it. The wait time was a little bit longer than estimated, but nothing that was out of line. I did watch one employee eat some fries behind the line, so management needs to remind employees to not do that. They said it was their lunch and there was no where to sit, but eating and working is not something you want to see. As soon as a table opened up, they did go there to eat. Overall a positive experience and the food was hot and fresh. The delay was due to waiting on fries. I will say the hot honey rub wasn't that great. It would probably be better as a sauce. read more

Eaten here a quite a few times now and each time has been very good. The order is always completed perfectly and the wait is never longer than what the app says. We love the fries but they get soggy by the time we get home. So now we just eat them on the way home! Problem solved! We are boneless wing & tender type people so that's what we always order. Choosing sauces & flavors can get dramatic--the longer it takes us to decide the HANGRIER we get and sh!t starts to get real! We about to go to war over these sauces! Wingstop can be hit or miss, depending on the location and what you order. I always get the lemon pepper bone-in wings (never boneless), extra crispy (well done). I've been to location further down Blue Diamond and Decatur and it was disgusting -- wings were greasy, microscopic with barely any meat and dripping with oil. I decided to give this new location a shot, and the wings were not tiny. They were meaty, full of flavor, and crispy just the way I like them. Me and my mom went to wingstop. My mom order 10 pieces of chicken with no bone. The cashier Alani misunderstood her and gave us chicken with bone. I went inside and told Alani my mom ask for chicken with no bone I would like a to replace these for chicken with no bone Alani said " No you need to repay again." I call the manager and Alani was trying to convince him to not give us chicken with no bone. Alani wants to act like she the manager when she is not. Ordered 2 20 piece combos at 9pm. Not only were my fries not included, but the entire container of ranch had spilled in the bag before I got to the car. Luckily it did not leak but I could tell the bottom of the bag was wet when I arrived home and noticed what happened. (No this was not my driving.) Second time around food wasn't great not appetizing not very crispy. Third time they got the wrong food basically wrong everything. stop is horrible. You're better off going to L&L Hawaiian barbecue, which is great by the way. Go and get some Thai tea from that Thai place and go get some chicken from there, not at Wingstop fits perfectly together only other establishment I've ever seen this bad is a IHOP Barstow that gave me food poisoning. I had to ask her name, they told me her name is Bella. I wanted to speak to a manager. guess what?? of course, there was no manager on duty at night. the gentleman that helped me after was very nice and apologized to me for the inconvenience. he said I can come by tomorrow morning to speak to the manager. but really?? there should always be a manager on duty. Jesus is the WORST manager ever! ZERO customer service skills! Have ordered from this location multiple times & my wings have not been cooked to my liking. I always order "extra cook time" & they're still not cooked enough for me. I spoke to management last time & they said if you want them more cooked, just call & ask for 2x extra cook time as this is a common problem. Tonight I did just that; placed my order online & then called and spoke to Samantha (who was lovely) and assured me of my request. When I arrived to pick up my order & asked about the "extra cook time" request, she said oh I'm sorry, I misunderstood, let me fix it & offered me a drink while I waited. After 20 minutes, I went to talk to the manager, Jesus, who was RUDE & told me "if you don't like it, go to another store!" Then continued to argue about my request. If he had just apologized & fixed the issue, I would have been on my way. I'm handicapped & it is already hard enough for me to go pick up an online order, but when you add in their mistake & the abhorrent attitude from Jesus, it's absolutely ridiculous! If this was my business, I would certainly not want someone like Jesus representing my company. With something that could have just been "I'm sorry, let me fix it", it turned into a " if you don't like it, go to another store!" Absolutely unacceptable. Will be following up with corporate. But the most disappointing thing was that I ordered 10 boneless wings so that I can split it with my son but we only got about seven good sizes the other ones look like popcorn chicken.
