Kinda is the slowest Taco Bell on Earth. Haven't quite figured out why. You can sit in the drive through for upwards of 20-30 minutes.

Slowest lines ever. We just sat through the drive through for 20 minutes. Once you are in the drive through you can't get out. The person in front of us must have had a complicated order. Instead of telling her to pull forward we sat there for over 20 minutes. Super frustrating. read more

Well I hadn't been to Taco Bell in a few years and by time I got home, I was pretty sure why this is a every few year occurrence. I went with 2 hard tacos, a side of nachos and cheese and cinnamon twists for dessert. The tacos were tasty enough with the addition of mild sauce and the nachos and cheese were just ok. The cinnamon twists were sweet and a good finish to the meal and it came with a lot more twists than I remembered from last time. The food was decent while eating it, but I swear they put something in that food that doesn't make you feel quite right about an hour after eating it. I think it will be a few more years until I'm back. read more

Restaurant hours say open til midnight indoors. Not true. Just "check with the manager" for him/her to decide when they actually close. I am writing this at 10:44 and the staff member told me that I can't come in because the manager said "the lobby is closed". I've been sitting in the drive through for a half hour and I have watched a dozen people go to the door and probably get the same response. It's a chain - open when you're supposed to open and close when you're supposed to close. read more

Omg so ordered thru app! Stated food would be ready in like 10 mins no problems, when to pick up order and people just standing around and workers will just look at you and keep moving, then finally after about 15 mins of waiting employee said what you waiting for, I stated my online order, showed him order and told me someone was working on it, but he also had the look of it was made and someone gave my order to someone else. So waited another 15 mins and nothing 30 mins nothing 45 mins later and I'm just getting my order cause me getting a refund would be to reasonable u did thru app lady is what I was told! this is the worst place to get even half of your money's worth. Their burritos are mainly rolled up tortilla shells, soft tacos are nothing but skinny shells with almost nothing in them! We have gone there for many years, but enough is enough, we thought that it would change, but it is getting worse!!!!! read more

They forgot my cinnamon twists and the crunch wrap had barely a tablespoon of meat! I'm sure the taco will be Ok, they can't mess that up... NOPE it was a crunchy taco and it was not only cold but the bottom was soggy so it stuck to the wrapper so it tore and the meat fell out. What a rip off! Went today to see if they had lunch items at 930am. They did! Food was great. Customer service was wonderful. We were greeted upon entering and had some of our meal brought out to our table, because some was done a min before the mew casalupa things. That was really nice. Place was very clean, and looked nicely remodeled. As we were leaving we were thanked for coming in, which was really nice and more than u get from 99% of other places. Overall a great quick meal! I think i will come in to eat now and skip the drive through! read more

This is the most dishonest taco bell store crew I've ever encountered!!! shame on this store, if I could give them negative star I will. My husband went to drive thru 15 mins before they close and ordered Burrito Supreme, They can just say "sorry we don't have enough ingredients to make ur order", but No they charged us the whole prize and gave us small burrito with lettuce, very small amount of steak and little of each ingredients! too late to turn around because they are close already! very very dishonest service crew! I hope the mamagement will look into this. Especially to this Jennifer H. (cashier) very dishonest, untrusted person. So think twice if your craving for taco bell before 1 am do not go to this store or you'll be paying a whole prize for an item that should only cost u a dollar! read more

I have eaten at Taco Bell in multiple states since 1968. Usually always have the same thing, bean burrito and regular crunchy taco. Walked into this TB on a Saturday evening to place a to go order. The young lady behind the counter obviously did not want to be there. Tried the new fried chicken chalupa, will not try it again. Ordered my usual regular crunchy tacos, got home to find out they charged me for Taco Supremes and had sour cream on them. Straight into the trash. This seems to be a common thing at this particular TB. I work in Sterling and have never had this problem at that TB. This location is very disappointing. read more

Fast and accurate, inside is dirty and crowded, bathrooms...go to Wal-mart! Good place if you need a Taco bell fix, the food quality is pretty consistent and the people working there are pretty nice as far as fast food goes. Another nice thing is they will continue to make the specials well after every other taco bell stops, ie volcano tacos. read more

As a I ventured home from my graveyard shift, I stopped at this Taco Bell which was my first time at this location, and can I say my god, this food was as good as the commercial food. A plethora of sour cream and the perfect amount of lettuce and tomatoes, with the perfect amount of meat aswell. As you can tell, this visit to Taco Bell will be my last due to the fact that nothing can ever compare to this Taco Bell visit. Also, the gentleman who served my food seemed to be extremely intelligent and brightened up my day. read more

I've always been a huge taco bell fan and this location is fantastic. The employees are very nice, the service is quick, and I they always get my order correct the first time. The restaurant is also kept very clean, making the dine in experience so much better than most other fast food places. read more

I am not a person to write reviews, but I have just had horrible experiences over the last year. I have been coming here for about 8 years now, and I don't really expect much, it's not Outback Steak House or anything, but it is a customer service industry. I regularly get muliple orders with my friends, and most of the staff are willing to do more than 2 seperate orders at a time. However, there is an older hispanic lady that just refuses every time. Today, there were no other cars behind me in the drive through, and she refused to do more than 2 seperate orders about 4 or 5 times, until she finally gave in. we had $25 worth of food between 3 orders, so you would think they could be at least a little helpful. I have had to get two orders, and drive back around the drive through to get 1 or 2 more orders more times than I can count. Every time this lady helps me, she has an attitude, never is friendly, and can barely speak enough English to tell a dog to sit. This same lady shorted us $10 in change on a prior visit and insisted that she gave us the correct change for what we gave her. On an even earlier visit last year, they forgot to give us our fruitista freeze, and we did not realize until we got home 10 minutes later, so we turn around and go back, then we explain and show our reciept, and the younger hispanic girl replies with "Really" in a sarcastic, and ugly tone of voice. We watch her as she is making it, because we thought they would probably do something, and sure enough, after she makes it, she turns her back slightly toward us, leans down and spits in our drink, then laughs about it with another employee. When she finally turns around and sees us all looking at her, she freezes and looks like a deer in headlights, and reluctantly gave us our drink as if nothing happened. obviously, we just threw the drink in the trash and just left to avoid conflict because we were very unhappy about this incident. I don't have problems with the rest of the staff, everyone else is friendly and helpful, but these two ladies have pushed me over the edge and I am tired of the unacceptable customer service. I recommend saving your money and taking it to one of the many other fast food places around. I understand that this is Taco Bell, and there is not a very high standard, but if I was to treat customers like that time and time again where I work, you can best believe that I would not be working anymore. read more
