Well past time to update. My original review was their first location. Senor Ramon remains one of the best options for street tacos. All there traditional versions are great, but also recommend the modern elevated stuff like the Patagonia with perfectly cooked carne asada paired with a chimichurri sauce and red pickled onions. Sitting right in the corner, this is a fantastic little place for amazing Mexican food. The place has a op e seating are. When you walk in, you go to the back and use the kiosk to order. I got the Jose tacos, which are chicken tacos and they were amazing. Nice little spicy kick. My son got the birria tacos which were Alison fantastic. Would highly recommend this place. Today, October 11th , I tried to get a Cali taco and Mexican street corn. For those who don't know , Cali tacos are vegetarian. My son ordered a Lamb taco Morris. To my surprise the lamb taco was stuffed into a box with the veggie Cali tacos AND covered/ soaked in lamb juices. I couldn't eat that. So my fiance drove back to have the Cali tacos remade as they were on 10/10/25. Small complaint is the dining accommodations which consists of tables with metal chairs made for really narrow folks - not comfy but that's not the focus in this quick dine foodery. That's right, unless you leave your tip on the glass jars, Señor Ramon does NOT give the tips you leave with your credit card to their employees. I have corroborated this in multiple occasions. In my opinion, this is fraud and a very dishonest practice. I have notified the Department of Labor, so they can investigate if they wish. Unless their practices change, and they give all the tips to their hard working employees, my rating stays at one star. It's a shame that they have been doing this for years. Facility is clean and they provide hand sanitizer. They have a decent amount of seating but not a ton. They have reallyyy good boozy margs and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Senor Ramon's has been on such a rise in the past 10+ years going from food truck to brewery to brick and mortar. The Leesburg location is new and fresh and a great space with plenty of seating. You can't go wrong with any of the specialty tacos - they've put a lot of thought into the flavor combinations and the toppings are always fresh. I haven't had many of the other tacos because the specialty ones are perfect. I've had the nachos and corn nuggets but they don't do it for me. The nachos are too messy and the nuggets are oily.
