    Mancha ribeye

Tucked away in an unassuming shopping center but very worth checking out. The restaurant is very open and nicely decorated. Would be a great date place or for a group gathering. Service was prompt and friendly. Our server was able to accommodate our requests without hesitation. Food was delicious and the portions are very generous. We got the burrito and it was huge! They definitely didn't skimp on the protein there. The Mancha ribeye was delicious as well. The poblano potatoes were very good - thinly sliced potatoes with a poblano cream sauce. Delicious. Don't sleep on the dessert either - the flan was definitely the perfect finishing touch. Will definitely add to our rotation!

Absolutely incredible! Wow--I'm blown away by the flavors and quality of the food at Mancha! Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious, packed with authentic flavor and made with such fresh ingredients. You can truly taste the care that goes into everything. Ivan, the manager, was so friendly and kind--his warm hospitality made the entire experience even better. This is hands down my new favorite restaurant! A solid 10 out of 10--a must-try for anyone who loves amazing Mexican food!

My absolute favorite Mexican restaurant in Leesburg! Everything is so fresh, and love all the handmade salsas and salsas. My go to are the tacos - love the octopus one especially. Their Palomas are also fabulous made with fresh grapefruit juice. Service is always great and the restaurant space is so welcoming and vibrant.

Mancha Cocina is a Mexican restaurant near the Leesburg Outlet Mall. We went on a Wednesday for my mom's birthday dinner. There's plenty of free and easy parking in the lot in front of the location. The service was a bit slow for how empty the restaurant was. We waited quite a bit for our water and for someone to bring out chips + salsa. Our food came out relatively quickly compared to how long it took to order. The menu is pretty standard for Mexican food, but the prices were a little bit too high for the portion size and flavor. The fajitas, esquites, and chicken quesadilla all needed more seasoning, they were a bit bland. The ambiance was nice though. It was good for small groups and casual to nice dinner with family. They didn't, however, offer anything special for birthdays.

I do love me some Mancha. 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Food 4.8/5 Beverage 4/5 Service 4/5 Parking & Wait time Drinks: 4.8/5 Carajillo & Margarita Fresca were yummy. The Horchata could use more depth. The NA Fresca is flavorful & fresh. Starter: 5/5 The Salsa is chef's kiss. Pricey, one small serving for the table, $4.00 per serving after. Burrazo: 4/5 Big boy food, lots going on, not as flavorful as I would like but delicious. Ench Mole: No rating because I cannot compare to other references or understanding of what to expect - it was a 3/5 for my personal flavor interest. Tacos: 4/5 Al Pastor 3/5 Birria (lacked flavor) 5/5 Octopus, soft and flavorful. A little inconsistent in cut, I prefer the larger chunks. 4/5 Lengua Sides: 3/5 Beans, girlfriend's do rate these higher than I. 4/5 Rice Churros: 1/5 Greasy, that's all I taste. The caramel sauce is very salty and almost burnt tasting. Chocolate sauce is standard but taste like Hershey's chocolate syrup.

First of all, I loved that this restaurant was very spacious and the aesthetic was very nice. Our waitress was attentive and very helpful when we asked questions about the menu. The complimentary Chips + Salsa was very good, the salsa had so much flavor to it. Be mindful though, that they charge extra if you request for more. The Burrazo was a great deal in my opinion, as the quantity of steak, chicken, and shrimp was a lot! The food was very flavorful and delicious, and I would definitely come back here again.

Placed an order for pick up today on my way to work. I opted for a couple of tacos and queso. I appreciate that the queso comes with a decent amount of chips, which is uncommon these days (free of charge). The tacos in my opinion, lacked flavor. The queso was delicious as always. Service was quick and friendly.

Thanks to a local social media group we realized this wasn't a fast casual spot which we assumed by its location and signage. So we went and had lunch today. I was pleasantly surprised we were given a lunch menu option at 2pm on a Sunday. Ambiance is great with plenty of booths and free standing tables and a small bar with a handful of chairs too. When we walked in there was a host and what appeared to be a manager working on some paperwork at the host stand. The manager never even bothered to look up from what he was doing or acknowledge us which I thought was odd. The hostess did greet us after a few minutes and got us seated quickly. I was happy to see it was pretty busy for a Sunday late afternoon. Our server was pleasant and took our drink orders quickly. I love they have glass bottled coke. Chips and salsa were brought to the table and we really liked the salsa. There was 3 of us so we asked for some more and our server told us it would be extra so we passed. She did bring us some hot sauces we weren't charged for which were delicious. I had the Mole enchiladas which were incredible. The mole sauce was so good, I'll definitely be back again. It was served with rice which I really liked. Others at the table got the mango salmon which was also served with rice and roasted vegetables (multi colored carrots which were great) and the Birria torta. The Birria torta could have used consume for dipping, but still had good flavor. The torta was on lunch menu and came with chips which were good, but we'd love to try fries next time. Overall, great food and atmosphere and our server was attentive. We will definitely be adding this to our rotation.

Found this spot when I was in the area for some holiday shopping. I ordered the Burrazo - It is filled with 3 types of meat - steak, chicken and shrimp along with rice beans etc. I was very skeptical to try but was feeling adventurous. I am glad I did. The flavors and texture worked so well together. Very nice dish. The Tres Leches was okay. The complimentary chips were warm and nice. Will be back to try other items in the menu.

Appetizers calamari (unusual but really tasty crust) and sweet and sour cauliflower (different crust and crispy kale with yummy sauce). Entrees osso bucco and braised short ribs both really marvelous but the short ribs - oh.... They gave my friend her choice of any dessert for her birthday so she got the souffle with a fancy presentation. I splurged on the entremet which was gorgeous and yummy and not overly sweet despite being a million different chocolate things. I stuck to the sweet prosecco and my friend enjoyed several different wines - liking one red blend so much she bought a bottle. We capped the night with Carmel cappuccinos - smooth and creamy. The food and drinks were fantastic, as was the OUTSTANDING service we received from Jason. An excellent night - we'll be back!

We were here for a birthday meal for my husband, which we noted on the reservation. The good: Service, while not great, was ok. She asked if we were here for anything in particular and I mentioned his birthday (which in many places, they would have known from the notation on the reservation, but again, this was not something that bothered me in particular.) The rest: First, the food. Our appetizers were on the "specials": a watermelon salad and crab stuffed squash blossoms. The watermelon was good overall, but with the current issue of cyclospora outbreak, we probably would have picked something else if the menu had noted that one of the ingredients was arugula. I realize that this is just us being overly cautious but it would have been good to know in advance. The squash blossom stuffing tasted more like tuna than crabmeat. Edible but not that good. It got worse with entrees. Husband ordered the ribeye and I had the short rib. I was actually shocked to see that steak: it was SO thin. Wish I had thought to take a picture of it. Due to this, it was overcooked - almost impossible not to do so for such a thin piece of meat. A ribeye at Texas Roadhouse would have been superior to this, and probably half the price (it was criminal to charge $58 for this.) Also nowhere on the menu did it say that the seasoning in the steak was spicy. Again - would have ordered something else had he known that. Short rib was dry and the reduction sauce was overly salty. The goat cheese potato puree that accompanied both tasted good but there was so little of it that it was more of a suggestion of a side than an actual side. We skipped dessert and asked for the check, which took a long time to arrive. Eventually the waitress arrived, apologized for the wait, and set down an empty plate with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate syrup with a birthday candle. Huh??? Either give some kind of dessert or don't bother! We would have rather had no acknowledgement than this waste of time and dirtying a plate. To be clear - we weren't looking for a free dessert; we were ready to go and would have ordered something if we wanted it. But this is just weird. I'm sorry to see this place go downhill. It is overpriced and lacking in the quality that it had in past years.

If a place executes its vision at a high level and exceeds expectations for its lane, that is a 5 star experience to me. And this meal absolutely did that. We relocated to Northern Virginia a couple of years ago, so we have been exploring the dining scene here with fresh eyes. Since moving, we have visited The Wine Kitchen several times, and each visit has been consistently impressive. They are truly a gem in Leesburg. We went with the pasta tasting menu and it was an outstanding, technique driven progression that really showcased the kitchen's command of fresh pasta and sauce work. The pasta itself was the foundation of the experience, clearly house made, with impeccable texture across every course. Each shape was cooked to a true al dente, with that ideal balance of tenderness and bite that only comes from properly handled fresh dough. Nothing felt heavy or muddled, which is no small feat in a multi course pasta progression. The mushroom tortellini in brodo was beautifully restrained. The broth had deep umami from the mushroom parmesan base, yet remained clean and structured, allowing the delicate tortellini filling and chestnut mushrooms to shine. The truffled Alfredo could have easily gone overboard, but the richness was controlled, silky, properly emulsified, and well seasoned, with the truffle supporting rather than overwhelming the dish. The lobster ravioli was another technically strong plate. The pasta was thin and tender, the filling sweet and delicate, and the crab fat sauce added depth while the ginger Calabrian soffritto brought a subtle lift of heat and brightness that kept the dish from feeling too rich. The short rib rotolo delivered deep, slow cooked savoriness, balanced nicely by the ricotta and the earthy luxury of the truffle fonduta. What really made the dish stand out for me were the crispy edges on the pasta, which added a beautiful textural contrast to the tender filling. For dessert, we enjoyed the tasting menu dessert and also added the cornflake French toast. The French toast completely wowed us. Texturally, it was outstanding, crisp exterior, custardy interior, and that nostalgic cornflake crunch elevated into something refined. It had richness, sweetness, and contrast in all the right ways, and ended up being my favorite of the two desserts. Overall, this is how you do a pasta focused tasting menu with finesse, strong technique, thoughtful balance, and flavors that feel indulgent without becoming heavy. In its category, this was a 5 star experience for me, and I would absolutely come back.

Everything we ordered was either trying too hard and missed, or was poorly done. For example, we couldn't taste the oysters at all because they were filled with some kind of cream with a rhubarb sauce on top. A complete abuse of an oyster in my opinion. Oysters are a delicate flavor and the point of them is to taste (or enhance) their unique brine, not bury them in a sweet sauce over cream. The giant pork chop was overcooked. The fries were so overcooked you could barely bite into them (and insanely salty). It is also incredibly overpriced. I rarely comment on price (we eat at Michelin restaurants a few times a year), but this place is ridiculous. Basically Clyde's style of food for 3x the price (and Clyde's is better). The staff was nice, but they seriously need to drop some of the pretense. Like I don't need my table swept for crumbs several times throughout a meal when you don't even bother to provide a beverage napkin to mitigate condensation (on a bare wood table, no tablecloths). The servers won't even take dishes off the table. They find their little crumb sweeper minions to do that for them. I've eaten at fine dining all over the world. This place is just trying too hard to be something it's not. Oh, and you also get the perk of paying $15 to park in the lot behind the hotel. Because apparently spending $500 on dinner doesn't include parking. Ridiculous. AVOID. They need to figure something else out. Loudouners may have money, but we also have taste and don't like being swindled.
