Why did this location disappoint? I switched to this location because the one off George Washington just fell downhill FAST. This last drive thru experience was definitely disappointing. We always do mobile order via drive thru. I get it, there's a line especially during prime rush hour. BUT quality of food has declined. Why bother upgrading a size when they don't event give you the amount you paid for. Kudos to corporate for responding to my online app feedback. This is the closest location to me, so I come here quite often, mostly through the drive through. I have dined in a couple times. I have always received great service. There's only been a couple times that I was not satisfied with something, but it was corrected fairly quickly. The staff are friendly and always nice. The dining area is clean and has plenty of room inside. They also have available seating outside for when the weather is nice. They can get quite busy during lunch, especially with people with kids. There is a play area thing for kids. They always get orders out pretty fast. The food is what you'd expect from any chick-fil-a: same portion sizes and same taste. I do want crispier fries more often than not, though. Overall, mostly really positive experiences. read more

Disappointing. I go to this location almost everyday and I love the food. However the accuracy of the orders is absolutely abysmal. I have never written a Yelp review before but this is inexcusable. Anytime I decide to order a spicy chicken sandwich (which is quite often) all I ask for and I repeat all I ask for is the chicken cheese and bacon. That's it. It's not that hard to get it through your head. I've dealt with it every time I get a sandwich but you know I just deal with it. But this being the 5th or 6th time of messing up such a simple order, I have decided to write this review. For my sandwich I got today not only did they not put the bacon on my sandwich, they put lettuce, pickle, and tomato on it. When I specifically stated I wanted just the meat cheese and bacon. I even got charged for the bacon I never got too!!!!! Honestly for my lunch break from now on I'm avoiding your location. Have a good day to whoever reads this. We love Chick filet but I can only give it 3 stars because this was the third time we ordered Large & medium fries and the quantity of the large fries were the same amount as the medium size. Update: I was contacted by the store owner, with whom I spoke to about 30 minutes. He is friendly and courteous and made a concerted effort to address my issues below. Happy to say that the mobile order issue has been resolved. And no issues thus far with missing items. Hopefully, my experience below was a outlier. I will continue to further frequent this location as long as they maintain the high quality of food and service expected from chick-fil-a. I order mobile orders all the time from this location. The moment I order, I get a message saying that my order is ready and will be out momentarily. Only after 5+ minutes does my order show up. I'm guessing they are lying to get their performance record up. I complained multiple times and got a call from the manager that the issue has been fixed. After 6 months, still the same issue. Then recently they have been missing items in my orders. They missed 3 items in my past 2 orders. I called and the manager tells me she will send me "rewards" to make up the costs, to which I agree. I have never received a single reward from the manager. read more

Used the drive thru at this Chick-fil-A location last night and was extremely disappointed with the service provided. After placing the order and making the payment for two meals with fries, a sandwich and a salad with dressing (specifically asked for Avocado lime), we were asked to drive to the front and wait since the sandwiches were not ready and were told that our order would be brought to us. We waited for about 10 minutes at one of the Curbside pickup spots right outside the restaurant and still no sign of our order. Finally we decided to go in and pick up order. We made the mistake of not checking in right there inside the restaurant. When we opened the package at home, the order was missing fries, instead there were 3 brownies that we did not ask for and a totally different salad dressing. Are the brownies meant to compensate for the fries and are we supposed to be happy with that? Should we not have been informed that they would be unable to fulfill what we requested and paid for? Why was the order not brought to us as they said they would? read more

I am a huge fan of this restaurant, but this specific location has proven time and time again that the folks they hire are completely and utterly incompetent. Every time I have ordered anything here, is wrong, or something is missing. It's absolutely ridiculous that you can't remember to put in the salad dressing on a salad. By the way, is there some sort of pickle shortage? Why is it when I order extra pickles, these incompetent clowns give me ONE extra pickle. Drive the extra mile and go to a different location. I've had small issues when coming here like when I ordered a sweet tea and got it unsweetened and I went in to get it fixed and they still gave me a unsweetened tea. This time I go through the drive through and there thing is to say "my pleasure" when a customer thanks them but not one, not two but three workers failed to say it. Don't really care that much about that cause it's not that big of a deal, just thought it was pretty funny 3 workers didn't say the one thing CFA makes you say.
