I am a student at littleton high school, today I ordered a 5 layer burrito with a side of nacho fries and a drink. The lady taking my order had no problem with this. When i was given my food I check to see if everything was in there, it was not. There were no nacho fries, when I asked for the nacho fries that I had ordered and paid for at this point, I was told "We don't have nacho fries, you said a cheese cup". They don't even sound the same and at least tell me that before you let me pay for it. Your guy's service is awful. Rude employees. Mid food. Honestly just sell the place at this point because it's obvious to anyone who goes there that no one there wants to be there. This Taco Bell USED to be the worst location 3-5 years ago (I would go out of my way to avoid it), but after I moved across the street I've slowly given a try over the last few months. I love the remodeled lobby, and current staff (the night manager Darby is always amazing & friendly!) and can tell they've really turned this location around as far as employees go. There is one current employee I've noticed the past few times when I've gone on Thursday or Friday nights, he is working drive thru. He's very tall so I know he sees my car waiting. I'll be the only car in the lot late at night after the lobby is closed, but waiting a long time at the drive thru to take my order. Both times when I got to the window, he was on his phone so I understood what was taking so long. I know management cares about their reputation as I can tell the difference over the years so I want to make sure they know this employee might not be as dedicated as they want their standards to be. read more

i found the two girls working there to be very friendly. I don't eat meat so was having trouble ordering. she helped me figure out what to order and happily replaced the meat with beans. my food was hot and the tortilla was soft. I will defiantly go back! read more

The place is filthy, in disrepair, and staffed by unprofessional, untrained and inexperienced workers. Ordered 3 taco supremes and 3 beef burritos. The burritos were all tortilla and about 4" long with very little meat. The Tacos were full of lettuce, tomato and sour cream and hardly any beef. One of the worst Taco Bell locations I've been to out of many other states. I wanted to grab some food quick after my wife got off a long day at work. Went through the drive thru and ordered about 5 tacos and a drink. After driving home 10 minutes we noticed they forgot my main taco for my meal. I was very upset and drove all the way back to the Taco Bell. I explained the situation and they started to make my crunch wrap they forgot. I told them since my food was sitting at home for about 25mins it will be cold and the hard shell will be soggy by the time I get back. The manager kept refusing to make things right even though it was their fault for not giving me whole order initially. I asked for the owners number or email and she refused. She then said I can fill out a survey on the receipt. I was very upset and told them I'd just contact corporate about it. So when I got home... I had cold Taco Bell. Cold Taco Bell is nasty. I recommend going somewhere else. The staff didn't seem to care and the owner of this location doesn't seem to allow for customers to have a way to contact them. read more

If there was an option to choose 0 stars I would. My tacos were extremely soggy. I was eating more paper than tortilla. We asked to have the transaction split on two cards. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE...DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The service is horrendous- the employees there are completely incompetent, and the "manager" (what a JOKE) is pathetic and clearly has zero idea what customer service is all about. At about 10 pm I witnessed him treat the customers in front of me with contempt and ignorance (think kid who was bullied in high school and is out for revenge now) and he treated my son and I so poorly that we left without our food. The employee messed up an order and when asked to correct it refused...when manager finally showed up he was HORRIBLY RUDE and condescending and he too refused to make the situation right. After the people left (without being taken care of I might add) I listened to them talking about it and I was so outraged I left! I honestly need a Xanax after the drive thru experience I just had. I usually go to the TB further down on Mineral..and I WISH I had this time. Clearly understaffed and communication is not good. I ordered my usual which included cheesy fiesta potatoes...I get halfway back to work and notice it is a potato burrito instead (this would usually be fine but I don't eat meat sooo ::angry buzzer sound::) I drive all the way back to wait in line for another 10 minutes to try and explain my scenario....I get to the window and trade in for my missing item..BUT WAIT..THERE'S MORE..I am ready to go back to work..but I don't get more than half a car's length from the window and signal I need to reverse BACK because I realize was given a potato burrito AGAIN. I have repeatedly tried this store and they have NEVER in 2 years gotten it right. When they get my order wrong, and I asked for my money back the best they would do is replace my food. I spent 20 dollars today and they got 15 of it wrong. They service is slow. Like, you have to wait for a minimum of 10 minutes for your food. I once waited for 45, because, once again, "They do not give refunds". Dont bother to try and order a Pizza from there, because according to their manager, "The machine is broken" and it has been for more than 2 years now, even though they still advertise the Pizza. Okay, I get it, working for minimum wage is never fun or gratifying. But, oh my goodness, this place is over the top bad. I came through a month ago trying to order breadsticks and was told that the pizza oven was down and that they would be removing those items from the menu. Fast forward to today, the menu hasn't changed one iota. I can't review the food from this trip since the guy working drive-thru had such an enormous attitude and was completely impolite and unhelpful but I drove off without paying for picking up my order. This is one of the few Taco Bell restaurants that's actually good. The drive thru is usually quick and the staff members working the drive thru are always friendly. The food at this location is consistently good unlike the location further south on Broadway. I have never had a problem with my order being messed up here unlike some of the other locations. I guess what I am trying to say is when you get a craving for Taco Bell (and most of us do) this is the location to go to. read more
