NEVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL!!!!!! THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS AND SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!! i went to this taco bell after a long day of sports and wanted to get home. i decide to swing over to taco bell to get a quick night to eat. when we first get there they were out of beans ( THERE A MEXICAN RESTAURANT SHO RUNS OUT OF BEANS) we order a beef burrito and cheese quesadilla with NO sauce. i took ab ten men's to actually get up to the window to pay and get our food. when we get there we gave the girl worker money and she gave us the wrong amount of money back by $2! we drive out of the drive threw and we check our food and the burrito had NO beef when we ordered a beef burrito?!the burrito only had lettuce and sour cream! eww! and the cheese quesadilla with NO sauce had sauce and chicken in it when it was supposed to be PLAIN WITH NO SAUSE! so we try to go in the restaurant and the inside is closed so we go back threw the line. we try to have some one take our order at the "order here" sight and no one answered so we had to finally go threw the line to get to the window to actually talk to someone!!! the girl that took our first ordered and didn't give out correct change back pointed at our car to another co worker then she walked away! then we get to the window and the guy worker asked us what we needed and we asked why no one answered the ordering monitor and there was no reply. then we told him we just want a PLAIN quesadilla with NO sauce. we drive away and guess what?! THERES A TON OF SPOCE SAUSE! it seems like they but extra on purpose. we weren't going to wait threw that line again it was ridiculous! we just wanted to get something quick to eat but it turned into a 30 min ordeal when i had a LONG day and have to wake up at 5am the next day! then after all that i had to go home and make my own food after i wasted money and time!!! so unhappy!! To sum it all up: the workers were rude! our orders were wrong TWICE they don't answer there ordering monitor on purpose! the STEAL money!! i love taco bell but.... I agree with other posters, the line take forever. 15 minutes for a few tacos is ridiculous. I have another beef with this location. Tonight on Halloween the person running the drive through window was allowed to wear a full plastic mask and talk deep in a "scary" voice. The costume was a bloody clown. Full with head set and everything. Trying to be funny by groaning and cant even hold onto the bag to hand it to you. This is highly unprofessional. Costume is one thing but keep it PG and family friendly. Its not funny, its not cute, its not clever. It is annoying and completely out of line for a business to allow this. Worst taco bell I have ever been to period. This place has never, ever, ever, had respect for your time. Basically they watch paint dry for 20 mins, then decide to service the drive through in between each customer they serve. It is bizarre how much time they take that I was convinced the first time I came here that I was waiting for some 5 star restaurant taco bell, only to be highly disappointed. This place blows! I live in the neighborhood near here and would at one point eat here at least once a week. Last night we decided to give it one last chance and no shit the same thing happened as usually. Forgot three of our items totaling in $11 didn't give us any hot sauce we asked for and I waited in the drive threw for over 20mins! The staff was extremely nice but they are all very young. I didn't think it possible, but my adventure today lowered the bar even further. I went to this Taco Bell to take advantage of the Chalupa Cravers box, and lo and behold: they were out. Again. Of almost everything. I don't know if they receive resupplies every fortnight like they did on the front line trenches during World War I delivered by pack mules, but it seems they would have a decent stock provided this was a promotional item. I asked the girl if there were any substitute offers, and she told me that they were out of the substitutes too. Really? So I wound up waiting in line for ~25 minutes for a sad quesadilla and taco. I don't know why I continue punishing myself by going here...I guess the fault is all mine as you'd imagine at this point I'd know better. And, as previous reviewers have noted: the 'A' team staff seems to have been absent during my most recent visit. It was truly a blessing just to be driving away. read more

I love Taco Bell but I hate this location. I joined Yelp just so that I could talk about how horrible of a location this Taco Bell. And it's horrible, it is without a doubt the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Almost every time I go they screw up my order, and all I typically order is just a plain bean and cheese burrito, it's not a complicated order. The food is almost always cold, the restaurant ( especially the restrooms ) are almost always beyond filthy. And when I do order a bean burrito, the burrito ends up being like 90% torttilla. I'm pretty sure they sometimes flat out forget to put beans in the bean burrito. I cannot believe that the management here allows stuff like this to go on, it's awful. In all honesty, I'd much rather skip a meal than ever eat here again. Given the choice, I hope this place runs out of business ASAP. Save yourself the trouble, do not eat here. You'd even be much happier driving to a taco bell elsewhere. read more

This place has good food, but they almost always mess up my order, usually by forgetting a taco or two. The service is also ok. Just ok though. The employees sometimes cuss to each other in front of customers, but they are very nice when you tell them that they forgot something. read more

Update... The other night (for some stupid reason) my husband and I decided we wanted Taco Bell. We ordered and got home, half our order was missing. When we went back they didn't say sorry or even offer an explanation. They just said ok, and made the food. Ugh! When will we learn our lesson and just go to a different location?! read more

Sat in the drive through for 35 minutes and no way to get out. My food was soggy by the time I ate it. We didn't get a sorry for your wait not a discount, nothing. My son actually got out of the car and walked inside while we were stuck waiting to see if there was a problem. Only a handful of people inside and no real explanation why we were not moving. The only reason I am ok with giving a one star is because the window attendant was very courteous. However, I order a sweet tea and frito burrito. When I get to the window they were out of sweet tea so I changed my drink. I finally get back to my office to eat and take a bite and inside was red crunched up STALE tortilla chips. 2/27/18 I just had the most awful experience at this location. The drive-through girl was so rude to me. I ordered a "smothered" burrito and had to endure a snarky two-minute lecture on why my order was impossible. Finally, she said she could do an un-smothered one and told me to pull up to the window oblivious to the fact that I might not have finished ordering. Pulling up to the window I was met by "the manager" who was far snarkier than her hapless employee. A simple "sorry about that" would have done wonders. read more

NEGATIVE 5 Stars- Horrible, absolutely horrible! This Taco Bell KFC has gone down hill faster than a race car. It's filthy, half eaten tacos on the floor, trash and food everywhere, not a clean table in the restaurant. They have little unprofessional KIDS running this place that know nothing about customer service and have clearly have never been trained. The food: the last 4 times I've been there something is wrong or missing. Today was the final straw, I ordered a $5 fill up, 2 plain chicken littles, a Mexican pizza and a steak quesadilla. My sons plain chicken littles literally had nothing on them not even chicken! (I am very serious!!) only bread and I only received 1 not the 2 I ordered. My steak quesadilla was smeared and stuck to the paper & folded in half on top of itself, my husbands fill up box didn't have his mashed potatoes or his cookie, my Mexican pizza was smushed into the container and all the cheese was stuck to the container and if all that's not bad, when he went inside to get it corrected the kids started yelling at each other and the so called cook, said he didn't know what plain meant. On several other occasions I've had employees argue with me about being right in what they gave me and clearly I ordered what I wanted and was given something completely different. It would be in the owners best interest to run his own restaurant and be there on a daily basis. I'd rather it go out of business and something else open. I'll drive further away to the other Littleton location to go to a different store from now on. read more

I saw a commercial for a taco bell box with a doritos locos taco in it. I went to Taco Bell and ask for this box and the girl said they didn't carry it...even though I had just seen a commercial for it. I was trying to find the other box deals but they were not listed on the menu. When I ask the girl who was helping me she starts listing these box deals so fast I couldn't understand what she was talking about. I only come to Taco Bell every few weeks- I do not have the menu memorized as someone who works there should...anyways, I finally ordered and pulled up to pay and could hear the girl talking about me to the other employees. I would tell you exactly what time I came in but I received no receipt. I wish I could upload a picture of my food when I received it...just thrown in a bag, not a box. The employees at this location are awful, and always have been. I used to go out of my way to go the location on Ken Caryl but unfortunately, that location closed. I will not go to this location ever again and I know several people in the area that feel the same the way. I was surprised thou that they actually got my food right for once...God only knows what they did to it prior. read more
