I was told to come back after an order issue, ask for Brenda, and if she wasn't there then I should ask for another manager. Brenda wasn't there so they said should speak to Kayana. I told her that Brenda said to come back and ask for her or another manager to get another combo. She asked for a receipt which I told her I didn't have and explained again why I was there. She started texting someone and then said I don't know what you want me to do without a receipt. I told her I ordered on the app, and was told there wouldn't be an issue. I am so disgusted by the poor customer service and embarrassing experience, I will NEVER go back and am removing the app from my phone. i wish that i had something good to say about this establishment, but unfortunately i do not. the employees are extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. the food is either stale, incomplete or not at all what was asked for. then if you arent lucky enough to get your food at the window, they ask you to park. five minutes go by, ten minutes go by, then finally i walked inside to get my own food only to find out they hadn't even made it!! i was charged for something completely different than what was asked for, so i asked for a refund, and got attitude and eye rolls. i'm sorry that you didn't do your job right and i want what's rightfully mine??!! this is one of the few places in louisburg i can eat due to dietary restrictions and now my "places to eat" in louisburg list has lessened by one. i hope they get their business together and improve soon. read more

Every time my husband and I go here we get very rude service. All the employees there and very rude and make it clear they hate there job. I do understand but that is no reason to take it out on me or anyone else. The drive thru always takes forever and by the time they give you your food they are so over customer service. I don't expect to be treated like a queen but I do expect to be treated with respect as a human being. read more

I love this Taco Bell. Whenever I go to this Taco Bell it usually consists of waiting in the drive thru line for 15-20 minutes. But that's ok because the anticipation builds and makes the food that much better. This dude I went to high school with works there and he is probably blazing a fatty in the back so that might be why they are so slow. One time I went to pick up some food with my boy and we had to wait so long (like 45 minutes) that they gave us all of our food for free, along with some extra deserts, and we had gotten like 25$ in food. I forgot to mention that this Taco Bell is also combined with a KFC, the KFC is awesome as well. One time me and my boy got like 40$ worth of food from KFC and ate it all in one evening. We had enough food to serve an entire family and we ate it all in one evening. We had like at least 17 chicken strips, some macaroni and cheese, some potatoes, and some fries. It was so good but my chest hurt when we finished so if they could fix that problem I would consider changing my rating from 4/5 to 5/5. I love this restaurant, i would sell my soul to be able to eat there every day. read more
