I'm done going to Taco Bell. Does this look like it's worth $3.30?? First off, the taco shell is in pieces, the cheese isn't melted, and it is on the outside of the taco, THE OUTSIDE! You have to intentionally do that! There is no sauce on the taco, barely any chicken, all of the chicken is in the middle of the taco (not spread evenly), chicken is dry, and they almost never give me the sauce packets at this location. I'm convinced all of the shit quality is intentional. The staff is disrespectful, the location is dirty, I'm at a loss for words. There wasn't even a line! I don't know why it's so bad here! It's not like there was a rush, and a drop in quality would at least be more understandable if there was a long line, but it was literally just me! The quality is less than 1 star! This doesn't even deserve a 1-star review! I will NEVER come back here or to Taco Bell ever again! I can't wait until this location falls. Staff refused to hand over an order claiming it was "already picked up," based only on a similar name from an earlier order. They couldn't verify it, show details, or print a receipt--yet told me to leave anyway. This forced me to cancel, cost me miles and pay, and pushed my cancellation rate up, risking my Uber Eats benefits. Completely mishandled and unacceptable. How could it have been picked up 30 minutes ago when the order was placed 2 minutes ago? And they said it's impossible for them to ever print a receipt. They were petty angry. The type where they don't care how stupid they look lol they just wish they could be making money doing nothing. But we all gotta work. I even said I can come back in 10 minutes and check again. The service was absolutely horrible. Wrong food in the bag when I made an order online to pick up through drive through. I had a reward so used it and made another order at the exact same time. Me and 2 friends ordered taco bell on the app and clicked drive thru. The drive thru line was long and we waited in it. When we got to the window, they told me I can only do 2 orders. I said okay and told them two of the names. The lady at the intercom then told me I had to come inside. I chose drive thru because I did not want to get out of my car. I asked her why and told her there is no way for me to leave the line since there is a curb and come inside. She ignored me and stopped talking back to me. When I got to the window, I could see my order ready and they would not hand it to me and made me come inside to get my food when I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru. 10/10 do not recommend this location. I did an online order and only received half of what I ordered and all the food was cold, we are 7 mins away so there is no reason our food should have been cold. They gave my husband hell when he went to pick up the food and the manager ¿Camrie? Hung up on me when I called to sort it out. I love Taco Bell. It's my go to, quick snack, get back in track place. But, this location in Lubbock on 4th street was one if the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food chain of any kind. It was after the Texas Tech game let out around 10:45 so I expected to have to wait. I ordered on the app and waited about 25 mins in the drive thru to get to the order speaker. We checked in and they said to pull to the window which we did about 15 minutes later. During that time, there are employees climbing in and out of the drive thru window. When we finally get to the window the young man tells us they have run out of beans. Our order was primarily a sack of bean burritos. He said he could make them with beef. My daughter doesn't eat that so we asked them to cancel the order and refund my $20.60. He said "we can't do that" So I asked, what do we need to do to get a refund since you cannot give us what we ordered? He said I don't know, I guess hit refund on the app." There is no refund on the app and it would not let me select cancel the order. We had already left the drive through window at this point so I walked up to the door, which was locked. I walked back around to the window and asked them to please open the door so I could talk to someone. After about five minutes, someone finally came to the door. I walked up to the counter and waited for about 5 more minutes with the person that I assume is the manager looking right at me. There was food all over the floor and counter tops. I was kinda glad I didn't get anything to eat from that nasty work space. She finally came over and said "what do you want need?" I explained what happened and asked again for a refund. She said " I can't do that" I said ," you don't have a twenty roller bill in the drawer back there?" She said " I doesn't work that way" I asked " can you help me find the refund option? " She said " I don't mess with the app" so what am I supposed to do? " she said " I don't know." I asked for the managers contact info and she would not provide anything. I asked about a gift card refund. No to that too. She finally told me the managers name is Camry. I left with nothing and $20 less than I had before I got there. Worst service ever. I'm an Uber eats driver and every time I have had to pick up an order from here they have been rude, or closed early. This specific night they had closed early at 10pm due to "staffing shortages". I had to pick up an order at 11:00 and 4 workers were still there making food and stuffing food into small trash bags. If you want Taco Bell go to any other one, every time I have a pick up here they waste my time, money, and gas. read more

Let me say, I love Taco Bell but sometimes it's not the best experience. I really enjoy ordering through the app but sometimes the app allows you to order things that certain locations do not have anymore and they get a little irritated about it. If the app has it, just do it. At least the app offers discounts to help with the already cheap price. The service here is decent, people are usually friendly but don't always seem to care and it can be understandable. This is my go to fast food because of the app discount and dollar menu, which some places seem to be going away from or will offer less for the $1. An update, they have a great guy on the drive thru, he's very enthusiastic and fun. I hope they keep him on drive thru, it makes your experience all the better. read more
