I stopped into Taco Bell for a quick lunch on my drive to South Carolina. I ordered a combo meal consisting of a Crunchwrap Supreme, Beef Crunchy Wrap, and a large diet Pepsi for $8.49. i ordered an party pack with 12 tacos. had to wait almost 10 minutes before receiving the food, go home not even 3 minutes down the road, go straight to take them to my daughter's and every last hard shell was soft and mushy! i paid 30 all together for that for and called them back to see if they could fo something able it and the woman tells me hold on and hangs up!! i will go back up there next day and say something to a manager!! i was so upset i didn't even eat! read more

We had to ask for items in our small order twice. They gave us an item we didn't order. They almost forgot our drinks (which had no ice). Three kids standing in the drive through window. Not doing anything but slowing the process down. Didn't even give us our receipt. Arguably the worst drive through experience I've had in years. Never going back to this location again. read more

I wasn't able to find the fresco menu since the billboard changed. I wish they had a billboard McDonalds with the calorie info. The line took a while when the car before me ordered $25 worth of food compared to my $4 meal. I've never ordered a burrito from the fresco menu. I don't order out much either since I'm a weekly dieter. The burrito had some pieces of chicken and beans. I didn't expect beans but I was glad it was included. With 10g of fat and on the go today, I can fit in it my meal plan today. Landscaping needs some work. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. First of all forcing you to order on the kiosk while an employee is sitting on their tail end doing nothing is absolutely ridiculous. They messed up and didn't put half our order in the bag and then tried to say we didn't order it when we showed the receipt. The Hispanic manager on duty was the rudest person I've ever met in my entire life. They locked us in the restaurant to prevent people from coming in- absolutely ridiculous in the middle of dinner. They had plenty of staff to run adequately they were just choosing to be lazy. Save your money and time and go anywhere else besides this Taco Bell. read more

I've been coming here for years. They mess my order up almost every time. I went last night and they messed my order up 3 times in one sitting. I wasn't even mad just dumbfounded. On the 4th try the manger had to come and help. Because putting just meat and cheese on a taco is so hard. UPDATE: ordered Cinnabon's last night. They were ice cold in the middle. Took them back and ask for a remake nicely. Was given a remake and they were still cold. Got a refund. Left and called the store to get the corporate number. The manger began interrogating me asking for my name and other irrelevant information. When all I asked for was the corporate number. I was then told the Cinnabon's are cold in the middle even after they're deep fried?????? And was told they have to sit under a heater for 2 hours after being fried. I've gotten these for years and never had this issue. The manager then told me the corporate number didn't exist. After a 2 second google search I found the number however. I've given this store patience for years and received nothing in return. I've had my order constantly messed up. And I've now been lied to by the manger after receiving cold food. read more

The food is good, you just have to check your bag before you leave because you don't want to have to bring it back cause if you do, they will give you an attitude about it. Sad but I've experience it before but I told them it's not my fault you all made the mistake! So fix it! And they did. So just check your bag before you leave. Also when they make a mistake, they normally give you a coupon for one free taco. I didn't get one the last time for their mistakes. (11/24/2013) We were ignored by 4 slack-jawed teens behind the counter for quite a while and almost walked out when finally an adult emerged from the back and took our order. It's a Taco Bell like any other foodwise, but this one seemed especially tidy in the preparation and assembly of our food. Crisp cold lettuce layered with shredded cheddar were tightly packed in the Crunchy Taco shell, Meximelt had ample meat with even distribution of cheese and salsa, even hand with beans, cheese sauce and salsa for the nachos, as well. The crunchy shell in the Gordita was fitted symmetrically into the soft flour tortilla. Beefy 5-Layer Burrito just seemed to be beef and beans, not sure what the other 3 layers were supposed to be. Apparently, you can be braindead and still maintain rote motor functions. Keep huffing kids your career in fast food service is preserved. read more
