Ordered Taco Bell Saturday night July 19th. Tried delivery for the very first time. Placed order approximately 10:15 PM. Received 1st text message stating food would be delivered at 11:07 and was given Door Dash delivery persons phone number. At 11: 20 I called delivery and she stated she was in line at drive through with 6 cars in front of her. Told her it's ok I was in no hurry. 11:30 received text that she was still at drive thru, still 6 cars in front of her. 11:40 received text 5 cars in front of her. 11:45 received text 4 cars. 11:50 3 cars in front of her: 11:55 1 car in front of her. 12:07 on the way. Food arrived 20 minutes after midnight which was 2,hours after placing order. Food was ice cold. Drink had absolutely no ice because it had melted and tasted terrible due to being watered down by ice melting. Opened box unwrapped a hard taco and it was stuck to wrapper. Opened another item same thing. Threw the whole order in the trash and went to bed. I'm absolutely sure Taco Bell was not at fault because I've eaten there for years. Door Dash never again. Best place people thto go when you've been out drinking . That way you can't tell when you buy a 12 pak of tacos and wonder why half the Taco Bell shells are broken due to the fact that the person inside preparing could care less and they short the ingredients. Then wrap the Taco and we go home, halve a few and then realize that some were filled decently and other shells are broken because they neglected to fill the fricken Taco Enough so the shell wouldn't crack almost the way across the bottom. Kinda pathetic and cheap when you think about it. Also , I ordered a 5 layer burrito. Might as well had been a bean /cheese burrito. With a splash of a hint of some beef and sour cream. Seriously, if they are going to be that cheap, why don't they just make their product better and charge more. Very disappointing. I used to be a regular. I find myself now only eating there when I've gone so long having Taco Bell that I forgot why I stopped going there the last time. And I'm not alone, All my friends say the same thing. They do like the drinks though that I don't buy like Artic blue or blast. Whatever. Like I said, if they want to take atleast 6 bucks a person or more , they need to make it worth it. went to get two burritos with extra sauce, made sure i asked for extra sauce. they gave my burritos and charged me for extra sauce, but put no sauce in the bag at all, came back thru and they asked me for proof i didn't get sauce??? read more

I ordered a chalupa box and the burritos beans looked and tasted old also got a couple side talks they literally had the smallest amount of meat ever really just filled to the top with lettuce this is the worst experience I've ever had with Taco Hell read more

The worst TacoBell I've ever had. Bought 24 tacos (12 hard 12 soft) the hard tacos were all stale. The soft tacos were ok this the 2 stars. Got a whole 6 hot sauce packets for 24 tacos... Called and spoke to the manager...Ashley after being hung up on once and waiting on her she basically said she couldn't do anything (except offer me more tacos, like I'm going to drive another 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back). I am in love with this Taco Bell. The convenient location serves my addiction. The people who work are also my besties.

They have really stepped it up in my eyes. My order on average is always correct. And seeing that we normally order picky, they do excellent. I didn't give 5 stars because sometimes we feel sick afterwards so I don't know if they aren't keeping their food in the right temp or what is happening. Not always do I feel sick though. Just here and then and when it happens it's my wife and I. I still recommend. Pretty fast. read more

For the price you just can't beat it. I ordered 2 Stackers and 2 apple empanadas and my total was $4.28 including tax. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly, and the remodel looks awesome. Last time I was here I ordered a box and they were out of cinnamon twists so they substituted a taco. (The manager did ask if it was ok beforehand) Fine with me! The drive thru is usually busy but the line moves fast. Friday and Saturday nights they stay open till 3am which is great for night owls or peeps working the night shift. Will definitely be going back in the near future! read more

Just another one of those fast food joints. It's a taco place. And they just added breakfast. Ohh did I mention they do tacos. Yes their new breakfast menu is pretty great. Comes with the prices you would expect which is great. My overall experience has been pretty awesome. Asking for sauce or dealing with a customer is always pleasant. I used to think this was a pretty decent Taco Bell because in the last probably 6 years I've had maybe 3 times where my order was messed up and one of the times as soon as I realized the order was messed up I called the store and the assistant manager confirmed that as soon as I had left the drive through they realized they messed up the order and she offered to have my name out in the notebook to correct it next time. The time before that a very rude ass manager was there and me and my fiancee at the time came in to eat and after ordering and waiting for our food we sat down and then when our food was ready even after informing them it was for here and not to go they put it in to go bags but we sat down and ate anyway. My fiancee realized they didn't put the chicken quesadilla in with the order so she went back up to the counter and went to tell someone and I believe she talked to an assistant manager who was very nice then the oh so rude manager walked up and she told my fiancee to go back out to the vehicle and bring the food in because she knew she herself put it in there. First off she should have gotten her fat ass out from around the counter and offered to help solve the problem and not started barking orders like a damn seal. After informing her that we ate in the store she demanded we bring everything up to the counter and at that point I told her she should bring her rude ass over to the table especially after talking down to us and a nice elderly couple that had problems. After all that the rude ass manager slinked back off to the office in the back of the store and wouldn't even attempt to come back out and offer an apology. The final time that they messed up was when I went through the drive though and I didn't realize I had caught them right before they closed because they literally shut the outside lights off as I was sitting at the drive through window but it was last night just before 2 am and I ordered a #6 combo consisting of 2 chalupas and a soft Taco and a drink and then went on to order 4 soft tacos and a xxl grilled stuft burrito and a quesarito both beef and a crunch wrap supreme. I get home and I live about 25 miles away from the store it's my own fault I didn't check the order but when i did I realized it was messed up. I had to go to work today but after working all day I call in and speak to the manager on duty I think his name was Josh or something and I'm informed that they have to have the product back in order to make it right for an order of that magnitude because in his words "that's like $30 something in food" when in fact I have ordered the same order before and it came out to just over $22. I'm not after free food at all but it's the principal of it all. You screw up my order fairly bad and then tell me I have to bust my ass to get it to where you make it right?? We used to love this Taco Bell, but lately, it's going down hill. The Taco salad used to be delicious and a lot bigger. I can't believe I paid $7 today for a small salad thrown into a stale, terrible tasting Taco shell that was not even editable. It was NOT fresh. I won't be wasting my money there any more. read more

The food is always great at this location but the service here is even better. Everyone is always friendly no matter what time of day I come in. I especially enjoy coming in when Kenny is working. He always makes me smile. read more
