So, nothing else was open. I haven't been to Taco Bell in years. However, I'm starving so I pull up to one of the only open places- the line is so long. But I had no other options for fast food. I thought surely I'd been sitting there for an hour- but it was only a few minute wait to order and to receive my food! To top that off, it seemed as if the cashier was in training. While claiming to eat Taco Bell at various locations in the states isn't on my list of proud life accomplishments, this location takes the cake for the most disappointment. Tonight, the cashier "Darius D." was extremely unfriendly. Upon being greeted at the window, his response was to slam the window closed. Then when thanked for the items (after waiting five minutes at the window), he did not acknowledge me, just shut the window. While I'm not expecting to be BFFs with Darius D., I do expect common friendly courtesy, especially when you're in the service business and a customer shows you friendliness. Onto the food... Although my waistline would be thankful, my appetite was not. The fillers/ingredients inside the tacos and burritos ordered were so skimpy (see uploaded photo of taco as reference). I have such a love-hate relationship with this Taco Bell. Whenever I DoorDash from here I seem to have no problem with my orders. Maybe because on the DoorDash we are the ones ringing it up? I'm allergic to onions and when I order I make it extremely clear that I'm allergic (not that I don't like them) I've done my research and know what needs to come off of each item. 80% of the time they don't listen and I end up having to throw out my food. I personally love Taco Bell. There's one located between my house and the 24-hour Fitness that I frequent, so Taco Bell becomes part of that equation at least once a week. Most notably, I love Taco Bell's Cinnamon Twists. Their sweet, cinnamon-ey taste and crunchy texture are sure to satisfy. While Cinnamon Twists certainly are the bomb, Taco Bell is home to a wide range of authentic Mexican cuisine: Tacos, Tacos made out of Doritos, Quesadillas, Quesadillas with crunchy bits of Doritos in them, and Baja Blast, the single greatest invention mankind has ever produced. Furthermore, the Taco Bell that I often patronize almost never has a line of any kind, and maybe 2-3 customers in the restaurant at any given time. This makes for a consistently speedy and tasty experience, all for a low price. read more

As the reigning check-in "Duke" at this Taco Bell I can say that my experience has been significantly different. I visit multiple times per week. The employees are friendly and I rarely have any problems with my order. They tell me, NO NAKED CHALUPAS LEFT. ok, then give me my money back for it. sorry , no can do because you paid by credit card. i balked and they went and found one -- it took them ten minutes to cook it. i got home and my what do you know, they must've made my TOSTADA first because it was ICE COLD and even worse, there was NO MEAT on it, only beans. i paid $0.60 extra for meat on the tostada but didn't get it. maybe the folks at TB made a mistake but they should have verified the order, which they didn't do. and my crunchy taco? maybe they were running out of meat too because it was the skinniest taco i've ever gotten from TB. We went to the Taco Bell on Hwy 20 in Madison around 8 pm on 9/1/17 and was shocked to see a male employee getting his hair braided in the customer area of the restaurant. There was hair left on the table where the young woman was braiding his hair. That is just plain nasty. The other employees behind the counter were having an argument about a customer's order. Where did the owner find these people? The floors needed to be swept and tables needed to be wiped off especially to get the hair left on the table. read more
