I love Taco Bell, and I live right near this location, but I will not be returning to this location. They are understaffed, rude, under stocked, and do not now how to deal with rushes. They locked the door when the dining room was "too busy" in order to keep people from coming in, which is illegal whilst the building is occupied. read more

the service has always been decent. but i have been here 4 times now since i moved here. I must say this is probably the worst taco bell i have ever eaten. We went last night and they were out of beef! the food always tastes stale and everything moist tastes watered down. we use to eat taco bell twice a week before we moved. so far now 4 times in over 2 months and this place is consistently not good. for the higher prices they charge its a total let down. they also do not carry the green sauce that use to come in the quesadillas. another bummer. my guess is the owner sets the bar for this establishment and the employees just uphold the standard. our last tbell you may have a bad order here and there but this place is every time! read more

This place is trash, we ordered no lettuce and all of our nacho cheese tacos came with lettuce no meet almost at all and no cheese, we also had to repeat our drink order like 5 or 4 times, we preferred two baha blasts and there was no flavor in them at all they tasted like sparkling water, this place really Bowes's to hire new people, and also, as soon that I tried to eat my taco it was mushy and soggy, overall I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell, and coming from a 14 year old, that's pretty pathetic read more

Horrible! I waited in the drive thru for an hour! Yes... AN HOUR! I waited just to see how long this would take... and it took an HOUR! So ridiculous. On a good day, you'll wait about 15-20 minutes. Don't go here unless you have all the time in the world to waste. read more

The great food you can usually expect from a Taco Bell, BUT they still need to work out some kinks. Unlike another reviewer, my order has been screwed up about 25% of the time. It's not that the order is wrong, they just don't give you all the food you order (and pay for!) The drive-thru line can become ridiculously long. Also, last time I went, the guy at the 1st window (where you pay) insisted I not pull up to the 2nd window (food pickup) until a certain amount of time had passed. Apparently, the time from pay to food delivery is monitored, and they were trying to make their results look better. I have a great idea. Why not actually IMPROVE the time rather than faking it? I love sweet tea--half the time they are out or "haven't made it yet." I also love Taco Bell, and hope they will work out the kinks once they've been around for awhile. read more

Ordered 5 items only got 4 however other than fryer being cleaned at 1230 when they dont close until 2 really wanted cinabans clean the fryer when lights are off guys .. But the customer service was awesome . The guy working drive thru was very nice . Tried to call at 1240 ten minutes after i left to tell them i didnt get my burrito and obvi they closed early a fax machine screached in my ear ..just check and double check ur order at this location. Horrible Staff!! They need to hire or train better. Twice this week most of my order was missing or wrong. We even called had our receipt and spoke with the manager... drove 20 min to replace the order and even that was wrong yet the receipts had our correct order. Very disappointing!!!! I won't lie, the food is exactly what you'd expect from Taco Bell. It's extremely cheap and filling. Nothing too special; however, the service here is stellar. I've been here countless times and every single time the cashier has been attentive to my order and has yet failed to get it wrong. The only thing is that I don't go on the drive through very often so I'm unable to vouch for it. If you're looking for some cheap, good tasting food then this is the place for you. read more

This is the most ill run establishment I have ever seen. The wait time is atrocious and I literally saw the person at the front desk turn away over 10 different customers because of a self imposed wait time (25 minutes is what he is telling everyone). Employees are just standing around watching two people attempt to make food -- this is comical. If was was the owner and revenue was being turned back at the cyclic rate -- I would look for a new line of business. Never come here unless you have an hour to waste. read more

This location closes several hours before the posted closing time often! Tonight, for example, they were suppose to be open till 1am per the Taco Bell website and posted hours on their drive thru window. At 10:30 I attempted to go through the drive thru and after a while of no one coming through the speaker, I pulled up to the window. Once I got the attention of two workers within view, one of them motioned to me that they closed at 10. Why!! So frustrating when this was not an isolated occurrence by any means. After seeing the TV Advertisement for the double-shelled tacos, I picked up 2 at the drive-up window. They were fresh with the interior shell being crispy and the outer soft shell holding all together. The contents were spread evenly and the tacos were still warm. Delicious. They were so good that I stopped back on the way home a few hours later and picked up more. The man at the window was very much a pleasant gentleman. Delicious!!
