I don't know why I even try with Taco Bells. Besides the obvious visual appearance needing to be updated and cleaned, the ordering process is a little confusing with multiple people asking you want you want. Next, when you roll up to pay, PRAY you are not gay or alternative looking because you'll have two or three extra employees staring at you like a zoo animal. The food wasn't even warm, the "chicken" on the nachos was cold and slimy, and the quesoRedo burrito is definitely gross with the combo of cold nacho cheese and warm chicken. I'm good. No more. Honestly, work on meal preparation, cleanliness and human politeness. if I could give this place no stars I would. I've been here twice and both times I have been treated so poorly that it makes my jaw drop. First time going, I asked to split the ordered and when I got to the window the man hadn't done it. so when I asked if he was still able to he signed really dramatically and then went over to another worker talking so I couldn't hear them, then all of a sudden he screamed "I DON'T KNOW HOW TO F**KING SPLIT THE ORDER" at this time I was really concerned so I told him it was okay and to forget about splitting them then he just held out his hand for my money, handed me my stuff without a word and slammed the window shut. similar situation just happened here the other day but it was a bratty girl this time. This has to be the worst representation of Taco Bell I have ever encountered. The taco was soggy and cold, the burrito supreme had no meat, and very little lettuce, tomato, or sour cream. Christ, it might as well been an expensive plain bean burrito. No napkins, no requested hot sauce. This is the second time I tried this establishment. I love taco bell, but this has been by far the worst chain restaurant I've been to. I work really close to this taco bell and every time my coworkers or I go here to grab some lunch, we have a terrible customer service experience. Theres always a 10-20minute wait when you walk in to order, even when there's hardly anyone there. Workers are always short and angry. They've messed up on my orders, floors are sticky, etc. Today two of my coworkers went there at 11:15 (they open at 11) and the restaurant was closed. There were workers inside and when they knocked, and they looked at my coworkers with blank stares and no acknowledgment. It would have been nice to at least let them know that they weren't ready to serve anyone yet or something. This isn't a 1 visit review. Everyone in my office who's been there over a period of years have had similar experiences. Needless to say, I will never come back to this Taco bell again. This place consistently gets my order wrong. I can excuse mistakes every now and then, but now I've been sitting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes waiting for the guy in front of me to be greeted to take his order and the person behind me won't let me out. I knew we were coming to taco bell for low quality mexican food but wow! Worst service, all employees are high school age. The manager wasn't even there! Love Taco Bell, love kfc, love them together, but this place man. Soda was flat and not even worth drinking, no ice either. The food was great though, except they left out cole slaw on an order. The customers their were quite strange as well, but I bet the place is ordinary most of the time. If I could give this KFC/TB zero stars, I would. The rude service is bad enough. There is one employee in particular who is AWFUL SNOTTY RUDE. When trying to make sure our order was correct he responded in an extremely aggressive way, even shoving his hand in my face to say, "THREE tacos!" If that wasn't bad enough, I was horrified when my family was eating dinner inside to see a young woman sleeping on the bench in a booth, with her legs splayed open while wearing short shorts. It got worse the next time when my young daughter returned from the bathroom to report odd noises coming from the men's restroom. Soon after the rude male employee and the young woman who had been sleeping in the booth, came out of the bathroom together. It didn't take much imagination to figure out what they'd been doing. We also saw the employee giving the young woman food and drink over the counter. There was no apparent manager on site, no responsible adult. So I made a point of going to talk to the manager the following day. After I shared my families' experience she said she knew it wasn't right but felt stuck. She told me a whole story of how this particular employee and his girlfriend are homeless and so the girlfriend just hangs out with him while he's working. The manager actually said she's had many complaints about this particular employee but that she feels bad and doesn't want to let him go because he needs the job/money. She actually asked me to come in and interview the following day for a manager position. I completed the interview and she said that she'd get back to me and never did. While my family will no longer eat at this KFC/TB I've stopped in a few times and see that the particular employee is still working there AND his girlfriend is still lounging indecently in a booth. read more

That's it -- not going back to this Taco Bell again. We've frequented this one since it opened, but over the past few years, the customer service has gotten worse and worse. Tonight, my family and I ordered to dine in, waited 20 mins for our food, and then were told they are out of one of our items. When we asked for our money back, they asked us to recite our oder. Huh? I thought you were making our order! As the only diners in the establishment, I would have thought they could have kept track of which order was ours. Undoubtedly the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my 30 years on this earth. I work very close to this location so I used to frequent here for my lunch break. Not anymore. I end up spending my entire lunch break either in line in the lobby or in line at the drive-threw. I'm writing this review today because I just sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes without being helped by somebody. Got the " we'll be with you in a minute" ...nothing. I reversed right on out of there. Last week I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes before they brought out my order of a CHEESE QUESADILLA. The lobby was sticky and gross with garbage all over. This is the worst Taco Bell around.. I honestly am not sure how they have more stars than some of the other ones in the area..if I could give zero stars that would be to many.. Every time I leave here I ask myself why I didn't take the extra time to drive to Covington because I usually do and it's worth not dealing with the people who work here.. They always get our order wrong, either they get it wrong to begin with or they just don't give it all to us.. The posted menu price is not right on all items, when I brought up that they charged me 10 cents more on every item I ordered than what's posted they tried to say it was tax? ..really?? So what's the tax charge for? Then was told simply she didn't know and they can't do anything about it so it is what it is... 2 weeks later and the price board remains the same.. The employees are not friendly at all and I'm pretty sure they just hate life based on their attitudes.. O.. And god forbid you ask for sauce because it's just so hard to grab and put in the bag. .the food is not nearly as well made as other locations and it is just overall a depressing experience every time... When my boyfriend went in tonight because they forgot part of our order he was ignored for a while and even had another customer who was still waiting on food comment on how he hadn't got his food but was already expecting it to be messed up.. This place has gone down hill. I have had several issues over the last few months that included getting my order wrong, to over charging, or unfriendly service. But today was the last straw, the menu in the drive through was not lit and you couldn't see. They did not roll the paper wrapping to my tacos and all the meat, cheese, and lettuce fell out in the bag. I asked for sauce and she gave me two. I had 7 items. I asked for more sauce and she gave me two more. She never included napkins also. All of this and never said one word to me. Many but no all of the staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. I went through the drive thru and ordered one item. There was one car ahead of me in the line. It took 10 minutes just to get to the window to pay. At that time, they told me to drive around front and park and someone would bring my food out shortly. I waited 10 minutes and nobody came out with my order. I went inside and as I walked up to the counter, the employee TOSSED my bag of food across the counter at me and did not say a single word. No apology, nothing!! I have purchased food from this Taco Bell three times and they have messed up my order all three times. What is the purpose of asking me what I want at the drive through if you don't listen? Even after I get them to repeat back to me what I ordered, they still get it wrong. The very last time I attempted to go there, they decided not to open at 11am that day. I usually stop by this kfc/taco bell after work and never had a problem in all the years I've been a customer but about two weeks ago I get home and noticed the thigh I ordered looked like a little wing so small but just let it go, then after a few bites of my tostada I found a long dark hair and it made me dry heave! So I called and told the girl that answered and she was a little snotty saying the cooks were all guys she was the only girl working there but she said there would be a credit for me to replace it. So I drove a good 30 minutes to collect my credit and when I told them they couldn't find it and the guy was being very rude to me. It was $6.13 for my order and I had a$5 credit which would leave a balance of $1.13 he told me just give me the $1.79, well I didn't have enough on me and asked him shouldn't it be $1.13 & hr went on about he couldn't find the credit so I have to pay for the extra piece of chicken full price but he took off the $3.99 for the other so I asked him if he could take off the extra piece then and he rolled his eyes threw the bag toward me and said here! Tried to call to get the manager and heard the girl tell him it was me and he got on the phone and continued being rude! This location will be going down soon if they continue to hire rude people like I've seen lately. I work in a restaurant and understand if the girl didn't have my name there how frustrating it is for someone the other people if they don't know what's going on...I understand! But you can't be a total jerk to the customer. I wasn't happy having a hair in my mouth and then have to be treated so awful again!
