Oh man, this might be the best tacos I've had in WA? This unassuming permanent food truck with covered outdoor seating has so much personality and the person who took my order was a total sweetheart. I got a few tacos consisting of lengua (tongue), carnitas (fried pork), pollo (chicken), and asada (steak). It came out to me on a beautiful ceramic plate better than what I find at most Mexican restaurants! There was a salsa bar with 3 different salsas (green, red, orange) that all had just a little heat to them but were all great. All the tacos were delicious but the carnitas stood out as insanely good. I also tried the jamaica (hibiscus tea) which was light and not too sweet which I enjoyed. Tried the horchata too which was thinner than I'm used to but I really liked it, had a great flavor that was also not too rich or sweet. I will definitely need to come back here to try more stuff. read more

This food truck is right off Kent Kangley and Kent/Black Diamond HWY intersection. Some Yelpers had taken some great taco photos, so decided on my way home Saturday to check it out. I did a basic order of the 3 taco plate and a horchata. The horchata was delicious and better than most, so was excited to taste the tacos. The asada taco was delicious, but OMG, the carnitas tacos were definitely the star of my order. Moist and perfectly seasoned, I am still thinking about these tacos! Steak burrito was inedible, and chicken tacos had cartridge in them. They must of changed cooks because the food has fallen way off since the last time I went 6 months ago. Unfortunate because this was one my go-to's for quick Mexican food. Haven't had a 16 dollar burrito ever be that bad. read more

Food truck set up nicely. Nice little seating area if you choose to sit out and eat. We picked up some food to go. WOW! Everything was a lot. They don't skimp on portions. We got a Cali burrito; taco combo; wet burrito and chips w guacamole. All of us chose asada for our meat. I enjoyed the tacos, though the meat was a little gristly/chewy. Not all my tacos had onion and Cilantro which was a bummer. The beans and rice were delicious. The chips and guacamole are very good. Our other two burritos were good. Nothing was like "oh my gosh" good, but it wasn't bad. The service was nice, she was taking orders and making the food. So it was a little wait. Will probably be back, but wouldn't necessarily go out of our way for it. read more

Best local taco truck I've found. Owners and staff are wonderful. Flavorful food, great menu to explore. Great dining area. Several vegetarian(-ish?) options. My favorite is their rajas con queso chile and cheese) tamale plate! I've been dieting much of this year but this has been the treat I look forward to on my weekly cheat day :-). Me and my spouse always love to try new food truck places all the time. We came across this one and customer service was awesome! Prices were ok not the best. We ordered burritos, tacos and a drink. when we got home we were excited to try the food! Tacos and salsa were good, the drink was alright, not the best but when we got to our burritos we were disappointed...unfortunately. We got one with chicken and another with asada, it had 95% worth of rice and beans and hardly any meat on both. Would I recommend family and friends here? Maybe just for quick tacos. Again, it wasn't the best but atleast the customer service and tacos were ok. read more

I really enjoyed this place when it first opened. Everything tasted so fresh with authentic flavors, and felt like everything was cooked to order. Their homemade salsas were flavorful and vibrant, and still really good. The prices were slightly higher than other food trucks and Mexican restaurants close by, but worth it because the food was amazing. Their portion sizes are really good. Definitely 5 stars for their first 7/8 months in business. The last couple months I have eaten here several times, and the food has dropped off immensely. The meats taste like they were made a week ago and just warmed up. The attention to little details like slightly crisping the tortillas shells and, adding a little grilled onion in the tacos, and making sure everything is balanced and fresh have disappeared. I ordered the quesabirria tacos recently, which used to be one of my favorites. Like the other recent orders, the meat tasted old and dried out, there was way too much cheese (like a big glob in the center of each taco, with very little of the old meat. The shells were soggy from a poor attempt to crisp them up in oil, and the most disgusting part was that the oil they used must have had fish fried in it previously because everything tasted strongly like old fish. A while back they raised their prices again, and frankly not worth it anymore. Hopefully this review reaches them and they get back to putting in the attention to detail that made them so great when they opened. Will give them another try in a few weeks and keep my fingers crossed they have adjusted. read more

Mucho Corazon is a relatively new food truck that should be on everyone's radar in Auburn. The food is delicious; the family that owns it is super friendly; the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity, especially for the area. You can tell that the food is made with love and care. I was craving a torta, and so I got one with chicken tinga. The chicken cooked in chipotle was so flavorful, and the beans, cheese, and avocado in the sandwich really made the whole thing feel like a complete meal. I can put down quite a bit of food, and this large sandwich had me feeling very satisfied. My husband got the bistec with grilled onions in a combo plate. The owner's son suggested he add cheese and grilled peppers to it -- great call. The beef was delicious, but those extras really set it off. I bet that would've been fire in a torta as well. We got horchata also, and you can tell the horchata was made right. Perfectly sweet and not overly so, and the spices were on point. The only sad thing was that we almost didn't get a chance to eat here because their card reader was down today. Thankfully we found some cash in our car, but they were legit willing to serve us food anyway and just trust our honor that we'd come back again and pay. That tells me they believe in what they're selling (which they should because the food is awesome), and they are also out here grinding to make this dream happen however they can. I love everything about that. Obviously I'll be back, not just because the chicharron in salsa verde has me intrigued, but because they deserve it. I think they'd do well even in Austin, where good Mexican food is plentiful. read more

There are so many trucks in the Seattle area, I am never surprised to learn that I've been eating at one only to find another is only a block away from it. It appears that this place has been in business for a year, maybe more, and despite all solid review, there are not many reviews. Based on reviews and photos, I decided to check them out. I had a problem here and it's reflected in my review score. The rice had corn in it. Not only do I hate corn, but the photos on this page do not show corn in the rice. I took one bite and came close to throwing my burrito out, but the meat tasted really good. I drove home, opened it up and basically just ate the meat. It was impossible to pick out the corn and based on the flavor, they probably cooked the rice in canned corn ruining the flavor. Rice should be cooked in chicken stock, or cilantro and lime if it's white. After paying for a hot burrito, I was left with warm meat. I wanted to taste the beans, but again, it was just mixed well with the rice so I had to pass. I'll come back and try something without rice, but I left unhappy, disappointed and as you can imagine. Meat is not the primary ingredient, so I had to throw out 75% of what I paid for. read more

If you're in a rush. This is not a place for you. This is a one man show who puts a lot of care and love into his food. It took about just under 30 minutes to get our two breakfast burritos and horchata. This is one of two Mexican places I've been to where the salsa was so good and had a wonderful spice. What a great spot! The mexican food here is absolutely amazing. It really brings me back home whenever I eat from here, not to mention they have great tamales! Which is astonishing to find in this area, nonetheless in a TACO TRUCK!! The service is absolutely fantastic. I'm starting to become a regular there just because they treat me so well. The owner of the truck is just an amazing guy. So sweet really! He tends to his customers with a big smile on his face every time, which truly makes me happy to see.
