Leftover waffle fries, chicken sandwich and open BBQ sauce.

Very busy day here so restaurant is not as clean as usual. All booths were dirty but I bring wipes with me and was not surprised that the staff who are absolutely incredible and helpful and friendly were running around like crazy. The service is amazing. I ordered the regular original meal. The waffle fries were barely luke warm.. maybe they are supposed to be slightly warm? The chicken sandwich bread was soft and fresh and delicious. It's the chicken.. huge portion, but the breading is just off. Not sure what it is about it but I prefer the McDonalds crispy chicken much more. I got BBQ sauce to dip my chicken in and it is just nasty. So skip that next time. Love how busy it is. Love the kids running around and folks seem happy. Great atmosphere. I saw someone had a salad and that looked really good. I will try that next time. I don't seem to care for their sauces here so am not sure I would like their salad dressing. I will probably be back in 6 months or so.

I go to Chick-fil-a a lot and always order the same thing. It's a great restaurant with fast service that is always my go-to for a night out! Service: Chick-fil-a's customer service and staff have always been especially helpful and kind in my experience! The food: I always, always get the Chick-fil-a nuggets and waffle fries. My order has never been messed up and the food is always satisfactory! The environment: Although it usually has a clean feel to it, Chick-fil-a is still a fast food place. Therefore, it tends to have that environment. Especially since it's a popular restaurant, so most nights you can expect the restaurant to be busy and crowded. However, Chick-fil-a has always had quick service in my experience!

Finally bought the pimento chicken sandwich and this is what I got. Pimento cheese the side of 2 quarters. Come on... if you're going to advertise it as the new thing but serve this crap then stop serving. Further, I also found a piece of plastic in my Mac N cheese. Wth is going on over there ... where's quality control !?

The service is what you would expect from fast food. Got a spicy chicken biscuit with hash browns. The chicken was not overly spicy really just a hint the hash brown tasted like it was fried with donuts.

Parking is a mess, drive thru is a mess. We were sent aside to wait for our order. Even though there was NOTHING SPECIAL about it. 2 regular sandwiches and a nugget combo, we waited about 10 minutes. Even though we specifically asked to add 5 sauces and were told no problem they will be in the bag, guess what.... They weren't. We got about 10 minutes down the road before we realized and turned around. Somehow we made it thru the unorganized parking/drive thru mess and got a parking spot. I went inside to ask for the sauce and I had to wait about 3 minutes while I was ignored. One employee was ordering from another and they were literally taking FOREVER. I MEAN DOESNT SHE KNOW THE MENU??? Finally I called for the first person in the back I saw. I was briefly apologized to as she passed the sauce. I feel like I paid higher prices than I should have. I would have gotten better service at McDonald's across the street. So irritating.

My Mom and sister got some Chick-fil-A for our dinner on their way home from getting a socially distanced and following protocol haircut. When there she said that everything seemed to be in such chaos in the moments leading up to getting into the drive-thru, as she didn't want to go instead as my sister has health concerns. So when she placed the order she noticed that the cashier was still in training and seemed to be a little flustered with all of the order coming in. This is when the issue started. After receiving her food, she noticed that the receipt was a little less than she had though, thinking nothing of it she proceeded him to find out that she was missing a sandwich-that she paid for by the way. So my Mom gave me her chicken sandwich while she had leftovers. Now the food itself was still good, still warm temperature and the fries and fry sauce were delicious (mainly the reason why this is receiving a three star instead of lower). However, in training or not, does not excuse the fact that staff should be checking to make sure everything is in the bag (maybe even read it off too) prior to the customer grabbing it. With all of the commercials boasting about going that "extra mile" sadly we didn't see that from the Covington location. I sincerely hope they adopt a more "my pleasure" approach especially as this pandemic lingers, more people are going to be more conservative where they spend their money.

The deli itself is excellent, and everything is made fresh to order. I grabbed a sausage breakfast sandwich on a bagel (you get to choose your bread), and it was a really good size for just $6. Perfect way to start the day! I also tried the turkey BLT for $9.99 on seed bread. It came out thick, crunchy, and hearty -- exactly what I was hoping for. You can get it toasted or not, and it was loaded with all the veggies, including pickles. The several pieces of bacon were cooked perfectly! Every bite was fresh and satisfying. This spot seems super popular with the teen kids from Kentwood High School right across the street, which makes total sense -- it's a convenient and tasty option. Whether you're looking for a quick fresh breakfast or lunch, Foss Grocery and Deli delivers. Next time I'm definitely trying their pizza. Highly recommend this local gem!

The cashier seemed to have difficulty understanding the order from the beginning, which made the process a little frustrating. When I mentioned that the chicken kebab was too dry and asked if I could switch to the lamb kebab instead, the response from the cook/owner felt defensive, and I was made to feel like I was only asking for lamb rather than sharing genuine feedback about the food. I paid the difference, no problem. The Olive Tree fries were delicious, and once I received the lamb kebabs, they were excellent juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the food itself, but the customer service experience made the visit less enjoyable. Hopefully, they can improve communication and how they handle customer feedback because the food has potential.

The prices are around $20 a dish. My sister ordered all the dishes, pizza, chicken, wontons, they all looked delicious but the tastes are so different for me. The wontons are not as tasty as Chinese wontons and they're not soft. The chicken is tasty but not very flavorful. The yogurt is very sour and rich. However, other cafes smear some avocado on toast and add a tomato and charge you $15, here they give you a whole meal with an egg on top, cucumbers and tomatoes, avocado, and more. It actually feels like it's worth your money. The coffee is good even though it's not too unique. I feel like they used to be a specialty coffee shop before they turned to the crepe/cafe scene. The coffee was very sweet though so I would highly recommend getting it half sweet. The crepe is good, stuffed well and worth the price. It is obviously sweet as well so it's hard to drink a very sweet coffee with a sweet crepe. The barista was kind and helpful with any questions I had when ordering. There was gentleman with a disability ordering before me and the barista was very patient and kind when taking his order.
