Stopped in for a late lunch with my fiancé. It wasn't very busy and the food was as expected. But this one young man working went above and beyond. He just walked right up and offered to refill my drink. I was shocked as I've never had anyone working at a fast food restaurant offer to do that. read more

I use their drive through service and am very satisfied with their service. I order the personalized pizza each time and they taste great. Great price and I always get the correct change back. They never forget to ask if you like parmesan or hot peppers. The line moves at normal speed. read more

Very weird location, combo Taco Bell and a Pizza Hut. Wandered in after needing to charge my car nearby. They've gone with a 50s decor and era music which is odd considering the food. There are lots of dirty tables and a full staff behind the counter just kind of meandering. The food is what it is for fast food was able to get a fresh personal pan pizza cheaply. The people eating here are a little scary though. Few homeless types hanging out in the parking lot. Next time I'm getting drive through and eating in my car. read more

Love this restaurant,hate the service. We have decided that we will not go back! My husband and I ate there a month ago and it took 28 minutes for us to get our food, 2 of the $5.00 boxes. Last night the same thing. The drive through was fast. Three drive through orders to one dine in order. If I want to sit around a restaurant for 30 minutes I'll go to Denny's. I come here a few times a week, and really enjoy the atmosphere. The food is taco bell, and they pretty much always get my order right. The ingredients are always fresh. The employees are mixed, but overall do a good job. There are a few stand outs, but no one has ever been rude. Occasionally they run out of a few things, but who doesn't. For what it is, and comparing it to other fast food outlets, it is 5 star. read more

This location is consistently inconsistent. That is to say they only get the order correct when it's just a drink. I've gone to this Taco Bell's drive-thru day and night. One out of every three orders is correct. I'm usually in a hurry so I don't check my order for correctness. That's their job. I won't be going back there. Alrighty, FIRST OFF, the ONLY reason for the second star is the one employee who does her job very well. I do not know her name, she's blonde and is very polite, friendly, and efficient. She has NEVER messed up our orders. That being said ANY other time she is not there, my fiance and I get our orders screwed up. His, more so than mine, because he can't eat sour cream and they regularly put it on his food anyway, despite it clearly being on the screen and receipt - no sour cream. This evening, he worked late and picked up dinner. He got home bit into his chalupa, and bam sour cream. He tried to call, no answer. Called corporate number, no answer. He wound up having to go back out at 10:45pm. When he got there, they had the door locked and refused to let him in, he had to wait through the six cars that are inevitably ALWAYS sitting in the drive thru line. So he had to wait 15 min in addition to coming back out. When he got to the window she told him that they couldn't answer the phone. They said they locked the dining area so everything has to come through the drive thru. He politely asked for his order to be rectified. She fixed it and provided the refund he requested due to the inconvenience and he returned home. I have to commend they at least rectify their mistakes. Based on the notices around the location, I believe it is privately owned, so I'm not sure if corporate can even do anything. And it also explains the odd decor. Wish all of their employees were like their all-star. She is the silver lining of this location. read more

Dear god, this review is not exaggerated at all in all honesty this is my experience at this place. The taco bell in marina exceeded the regular crappy fast food restaurant. The staff and kid at the cash counter probably couldn't find his way out of a paper bag. I had to repeat my order four times and he still messed it up (Two beef tacos and a medium drink). Then, as I sat down a homeless man walked in looked around and stood and stared at me while i was eating for a good 12 minutes. The staff saw what was going on and instead of helping get this hobo out of his trance in my direction, they laughed and took pictures. To make matters worse, after i took a bite into my second taco I discovered a lock of hair in my taco. Like not one or two hairs that could be an accident. There were like 6-8 black long hairs in the taco. I dropped my food and left. I had the feeling if i was there any longer they would find out how fast i can throw a medium pepsi. read more

The TACO Bell/KFC located on the corner of 3rd street in San Francisco would be a GREAT location to actually put in a store. If you go past 7 pm they almost always are out of chicken, and last night my daughter and I had to change our order 3 times before we ordered something they had! They are always out of one or more items on their menu, like last night, no boneless chicken at all, no steak for the tacos or chalupas'. I blame this shortage problem on the store manager who apparently does not know how to order the correct amount of food to last through the time in between deliveries. This was not the first time we have encountered this problem at this particular store, as it happens quite frequently. So if you have a craving for chicken nuggets best go to Jack in the Box or McDonald's or even Burger King, cause they apparently know how to order their menu items for deliveries. And, on top of that the crew working last night (Friday) was extremely slow and unfocused. We sat there an additional 10 minutes waiting for our order that was sitting on the counter and only got it when I yelled out "how about our order", the food prepares were joking around, the food order taker (a new hire apparently) was unsupervised and whoever the manager on duty was seemed to be preoccupied by what was happening in the parking lot. read more
