Well the only good thing at this restaurant on State Street. It has an app for ordering. The sad news is that the restaurant was closed for remodeling. Which I didn't know after I ordered paid and went to the restaurant. Oh I was so sad as my orders were not being made. I came through the drive-through today, 6/8/23 at about 4:15 pm. The woman who took my order was pleasant enough. However another employee, a tall, heavy-set white woman with red hair pulled back into a bun under her hat was the most crude, unprofessional person I've ever encountered at any fast food restaurant, EVER. She was harassing her coworker, the one who was helping me, because she gave out her name to the customer before me who ALSO had a bad experience with the redhead. Redhead was irate because now this other customer had her name and would leave a bad review. She was swearing up a storm within earshot of me and my small kids sitting in the backseat and who knows who else. I lost count of the number of f-bombs she let off when another employee tells her to be quiet because I was watching the whole scene, horrified at the unprofessionalism I was witnessing. The redhead responds by yelling "Well SHUT THE F***ING WINDOW THEN!" Nobody shut the window. Redhead continued to curse and complain with complete disregard for the customers within earshot. Of all the experiences I had is like anyone else, late night & drive through (spelled correctly) . As usual the line of cars wrapped around the stucco brown and beige building and the wait... about 25 minutes total. Placing the order at the menu board was easy, minus the fact that the associate from within can't figure out how to give me a dollar figure for two identical items with sales tax added in. Once I came to the second window (because the first window area inside is now a storage closet) I greeted the woman but did get a response. She handed me back my card and shortly thereafter, my two items in a bag intended to contain at least two combo meals or 6 hard tacos. I requested for a receipt but none was given to me. The woman claims that their receipt printer isn't functioning. So no receipt means. I have an additional obstacle to track how I spent in a given timeframe , if I were a business expense I couldn't write it off, the opportunity to do the survey to potentially win a whatever dollar amount from Taco Bell. When it comes down to it, at least one individual inside is trying to cover up how badly everyone is doing, cutting corners and not cranking out the food fast enough to keep the drive through rolling quicker. This little gripe doesn't end here, I'll make sure that management at this location, the regional office and corporate knows about this. Customers shouldn't have sit idling in their cars for nearly an hour for food. Let alone be given a bad excuse for not given a receipt. As for the associates attitude, whatever is eating them from within shouldn't be displayed and affect their ability to take a simple food order. read more

I went through the drive thru yesterday afternoon. No issue with ordering. I get up to the window, I give her my card, she swipes it, gives it back to me along with my food and receipt. I don't look at anything and start to drive off. She leans her head out and yells at me. I can't quite understand her so I look and it looks like she's waving me off so I start to pull forward again and she leans out again and starts yelling that the card didn't go through. How can that be? You just gave me a receipt! By this time the car behind me had pulled up so I had to get out of my car and walk back to the window and give her my card to run again. I was in a hurry so didn't look at either the first or second receipt I got. Got back in my car and drove off. I get home and see the first receipt must have been for the person in front of me which was $19.19 and was printed at 11:37 and the second one was mine for $6.96. at 11:38. Now why the hell was I charged for someone who had just paid that amount in front of me?
