Kiosk ordering inside is terrible. Takes 3x longer to figure it out than for the person at the counter to take the order. Service is slow. Ordered crunch wrap supreme, soft taco supreme and cheesy Gordita crunch. All were overflowing with lettuce and none had more than a teaspoon of meat. Horrible and will not be returning. read more

12/18/24 - approx. 2:30p The proclaimed owner Dave Lowe confirmed this location only fully serves and speaks with the drive thru lane. Eating inside? You become a second class customer. - No greeting upon your entry, order is only taken from a computer screen you figure out. Figuring out how to order the box deal, is not easy on the first attempts at guessing which menu tab it is on. Want jalapeños on the side, good luck. I'm a senior and this ordering would have taken lots of my time, and my time is worth just as much time as theirs. No customers inside but us. A one star review is way too generous for this location. We ended up waiting 37 minutes in the drive-thru. We counted multiple employees standing around chatting and playing on their phones. However, one employee in particular was kind enough to entertain us by picking at the sores on his face and chewing on his fingers. He also attempted to hide his phone under the monitor to play on instead of serving us. There was zero communication during our wait so we're unsure why our wait was so long. We have been in and out of sit-down restaurants quicker than this drive-thru. This occurred midweek at 2029 and only one table of diners inside. read more

Entered to an empty Dining area, was not aware of having to order with the kiosk. Stood at the counter for several minutes looking for the menu and waiting to be greeted. It took me asking for help to get any. I was told I had to use one of only 2 kiosks. Cash only or debit/credit. Had to figure it out on my own. I made sure that I entered no lettuce on my grandsons food. When we got it there was lettuce. I went to the counter and a man with no manners asked what was wrong. I told him and he asked my name, pulled up my receipt and said your order didn't say no lettuce. And then just looked at me. I said I made sure it was marked. He tore off the receipt and handed it to me saying, it's not on the receipt, you didn't mark it. I said fine , we'll just pick off the lettuce. He went back to his coworkers laughing and talking about it and me. I could hear it all. Then the woman after me went up to let them know she had marked no beans on the same kiosk I used. The man I had, had left, and the gentleman she had didn't question her. He just remade her order. She asked if her order showed her request and he said no. I commented there must be something wrong with the kiosk. The tables were dirty and so was the floor. For an empty store, and not having to take orders the store should be clean. Has anyone who has recently eaten at taco bell noticed anything off with the taste of their food? I alone went yesterday to the taco bell in Alexandria. I got Mexican pizza, but it tasted like rancid oil, and left a very sticky oil slick feel in my mouth. After getting home I was sick. I chalked it up to being that location cause they have disappointed one too many times. Tonight Ryley asked for taco bell while in Maysville. So I went through the drive thru and got him something to eat. I thought it has to be much better, because we've always been satisfied with Maysvilles service. Ryley got cinnamon twist and I asked him for one, AGAIN the rancid, sticky oil slick... Have they changed their oil distributor or are they just NOT changing their oil in the fryers? I have noticed a big change in the Maysville ky taco bell here lately. The drive thru wait times are improving tremendously. The managers are so very nice and welling to make it right in any way they can. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Maysville taco bell. read more

Mexican Pizza after it was placed at the bottom of the bag. I don't understand why they do this. It makes it difficult to eat when all the toppings are crushed to the top of the box. I asked for no meat & as the picture shows, it's packed with meat. I'm unable to eat this so I was basically charged for something I've got to scrap the cheese off the box and can't even eat the bottom half. Much appreciated. read more

Garbage customer service, orders are wrong 95% of the time, lines for the drive through are extremely long all the time because they are extremely slow. You can order 2 very simple items and it will never be ready by the time you make it to window even if tut are waiting in line for 5 minutes. read more

Caming back from the Bengals/Packers game, we stop in here for a bite to eat on the way back. Food was good staff no so much. Didn't get any names but the only one that was doing good was a brunette girl. I walked in wearing bengals gear the guy behind the counter had the most obnoxious and asinie attitude. Talking mad crap and acting like a know it all. He took my friends order his was fine. He kept talking me I told him Hard shell taco with just meat and cheese he typed it in said the total then looked at me and said "oh wait did you say just meat and cheese"? I said yea the brunette girl in charge told him to tell the line that it was just eat and cheese. Well he didn't do that He called me to talk to them about football and Heather team played next weekend, that he didn't even get a change so when I sat down to eat my food I had to bring it back up because it had let us all. When I went up there the Burnett manager changed immediately had no problem. I want him to get a refill on our on way out I waited three minutes for the two people talking to each other at the drive-through for them to realize that I was up at the counter there's five people behind the register and none of them looked up to see if I needed help. i love Taco Bell but this one is my favorite. Last 2 times I have came my quesarito has been made perfect and tastes so good. They are so friendly and are quick to get your meal to you. Not to mention it's hot and fresh to!! read more

This is my new favorite Taco Bell. The interior looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90s yet it's still super clean. The workers were all very friendly & even in the middle of the drive thru rush, we still got our food quickly & it was fresh. Will definitely be back. read more
