I have not left a review for a "fast food" restaurant, and I have to say this is the only Taco Bell I will go to. When we decide to have a fast food dinner, this is our go-to. We have never, ever had a problem here and the staff have always been quite pleasant. This is the worst Taco Bell location I've ever been to. I live close by and we've tried it 4-maybe 5 times because my boyfriend generally likes their food. This location is trashy, and the employees I have dealt with are unprofessional. They absolutely try to neglect business by making excuses... they "only take cash" 8/10 times. First of all I wish I could give 0 stars. Second I Have had two horrible experiences at this location. First time there was 8 cars in front of me and never took any orders. This time I sat there for 5-10 mins waiting. I was about to pull off and I hear a whisper of can I help u. I get to the winder and they didn't ask if I wanted any sauce and basically threw my food at me. The cinnamon twists I got were stale as ever. They need better management and employees. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in the entire country! I won't be coming back to this location anymore. The men they recently hired to work here are extremely rude! They use to have kind workers and great service but in the past few months they have the worst workers I have ever dealt with! They ripped me off at the drive thru and would not open the window back up. They kept the change that was owed to me. There is an African American woman who works the drive thru and every time I swing through there when I have my moment of fat kid weakness she is ALWAYS smiling, super friendly, super fast, and all the things you would hope for. An overall pretty good and not overly busy Taco Bell. I am knocking off a star because sometimes I feel the food takes longer than normal to come out. However, this location use to be a lot worse but has gotten much better since they stopped serving Long John Silver's too. The drive thru is average and acceptable for time waiting. read more

I ordered some food through the drive through. Went home and began to bite into my food only to find a very LONG piece of hair in it. When I called the store to get the situation rectified, the manager on duty "James" denied any wrong doing and hung up on me. When I called back two more times he hung up on me again! All he had to do was ask me to come back up to replace my order, instead he escalated the situation which only prompted me to get back in my car and drive up there. When I arrived the entire staff was as dumbfounded as I was that he had hung up on me, not once but 3 times. It's NO surprise the place was empty as can be. They usually burn everything and half of the staff doesn't know how to put the lid on a f**** freeze.
