5 stars to make up for all the people who complain about a fast food restaurant. Ordered a number 6 and it tasted exactly like a number 6! The new KFC French fries on the side was like icing on the cake. Only piece of feedback for the team is that I wish they had asked me if I needed hot sauce. I then took my Taco Bell to the BP full service gas station up the street and ate my tacos while my gas tank got filled. Life is good. Great dining experience and I hope to be back! Been to this location numerous times due to its location about a minute from my house, generally only go once in a while when my wife works late and I don't want to cook. Several times in the past there have been mistakes made with orders. But what can you do, It's fast food and that happens. Last night is the last time I ever go there. I used the drive thru to place my order and was told WE ARE CURRENTLY OUT OF CHICKEN. Not just original Or grilled or crispy BUT ALL CHICKEN. Lol how can a chicken place be out of all they sell. And then because the drive thru line is only wide enough for one car. I was stuck waiting till every other customer with food was thru the line so I could leave for the final time. GREAT MANAGER! This is a Taco Bell - KFC hybrid. I have been here a bunch of times because my kids love Taco Bell and its cheap. I have learned over the years that its better to visit the one in Salem NH. for a Taco Bell fix . The Staff are ok but I think the problem is Management as this place is dirty and I have seen the staff sliding around on sour cream and KFC oil so I don't think its fair to cut down a person at the register or staff preparing the "food". If this place could get a Manager that would see to it that the place was clean I'm sure staff would be happier and the food would be better. This is the WORST experience I've had with a Taco Bell. My food showed up cold. And completely flat. Nothing was wrapped in the right wrappers. The crunch wrap supremes I got for my friends were fucking disgusting. It honestly looked like they threw my food together. And just didn't give a FUCK in the world. I just ate the chicken quesarito and crispy chicken quesadilla, which is my usual order. The quesadilla taste was not consistent with what I had received in the past at other Taco Bells. The cheese was not melted and it was missing something. The quesarito wasn't good at all. The rice was mushy and the chicken was rubbery. I had to look at the chicken. It looked like they had pulled apart dark meat from the kfc side and tried to pull it off as their regular chicken. So gross lol. I had to use the mild sauce to cover up the taste. Place my order only to get to the window and be told they don't have anything I've ordered. Pull into a parking space to go in... And have to wait another half an hour. The owner either doesn't care or isn't aware of how awful the staff is. I've placed complaints about this location before with Taco Bell but they can't even be bothered to reply. I work in retail... This location should be avoided. Ladies read-on! I do not frequent fast-food chains often but after a long day at my firm, it is easier than cooking dinner for my family. The past few times I have ordered at the Drive-Thru there have been issues. On one occasion, I was told the chicken would not be ready for 20 minutes and I could not wait for my order outside--likely because no one would bring it out? On another occasion, I was told to pay at the first window, implying that there is a second window to pick up the food. It is not uncommon for fast-food chains to have this type of system for their drive-thru. After I paid, I drove up slowly the second window. To my dismay, there was not a second window. And to my shock and horror, the drive-thru attendant was screaming obscenities at me and called me a "B****" and to "Back the F*** up". Now, this was not a life-or-death matter. There was no reason to talk to me in such a derogatory manner. When I notified headquarters of this particular situation, all I received was a call back saying "Sorry". Sorry, doesn't cut it and you lost my business. Luckily, I don't live in the middle-of-nowhere and have many options for an easy and cheap meal. And if the mood should strike for greasy fast food in this vicinity, I can always go to the Burger King or McDonalds on the same street. Also, I hear Popeye's is coming to the area.... read more

I really wish there was an option to give negative stars but seeing as how I can't post this comment without rating at least one star I had to give it at least one star. I went to grab lunch today & I normally have a great experience, but not on this day! I specifically asked my cashier "Richard" NOT to put chipotle sauce on my quesarito. Not a hard or unreasonable request, one would think! He assured me that the quesarito doesn't even come with chipotle sauce I informed him that yes they do I order them all the time but I just didn't want the chipotle sauce. So anyways I get my quesarito and wouldn't you know it - it has chipotle sauce on it. I bring it back up there and politely ask him to have them redo it because of the chipotle sauce. Richard thought it was appropriate to give me an attitude and tell me that there is no chipotle sauce on it so I might as well be crazy. So my mouth is on fire because I don't eat hot food because I'm imagining the chipotle sauce on it. Not only was I extremely disappointed they did not make it over so I wound up throwing it out and paid $3.20 for basically a burrito because they didn't even make it right in the first place. It was supposed to come with two tortillas and it only came with one, so I basically got a burrito with rice. I'm extremely disappointed and will never eat there again. I rate this taco Bell because of attitude A -2 stars! I've never had such bad service and when I try to correct their mistake have somebody giving me such an attitude. I personally think Richard should be fired for being so completely rude when you are the cashier you're the first person that people see in your restaurant and you would assume they would have some customer service experience. Horrible horrible place , I only tend to go here sometimes because it's close and convenient but as far as getting a order right through drive though I almost 70% of the time get my order jacked up.
