Nastiest place I've ever been to! Drive thru people will wait you wait 10+ minutes just to order then scream at you to wait. Came inside 11/14/16 at 2:00pm and had a man leave the place with his food, came back inside and finger through the food and the manager tells the employee to put the contaminated food back into the "fresh" food! This is the worst KFC I have been to, I ordered a 12 peace chicken but I ONLY got 4 peaces of chicken. I did get all my sides, but this store would not answer their phone so that I could get my other peaces of chicken. It is not like I can drive up there because I live 30 miles away from town. You know, I read the reviews and went on ahead and went anyways. When I showed up, it's like everyone back there has read these reviews. Weren't happy or nothing. I started joking with the cashier and talked to him and made some very specific orders. It took about 10 minutes for my food, and they got every piece of my order right. Even down to no lettuce on my taco with my quesadilla. So I think it's more of the way people are treating this Taco Bell vs if they're actually gonna try. NO. Do yourself a favor and go to Jumburrito or Taco Bell. I've never been to a Taco Bell so terrible. Cantina Bowl was served without a lid - Mind you, I was in the drive thru...My quesadilla didn't have any wrapper on it....the lettuce in my cantina bowl was wilted and brown. I was told at the drive-thru window that "This would never happen again!!" Too late, TB. I've been a few times to give it another chance, but EVERY SINGLE TIME it is worse. Not again. Horrible just horrible I gave this place 2 chances didn't deserve the first. The food is ok but the people working there are just plain idiots. The first time they got my order wrong and when I asked to speak to a manager she refused to fix my order and insisted I place a order for what I ordered the first time. We were in the drive thru an hour along with many others. When we actually got to the window and she repeated our order, we asked if the popcorn chicken was fresh since we had waited in line for an hour, she said she would have to check, came back to the window and said it would be 2 minutes. 15 minutes later we got our order. The popcorn chicken was hot, but the fries tasted like were cooked for hours! Maybe the other location has better service, if not, we will never go there again! read more

TACOBELL/KFC MIDLAND, TEXAS. We all are becoming more aware of the bad service at the Midland Dr. location, however, it has spread to the Midkiff location as well. I will focus on the Midland Dr. location. It has become an increasingly gangster style atmosphere. Rude management & employees. Slovenly body language, speech and demeanor. I would call them barbarians but they look, talk and act like criminals which is more descriptive. Employees and management are intimidating, rude, hostile and uncaring. I was once charged for a large drink when I only ordered R.O. water. As far as I understand, as long as it is not mineral water or the like it is illegal to sell R.O. or tap water.Their attitudes are now effecting the preparation of food. Dining facilities are dirty and disgusting. NOTHING WILL CHANGE unless people like me report it to corporate headquarters. Reporting to management or district management is a waste of time in this particular case. I called the 800 number and complained telling the secretary to send a message to headquarters to either re-train or hire new employees for both stores or shut them both down! Midland, Texas should NOT have to pay for this type of behavior or service. We can make Midland better and we can get the attention of the rest of the businesses around here who have the same horrible attitudes if we make an example of TACOBELL/KFC. I want to be able to take family here and be treated well. We all want a quick and fuss free lunch. No one here in Midland has time to wait 20-40 minutes for a poorly prepared lunch served with a side of hate. read more

While I was ordering my food the girl was laughing and talking to another employee then once I was done ordering she started telling me that they were out of practically everything I had ordered. What happened. Just went to Taco Bell on Midland Dr, the drive thru line moved rapidly and food was correct and employee was nice. Am I in the twilight zone? Had to post review because have posted bad ones in past, don't know who is responsible for the change but I like it. Normally I visit Taco Bell about twice a year because it sux at this location, sloooow service, messed up orders and bad employees, but if they keep up the operations like today 11-23-14 I will visit more often. I am still skeptical, but hopeful, don't know who is responsible for the change, but keep it up, still only gave 2 stars because they have to prove to me this is a permanent change. read more

this taco bell is right across the street from me so i go to it and i regret it everytime, my food is always wrong, i'm always overcharged, terrible service everytime. this is the first time i've even been to this taco bell without a crazy long wait in the drive thru, that being said, once i actually got to the area to place my order i sat there for over 5 minutes and no one would answer me over the speaker so i had to go up to the window and order my food. they overcharged me and didn't give me half my food, like usual. i'm from tucson and the taco bell's there are like 5 star restaurants compared to this one. in tucson i would go to taco bell once a week and i never get taco bell anymore. would rather go across the street to taco villa any day. read more

Can't get any worse than this...long waiting period just to order your food, cleanliness wasn't too bad but the fountain drink machine needed some love and get fixed too. It had been busted the last time I went and that was 3 weeks ago! The staff for the most part are nice but not all are professional. For example: A very nice girl was in the lobby mopping the floor when along came another older and rude worker and yanked the mop out of her hands. The girl was embarrassed and started arguing with the one that took the mop saying 'I got it' and trying to take the mop back as the other one was mopping. Meanwhile we were in line to order and the girl taking the orders started talking over the waiting throng of hungry customers to the rude worker that was mopping because I guess she was the one that told the young girl to mop in the first place and was trying to understand why she did that. That's just one scenario but it's 100% true I saw it with my own eyes and I must say it was really awkward. It is apparent that this store is in dire need of a good manager. The other thing I want to point out is the sweet tea. 3 weeks ago I ordered my food with sweet tea and it tasted very bad and the color was not transparent like tea usually looks. I worked at Quiznos before and remember tasting the tea once and it was the exact problem. I checked the container inside and it was full of old tea crud. I cleaned it and the valve to pour it and viola good tasting tea again! I told the girls that were in the counter this same story 3 weeks ago and today I tasted the same nasty ass disgusting tea!! But to my amazement when I went back to tell the girl in the front that the tea was gross she said 'what is wrong with it is it missing sugar?' I said no I just tastes bad you should really taste it so you can see for yourself. She responded 'oh its probably cause we make it with city water' WTF!! I just received a letter from the city of Midland say that the facility failed the minimum requirements for purification and that the water has microorganisms.....and I ask myself "why is this place still in business!!!
