Last night we stopped in for the box meal special on the commercials, and the kids wanted pizza. It is a good thing to have both things in one place. This the part for the one star rating is due to customer service. We walked in around 945pm, and ordered our food assuming that we could dine in. After we placed our order in, and paid for it, we then told that we would have to leave the restaurant because they are closing. Now if they had told this to us earlier, we would had walked out and ate somewhere else. I mostly get bean burritos at this place, and if they dont wrap it tight enough on the ends the bean paste can squirt and slither down to your shirt or pants. Ive not encountered this problem at this location yet. We used to visit this Taco Bell a lot because it was conveniently on my way hone from work. Until this week. I ordered on the Taco Bell app. Paid. Received an email and text messages saying my order went through. We get to the restaurant and they say my order doesn't exist. I ask how they can find a solution to this problem. I've only ever gone through the drive through but they are pretty quick on that even when the line is long. 99% of the time they are generous with the portions of filling in their burritos and quesadillas. Why is it that the fast food places (Taco Bell, Jack in the Box) in Mililani serve subpar food?? Got the Ultimate Game Day Box and a medium soda. It cost me $30 and the food was cold. Was afraid to eat it because the hamburger in the Mexican pizza and tacos were cold and coagulated (food poisoning). The chicken wings were also cold. Not warm, cold, like it was precooked/pre made, left out and served when ordered. This is not the first time either, it seems it's every time I order food from this Taco Bell. Drive the few miles and go to the one in Waipio. They always serve fresh and hot food. I went to this one because it was closer and hoping it got better, but it was a BIG mistake. If you want to take a chance getting food poisoning from cold and coagulated meat products then go to this Taco Bell. It wasn't busy either and it took a while to get my food so I was hopeful it would be hot and fresh. Unfortunately it wasn't the case. UPDATE: Went thru drive-thru at 10:04pm 01-30-18, ordered the new Nacho Fries Bellgrande. When I got home, I found the regular Nacho Bellgrande. Called and spoke with manager Tana. She allowed me to return the nachos and exchange them for the fries. When I returned to the store, Tana took care of me quickly and friendly. Customer Service is much improved. UPDATE: There is now a time stated that pizzas are available. Was contacted by the manager and she listened to my concerns. Placed combo order, asked for soft tacos and was told they are out of soft tacos. I'm sorry but how do you run out of tortilla at a Mexican place? Half the menu is soft tortilla. I come to this Taco Bell because I live in Mililani, the service NEEDS to improve. Went through drive-thru, on another date, this Taco Bell is a Pizza Hut Express, also, but don't EVER expect to get a pizza at this location. Went through, 2 hours before they were to close, and was told they were out because they sold their quota for the day. Personal pan pizzas cannot take that long to make. I know corporate will need to be notified of the customer service and product availability at this location. I came here right around 10pm on a Friday night, 21 April 2017. Of course drive thru was terribly busy so I just went in. It was completely empty except a couple and one other person. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by two employees out in the dining, one was training the other.
