I only go here because it's the only place open, yet somehow I still end up upset that I decided to go here. Almost every time I go to this Taco Bell, they never get my order right. All I ask for is no tomato's, and yet I always get tomato. Today was especially great, I go to the drive thru and get a "huh?" when ordering so I speak up and then when I get to the window I notice the bigger white girl had an AirPod in, now I don't mind people working with AirPods in, I get it. But maybe put the headset on ya good ear. I ask for no receipt and she says again "huh?" And then I say again and she said "ok" and then still tried to hand me the receipt. Now again I get it, it's probably muscle memory, but when I ask for a third time for you to throw it away, maybe don't give me a snarky look. Just left after waiting in the drive through for 5+ minutes. No one ever tried taking the order, tried talking, honking, no response. Tried to go inside and the door is locked. What a great store. Despite the fact that you can see they're short on staff, the employees have the best attitude. The manager came to me personally when my order was slightly wrong. He apologized profusely. The food is also better than most TB's. Not sure why that is since they follow the same recipes, but this place rocks. Best 7 layer burrito on earth. read more

Yikes, they couldn't hear my order through the checkout and their computer was frozen so you couldn't confirm your order. I got the wrong thing, went in and the dining room floor was sticky and smelly. Got my order changed, the young manager was okay, also dealing with an angry customer that didn't like the way his taco looked. We ordered our dinner on the Taco Bell App for Minooka. I picked up food, and when my husband took a bite of his Mexican pizza, it tasted like soap/cleaner. I took the food back and a young girl stated she was a manger, so I explained that the food tasted like soap/cleaner. She asked if she can examine food, I said "sure". A few minutes later another girl came up taking a bite of the pizza tortilla and she spit it out in the garage and told me that "the oil is old, and hasn't been changed in awhile and that's why food tasted bad". She asked "do you want me to remake the order". I explained I would like a refund because if the oil is old then the new order will taste the same. She said "sorry no refund because corporate will get the money not the store". She told me to call Taco Bell myself. I asked for her name so when I call in the morning I can explain situation and get a refund. She refused to give me her name.(I later found out her name is Maddie)- I tried to explain that now I have no food, name or money and does she have a district manager or owner's name. She said the owner lives in Michigan and doesn't care. I remembered that the Morris store is owned by the same owner so I called Morris and spoke to Tyler, who is a great person. While talking to Tyler, he explained that he can give me a new order or refund if I come to Morris. While on phone with him(speaker so he could hear) Maddie was raising her voice and telling employees "she is on the Fu--info phone with Morris. Then she told me to "Get the F--- out of her store" I never raised my voice, never swore at anyone there and to be talked to like that just for asking for her name so I can get refund the next day was crazy terrible! DONT EAT HERE IF THEY ARE NOT CHANGING THE OIL, ARE THEY CLEANING THE FOOD AREA??? I am a truck driver and stopped in. the website said the lobby was open at 10 they had a hand made sign that said 11 I was there about 1045. I tried to walk though the drive through and they said no and the lobby was open at 11. I came back at 11 it was still locked I walked back around and they said they were not going to open the lobby so I asked if they could sell me food in the drive through since my truck would not fit they said no. There was five of them and when I walked back towards my truck they came out and were yelling and flipping me off. I walked to the starbucks and got a coffee and breakfast sandwich. We each decided to try the "Power Burrito" and ordered it vegetarian. My husband also ordered a 5 layer burrito. AFTER paying for our order we were informed there were no black beans. The young woman asked if "refried beans were ok?" Seeing we had no choice we agreed. When we received our order we were very dissatisfied to find the 5 layer burrito at less than half the price was double the size and had double the ingredients! We were angry that we were charged so much for something that was so poorly made and had so few ingredients. How can they call that lack of food a "power burrito "? I know hey are always slow so when I wNt inside and saw a line of people waiting for their food I figured I'd be waiting. I waited a long tIme. As I say I always do...be it the drive through or walking in. Today I waited linger than the usual long wait. As I could gather they were short handed maybe. I guess the kids don't shOw up for work too often. They did have a sign up that they were looking for help. Anyhow, 5 people before me waiting. Many seemed upset by the long wait. When my food was ready the staff person did say, "sorry for the wait." That was nice I guess. I think that's part of the dialogue they are trained to say. I mean it's ALWAYS slow I got there about 1:30 in the afternoon. Thank god it was not lunchtime rush. I've never been there at lunch rush and I wouldn't want to be there during that time. Visit here very often, I have never had excellent service. I very rarely get exactly what I ordered but it's never a big enough deal to complain. I have always gone back... but Last night I went in there and what I would assume was the manager did nothing but complain very loudly ( we were the only ones there ) how they weren't the only resturant open and that she didn't care if she got fired but she was going to close early because she could not handle the rush they had all day. This is by far the worst Taco Bell ever. Take the extra 10 minutes to drive to Morris and go to that Taco Bell. Every single time I have gone to this location, it takes at the very least 5-10 minutes just to order your food, then another 20-30 minutes to actually get your food. I'm always told there will be a wait because there are only 3 or 4 people working. Then when you get your food, there will most likely be something missing. I've never decided to go back through and complain though, cause there is no way I'm sitting there for another 45 minutes for them. Just do yourself a favor and go to any other Taco Bell. I usually get a bean burrito from here because it's all I eat. This time instead of getting the usual beans, cheese, and rice I got a tortilla which looked like something was scraped off of it. On that there were beans and for some reason onions...And 1 shredded cheese and piece of lettuce....I'm allergic to lettuce- BUT not severely (just Incase you were worried) but anyways, 10/10 would recommend..
