Ordered through Uber eats. They missed part of my order so I submitted for a refund, after doing that went to eat the cantina bowl that actually arrived only to realize it was missing beans. I didn't ask for it without beans only asked for no rice. Who are they employing here?? The busier Taco Bell's are probably worth the wait to go to in your lunch break. Although I don't eat fast food much, sometimes you just have to. I got the cheesy bean and rice burrito adding sour cream and no sour cream but yes I was charged for it. The burrito was thin and not wrapped properly and the cheese was all at the bottom and there was about a sprinkle of rice in there. Come on guys a burrito is not hard to make. Most people here in Irvine get half hour lunch breaks in the aerospace industry and don't have time to get your mistakes corrected. I ordered off of the app and selected a later pick up time. (See images attached). When I went in I was told they couldn't find my name in mobile orders. (Stuff happens, I get it). I noticed I had error messages (Not ideal, but again stuff happens.) The first employee at the register asked to see my phone so I showed them the order and pick up time. They still couldn't find it, so I just reordered and gave me a comp. I thanked them and then the first employee left. I was waiting for my order when a second employee asked to see my phone. I said sure and showed it so that they could see I ordered the exact same thing. The second employee then told me they remembered the order, started making it two hours (when I ordered) and kept it there for two hours and then they had to throw it out. The second employee then lectured me on how I should pick up as soon as I order, I then told them they should tell corporate to remove the feature of a picking up at a later time. I've been on the other side of the counter so I know the store has no control of such things when it comes to the corporate app. The first employee was great, the second employee, not so much. I was patient, I thanked the people in the store, but was met with lecture, and borderline scolding. While the food was great, the service could've been better and handled differently. read more

Their iced coffee is hot coffee poured over a huge amount of ice which waters it down badly. Elsa- working at 9am on Friday decided she would give me attitude and shake her head when I asked if there was anything else to make cause it taste " like water " she proceeded to tell me "no that is coffee".. the one star is for remaking the coffee even though it still taste horrible. Their machine is broken for the watermelon slushie , told us there's nothing she can do about it, in a tone like "oh great, how many people are gonna ask about it today". Really lady? I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and got a lettuce supreme. Seriously comically small amounts of ground beef, cheese, and sour cream. So much so that they almost weren't even there at all. It was like a light sprinkle to give you the essence of what it might taste like if those ingredients were on there. Even the tomatoes were practically non existent. Plenty of lettuce though, so I'm gonna have to assume it was intentional and they're looking to cut back the costs. Now I understand the 2 star rating should of went to one up the street on Santa Margarita pkwy and Marguerite. I ordered through the app food was supposed to be ready at 1:30 pm. We entered and a family was ahead of us ordering. After about 10 minutes I said we were here to pick up our order. Apparently it was not ready. This review is intended for one person only, Katia - the nightshift manager. I returned back after I ordered because I noticed there was an item missing. As soon as I pull up to the drive thru window to tell her she forgot something she walks away. Then proceeds to yell at me I should have checked the order myself to make sure it was all there. What kind of employee tells the customer it's their job to check the food? It's YOUR job to make sure my food is all bagged. That's what YOU are paid for. She has the worst attitude I've ever seen in any fast food. I didn't even want the missing item, I just asked for a refund. When I asked for my receipt to make sure she gave me the right amount, she refused to give me MY receipt. Of course, why would she give back the proof when she can hold on to it. Finally, she had the audacity to wave her finger at me multiple times as I was leaving the drive thru window. If I could give this review anything below zero I absolutely would. I can't believe the terrible staff Taco Bell hires and they will probably never even take any action even if they read this review. Again, Katia is the worst employee I have ever come across.
