I personally didn't like any of the bbq sauces on the table which is ok because I like naked smoked meats. The brisket sandwich was very good on a fresh roll with melty cheddar cheese and if a couple onion rings were topped this would be next level for the sandwich. The brisket was tender but not melt in your with a nice pink smoke ring but way too lean, see my pictures because I would have like to have a little more fat for flavor. The frys looked house cut and and pretty good. The rib platter at the other looked pretty F'n good by the way. Overall this was a nice place to get some bbq in downtown Monroe but be prepared to wait for a table at peak times because it's very popular.
