We placed an order with no other people in the store and plenty of employees no cars in the driveway! It took them over an hour to even look at our order. All of this while the workers are messing around and speaking with off the clock workers. They also are not playing the regular Taco Bell music instead playing random music off their phones and touching their phones with gloves on. At one point I'm assuming the women in charge started screaming at an employee in front of customers. Then they ended up not even making half of our food so we had to cancel the order. This is the third time I've come to this location and they've been out of one thing or another. It's never just one item and they "can't adjust or refund mobile orders" claiming the app has to do that, but the app customer service says to contact the location. Essentially you don't get the food you paid for and they don't refund. Avoid this location if you actually want the things you paid for. read more

Went at 2am, cause they're 24/7 now. Workers yelling at each other and insulting each other, complaining about their work etc. It took 20 minutes to get food and we were the only customers. Most 'workers' were standing around griping. Very poor service they messed up the people's order in front of us then they argued with the them. Next they messed our order up we wanted all hard tacos and this chick or dude their head was shaved and it had tape on their black glasses slammed our right tacos on the table and said there's your FREE tacos you ordered very rudely when we walked in it was very dirty floor unswept tables all nasty and sticky and the person I described is just standing around crumbs all over the tables. This Taco Bell does not honor the specials that Corporate advertises. The $5 'boxes' are not available at this location. I went online to tacobell.com and looked at the menu, ordered my food ahead of time so that it would be ready when I got there. The website gave me a total price, and I did not realize until I got home, and looked at the receipt, that I paid more than the website said. When I called first the store, then corporate, I was told each franchise can choose to honor (or not) the specials that corporate advertises. That's a sneaky way of doing business. Especially in rural communities that cannot find a franchise that works with corporate pricing, since it's 30 miles to the next Taco Bell. Subway had the same problems with franchises not honoring the $5 foot long, until they alienated about 30% of their customers in the last few years. Subway corporate just recently decided they will no longer advertise $5 foot longs since that deal was nowhere to be had anyway, as more and more franchises opted out of honoring the pricing, and that practice was accomplishing nothing but making people angry with them. Taco Bell should take a page from Subway, before they alienate their clientele, too. read more

Well, I can see be for I write this review why they have 2 and a half stars. Taco Bell really needs to get there crap together. We all have bad days. But to go to your work place with a attitude. Slowest "Fast Food" I have ever encountered. This drive thru is very slow, my last visit took 27 minutes from the time I pulled up to order board to the time I received my food. 2 cars in front of me. Pretty ridiculous to say the least. Paid for our meal at 5:21pm it is currently 5:36pm & still our meal is not ready. There was 1 other order prior to ours. This is ridiculous. I could understand if it was busy & there had been a few orders before ours. This is probably the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to and I can count on never getting Supreme tacos when I order them that way. Tip: save yourself some trouble and ask for sour cream and tomatoes on the side and a spoon that way when they mess it up you don't have to wait in a long line to get it fixed....just save yourself the trouble and do it yourself. I asked for a cup of sour cream after I ordered so I could fix their error and they charged me 50 cents and took my name for an order because they were too busy to get it right away. calling this taco bell "fast food" is an absolute joke. my friends ordered some freezes and it took them 10 minutes to get those out to them. and i ordered literally just 2 tacos and it took them 30 minutes for me to receive them, and before them i watched the dude who made them slap them down a tray while yelling my name in a very hateful way. there's about 10 other people in here with us and it also took them 30 minutes to get their food. to compensate for another customers wait, they gave them one soft taco, just to one person, not the other 14 or 15 people waiting. and this isn't the first time this has happened, it's usually not this extreme but it always takes them a long time to get the food out to customers. also as i'm typing this a couple and their child came in and immediately left after the cashier said something to them, and what it was i'm not sure. so in conclusion, if you're coming here then you better have a lot of time on your hands or you're going to be in for a world of pain. the tables are also sticky read more
