I believe I've shared something like this with you before, but it's funny just how low your expectations get the later in the evening it becomes. That's when you know it's time for a trip to Taco Bell. So for my latest visit here I went with three Crunchy Beef Taco Supremes and a Chicken Soft Taco with a medium Pepsi. I'm pretty stoked to report that everything was received as ordered and all was found to be on-point which definitely got the job done, plus they get a huge 'thank you' shout out for hooking me up with extra Sauces and Napkins both times I was here, Service couldn't be any better. This is the worse taco bell i've ever been to, denied our food and claimed they are closed. we went around 12:15am and they close at 1am.. plenty of time to make easy food or clean. absolutely ridiculous that they denied us, lied to us, and extremely rude. literally find any other taco bell. seriously read more

The service here is very awful very hard to understand the employees when placing your orders and they have screwed up my order numerous times. Also came here later at night and they close the store and the drive-through line takes 30 minutes for a fast food restaurant awful. read more

Located in a stand alone on the new strip mall by Mennen Sports Arena, the restaurant itself is pretty new and clean. I ordered online and picked up in the restaurant, it was sitting ready for me. No need to interact with staff as they already had put in the sauces requested. One note and one issue: This Taco Bell is more expensive than the one located on route 10. Prices are $0.25 to $0.50 more expensive on most items than the other location, so don't be surprised if your bill is higher than expected. The one issue, I ordered a soft taco supreme and received a soft taco. There was no tomato or sour cream inside. Just cheese and beef. read more

All right, I've officially had it with this location. I'm not faulting TB for being TB. That would be crazy. As it's my one guilty fast food pleasure, this is on the location. When it opened, there were... growing pains. The staff there isn't very professional, and isn't very quick, and for a relatively new location, the speaker is awful. There is a lot of language barrier, which, whatever, I speak enough Spanish, but *still* have trouble communicating with staff. So early on, I received the wrong orders a lot; they seemed endlessly incapable of understanding "Diet Mt Dew/Zero" so I was regularly getting full sugar, baja blast, whatever struck them as useful. Prices are more expensive than other locations for no particular reason. Also missing some menu items. And finally, today, they've apparently ended serving breakfast at this location, which was the main reason I went in the first place. So I'm fully done with them. read more

Super modern and brand new build! This taco bell is a welcome sight for me in my home town of motown. I love the clean, new, and upgraded tech and items in this location. It has a nice design and really great service. I got a few doritos locos tacos and a crunch wrap. They were all delicious. Baha blast was also very good. Overall great spot and location. Wear hairnets!!!! Holy Hannah! Second time I find hair in my food. I've been completely skeeved out by Taco Bell due to this location.

It's Taco Bell so obviously nobody is expecting gourmet food or top notch service. This has been my favorite fast food for years and the nearest one prior to this location was almost 20 minutes away in East Hanover, so you can imagine I was thrilled when one finally opened up close to home. It's pretty new so the interior is cleaner than most other locations. They have two kiosks near the front which is what most people use to order, I haven't generally seen people taking orders by the counter. I'd recommend using this if you are making a lot of customizations to your order. Many people opt for the drive-thru lane which is probably faster but much more likely for them to make a mistake in your order. As with all locations, they have tons of sauces available as well as a soda fountain machine. I've generally found the food quality to be comparable to the other locations I've visited. What does bother me about this specific location however, is the lack of certain items relative to other locations as well as the fact that prices are quite a bit higher here and I don't see any good reason why that should be the case, especially since being cheap is the main appeal of Taco Bell. Like some other reviewers have said orders can be incorrect at times, but I wouldn't say that happens more here than it does at the other locations. In the end, I'll still keep coming as long as I live close by, but I do wish they'd lower their prices to be in line with the other locations. read more

Terrible experience. Drive thru took forever and I was one of TWO people in line. Order missing items. Food was stale AF. Soft taco tortilla shouldn't CRUNCH when I bite it. I have LOW expectations for fast food, especially Taco Bell, but this site managed to come in WAY under what id expect. #trash read more

Came here on day 2 of them being open. Used the kiosk inside to order because the drive thru line was long. It seemed like they forgot about (or the system lost) mine and another guy's order because people who ordered after us got their food before us and we were still waiting. He had to give his order verbally. Mine was found but they were out of guac so they asked if avocado ranch was ok instead. Got all my food and it was very good except the chicken quesadilla was missing their signature spicy sauce, which was unfortunate. The place is clean and new and the one guy making my order seemed genuinely helpful and nice. He even loaded up my taco that was missing the guac. The lady, on the other hand, not so much, and also forgot to give me my drink cup. read more

So, it was my first (and last) time eating at taco bell the other day, and here's my honest feedback: i ordered a nachos bellgrande with a side of nacho fries and some sparkling water. i do not usually eat fast food so that may be the reason for the series of events that happened three hours later, which can only be described as "a massive explosion." it started with awful cramps. i then ran to the bathroom not once, not twice, but five times over the course of the next hour. by the fifth time in there, i was lying on the floor, gasping for air, screaming and praying to allah, buddha, jesus, john wick, santa claus, the Hanukah fairy and whatever other gods are out there to make it stop. i was finally able to have a few decent moments, before it all started again. five more rounds. this time, it burned so bad that i had to call 911 and go to the hospital. don't know what the heck kind of things taco bell puts in their nachos but i do know one thing: i had to go to the store and buy $50 worth of air freshener because my bathroom smelled so bad that a normal amount of air freshener wouldn't do it. it has been three days and i'm still attempting to air out the bathroom. not recommended. read more

I'm just hopping on here to comment on (4/11) tonight's service that I received at the drive thru from the manager Miguel. While we were trying to figure out our order Miguel was super patient answering our questions on the new items available and there was a communication error in which we received 2 orders of potato tacos instead of the 2 fiesta potatoes. So I went in and pointed out the issue he got it sorted super quick and allowed us to keep the potato tacos as well which my partner has never had before but when trying she absolutely loved them. I went to this Taco Bell for lunch today and I stood at the counter waiting to order for a full twenty minute. Multiple employees approached me, even made eye contact with me, but didn't speak to me. I eventually left without getting any food and went elsewhere. Ive never written a Yelp review before but this experience was bad enough it pushed me to. Don't go to this Taco Bell. I understand this TB is new and the food prep is poor (see Mexican pizza), what makes it worse is that it's more expensive than the Parsippany one. Double whammy, I only go here because it's 9mins away vs. 15mins in Parsippany or 16mins from Ledgewood. read more

Ordered breakfast with a couple friends on the app and we get there and they rudely tell us that they ran out of eggs and won't refund us or give us any other food.
